I only use a little and thread it through my hair with my fingers and rubber band it on top of my head and leave it for 3-5 minutes while I wash the rest of my body. Miracle in jar

I'm not exaggerating...this stuff is truly a miracle in a jar! My stylist gave me a sample to try & I was hooked! I immediately ordering a jar & have never looked back. Great product with heavy cheap scent for days

How can I switch it to another mask ? This smell is a total turn off for me. The heavy cheap scent last for days on me. I could not get rid on the smell of chroma absolute hair mask. You already have great product, why do you have to turn people away and run them off by pumping so much awful scent to it. Was the scent intentional for the rest of the others to notice and hence a market tactics for you ? Whatever it is, I can’t stand it! It’s horrible smell. Despite the performance of the hair mask, I don’t see myself promoting this line to anyone who are sensitive to smell. It’s a hair mask, I do not think any one would use it as my perfume substitute. If I could smell it before I bought it, I wouldn’t pay for it at all.

AMAZINGLY great!

I am 56 years old and have had issues with breakage and split ends most of my life. I rarely could get my hair to grow past the top of my shoulders. Since using this line and masque, my hair has become so healthy, lush, shiny and long (down to below the middle of my back). I have also transitioned from bi-monthly coloring (root regrowth) to wearing my hair natural (silver salt and pepper). This line helped my hair remain strong as I went through the process of stripping out the unnatural color and had the tones blended to match my natural regrowth (the Jack Martin Colorist method). The fragrance of this particular product is amazing too. I always get compliments on how grear my hair smells. This masque and all the accompanying products in this particular line are amazing.

J’adore ce produit, ça faisait des années que j’utilisais le masque magistral. Suite au retrait de celui-ci j’ai essayé le masque Chroma absolu. J’ai les cheveux bouclés naturels, les boucles sont définies et restent très belles sans frisottis. Mes cheveux sont brillants et bien hydratés, habituellement mes cheveux sont très secs mais pas avec ce masque.

I love my new mask!

I am a type of woman who is not afraid of changes. And it also reflects on my hair color. Over a past few years, I went from blond to brunette,from Brunette to Sandy balayage, and now I am copper, and I haven't even finished my Blond Absolue purple mask lol Anyways, Kerastase, is the reason why I am not afraid of my hair changes. I have been using it for a few years now, switching my regimen, depending on my hair color/hair concerns,and this has been a great addition to my new hair! It also smells beautiful,as always! And the scent stays in my hair for a few days. I use it with Chroma Absolu shampoo and blow drying primer as well. I just can't stop touching and smelling my hair! True lazy girl overnight mask

I got a sample of this, so it didn't come with instructions. I used it as a leave-in conditioner/mask. I noticed how good it was when hiking Kilimanjaro (basically no shower for 6-7 days). I had the best hair on the mountain. It later saved my hair in humid Vietnam... until I ran out. So, I needed more. After purchasing, I realized I was supposed to rinse it out. Oops. I like my way better 😉. Basically my curls/waves come out defined. I don't need to style my hair. If I put my hair in a bun, it helps revive my curls.

Shiny healthy hair!

Lasts for Days

This stuff is gold. I don’t have colored hair but I have very harsh water where I live so I use it to protect my hair against the hard minerals and chemicals hammered onto my hair when I shower. When I use this mask, I notice my hair feeling much softer for several days in a row.

A Hair Mask for Me!

Received sample of this and with the first usage I was hooked. I have thick curly color treated hair and I love the feel of my hair after using. Hair is soft and manageable. Dry ends seem to disappear for awhile. I use a little more than 2 finger size dips. A little hard to navigate the container in the shower but getting the knack of it. Very thick and creamy. Somewhat pricey

Soft hair

Helped me avoid toning at salon

I have some old, now blondish highlights on my dark hair that I’m growing out and don’t feel like toning every time I got to the salon. I feel like this mask helped make the blond a bit darker and blend nicer with my hair. Overall great moisturizing mask. I took one star off for the scent because it’s not my favorite, but subtle enough that it doesn’t last too long. I put oil and primer on my hair after a shower anyway so it’s not a problem.

The only thing that has helped my crunchy hair

I have been on a huge Chroma Absolu kick because I got a sample sachet of the green mask and I (controversial opinion) love the scent so much. I got a sample sachet of this with my last Kerastase order and was hoping not to love it because it’s soo expensive but, unfortunately, it’s amazing. I have a weird, crunchy, frizzy texture to my hair despite using Olaplex #2 almost every other shower and limited color treatment. This is the only product that has made my hair look and feel like real hair instead of faux fur that was accidentally put in the dryer. So my wallet might hate it, but I love it so I purchased the full size and a mini for traveling.

I stopped coloring my hair 3 years ago and now it is mostly grey. The texture had become frizzy and very dull. I got this conditioner as a sample and though it was for colored hair it changed my hair texture completely. It became shiny and softer and made my ends look thicker and healthier. It was like magic. Ok, but not what I hoped for.

I bought this upon the recommendation of my hair stylist as a replacement for Terax Creama. Terax Crema was the absolute best conditioner/detangler for me EVER and I have used it for years in combination with Kerastate Bain Divalent shampoo and Elixir Ultime. Unfortunately, the Chroma Filler Masque is not as rich and hydrating as Crema. Perhaps Kerastase can recommend a comparable product? Terax has been out of stock, not shipping for about 2 years now, apparently related to plastic in making the bottles.

La texture est agréable à l'application et l'odeur est divine quand aux résultats mes cheveux sont souples, nourris en profondeur et transformés comme lorsque l'on sort du coiffeur . Comme toute la gamme chroma le masque contient de la centella asiatica qui est utilisé normalement dans les produits de beauté, mais kerastase a eu le génie de l'utiliser dans sa gamme pour cheveux colorés pour renforcer l'action de soin et y ajoute en plus des acides aminés pour nourrir la fibre capillaire. Mes cheveux sont gainés, ma coloration est protégée contre les agressions extérieures et mes cheveux sont extrêmement brillants au séchage. C'est un must have que je rachèterais sans hésitation.

Not for very dry/dehydrated hair.

I am over 50 with hair that is dry from a botched bonding treatment and dry due to grey under my color. I found this formula to not be hydrating enough. I received this mask and the shampoo as a sample and am currently happy with the Kerastase products containing marula oil which is the magic ingredient which makes my needy hair soft, shiny, hydrated and bouncy. The scent of this color line is light and fresh but modern and I imagine younger men and women will really like it.

Un parfum, doux et subtil de la lignée de la gamme Chroma. Une texture veloutée, crème, riche, que je prends soin d’étaler sur mes mains avant d’appliquer sur mes cheveux à pleines mains et en profitant d’un doux massage du cuir chevelu. Il agit en 5 mn seulement pour un résultat bluffant. Il rends les cheveux doux, démêlés, sans les alourdir. Je l’utilise un shampoing sur deux en alternant avec le masque vert de la gamme Chroma (pour neutraliser tout reflet roux/cuivré et conserver ma couleur plus longtemps). Au séchage, il ne sont pas alourdis (contrairement à d’autres masques) et on sent sa chevelure avoir repris force et vitalité tout en gardant le parfum subtil et doux. Il se placent incroyablement bien (j’utilise le bain riche Chroma et le sérum Chroma Protect) et ne graissent pas plus vite par la suite. Il sublime la couleur et l’aspect des cheveux. La gamme Chroma est vraiment l’allié de choc pour les cheveux colorés car la coloration tient vraiment, vraiment, vraiment plus longtemps ! Les promesses sont tenues !

Je fais deux masques par semaine, c'est important pour moi car mes cheveux sont secs et abimé. Après application, dès que je rince je sens mes cheveux au touché, plus doux, vraiment souple et léger. J'adore ! Au niveau de la couleur, je trouve que mes cheveux sont plus lumineux et la couleur rehaussée. Je trouve aussi que la couleur est préservée, en fait elle estompe moins. Seul bémol à l'utilisation, le couvercle ce n'est pas pratique sous la douche et l'ouverture est un peu trop étroite pour la main.
