Good to last drops

I am impressed with the refill bottle as I seem to be able to get all of the shampoo out, not be left with 20-25% still in the base. I have 4 products in refills, and find them easy to use: pump not pour into hand.

I think these look much nicer than plastic bottles sitting along the rim of the tub. I bought them in different colors to hold different products and have been very happy with them.

Would not recommend

I love the "less waste" aspect of these bottles but they are not crafted the way they should be. They are like projectile objects in your shower once they are full. The bottle is lightweight on its own but once it's full of shampoo, it gets uneven and falls with the slightest movement in it's general direction. Opening my shower door causes it to fall from the shelf sometimes! My bottle is dented all over now. Once I'm done with the current shampoo in it, I will be chucking this bottle. Refillable is the way to go but this bottle needs major redesign!

Pump

Pump doesn’t work well so I called and spoke about obtaining a replacement but was told I had to return the whole thing which is currently filled with shampoo

too big

I don't need a 16 ounce container for a 7 ounce bottle of shampoo with a screw-top. I like the pump, but again, too big. oh well, it's mine now....

I’m worth it but this bottle isn’t

So excited to have a sustainable aluminum bottle for shampoos. The pump design was difficult to “unlock” I spun it clockwise and counter clockwise and basically broke the top off to get the dispenser to work. It’s now balanced on the top and I’m able to use the dispenser. I splurged for this pricy refillable bottle

Great Bottle, Horrible Pump

Great idea and I love the bottle but the pump dispenser is cheap and broke before I even used it. Need to work on that so we are not creating more waste by ordering replacement pumps.

I was thrilled that Kerastase started offering refill pouches along with the reusable aluminum bottles. I do hope they plan to offer low or no-cost replacement pumps, as those will certainly fail long before the bottle has outlived its usefulness. I haven't used it for long enough to speak to longevity (and whether or not I have to deal with a rust ring in the shower), hence four stars instead of five, but I am pleased with the aesthetic and happy to further reduce my plastic consumption.
