Spectacular!

A Necessary Luxury!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Shu Uemura and BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. I have fine hair, but A LOT of it. It can sometimes get greasy at the roots, but overall dry and dull. A frizzy mess. Detangling my hair post shower was always an arduous process. It’s difficult to find a moisturizing hair care regimen that caters to the above, without weighing it down (as evidenced by the minefield of hair products in my shower). So I’m grateful to have been given an opportunity to put SHU UEMURA’s Urban Moisture Deep Hydration Conditioner to the test. It delivered on all claims: intense hydration, nourishment, frizz reduction, detangling, strengthening, and shine. Though I was most impressed by how smooth, clean, and light my hair felt after first wash! Rarely are those descriptors synonymous with my hair…and life in a humid climate. The scent is also divine and lingered enough for my husband to notice. Wasn’t long before he tried to claim as his own. Overall, this conditioner exceeded my expectations and is worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Finally the Results I’ve Wanted

My hair has gotten frizzy as I’ve gotten older and I do color monthly and highlight every 3-4 months. I had been using the urban moisture shampoo and conditioner for about 6 months. It was better but I still wasn’t totally satisfied. I decided to try the travel sizes of the ultimate Reset Shampoo and conditioner and have gotten the results that I’ve been looking for. Apparently colored and high-lighted hair incurs a certain amount of damage to the hair. So thankful to find something that works for me. I don’t live near a salon that uses these products.

You have to use a lot of shampoo to get a lather… the bottle and pump are not great. For price I don’t recommend sadly.

Not great for my hair.

It’s ok. My hair didn’t have slip when I rinsed it out and my hair felt a bit puffy after blowdrying. I didn’t love it, so I won’t be ordering it again. I wish I loved it.

Great product!

My hair was so dry, I needed help. I tried different treatments, then purchased Urban Moisture Conditioner. After the first use, my hair was so much better. I use it 2x week and the condition of my hair continues to improve. I never got these results with any other product. Will definitely purchase again.

This is the best conditioner I have ever used on my dry, aging, baby fine hair! I originally bought it at a salon but was delighted to be able to order in bulk on the website. It arrived pretty quickly. Perhaps a bit pricey but for someone desperate for soft but not flat or greasy looking hair, it is well worth it!

Self Love

Just "ok"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When a conditioner advertises itself as moisturizing, I expect the results to be soft, silky, smooth. This conditioner only managed to get my hair about halfway to those results. I still had to use my usual leave-in spray conditioner to detangle. And after drying my hair, it just didn't feel as luxurious as I'd expect from a high-end shampoo and conditioner. Saving the sample size bottles for my travel bag, but definitely wouldn't spend money on the full size versions.

Made my hair dry as hay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have curly hair (2b hair type) of medium thickness and I used this conditioner with the shampoo of the same line. It made my hair shiny and softer, and both products smell very nice! It didn't help detangling my hair as much as my regular drugstore conditioner does, I still had some trouble detangling it with my hair comb. I also didn't find that it particularly helped with the frizz. I still enjoyed using both products, they lathered very well with very little product and made my hair look healthy and nice, but I don't feel like it is worth the high price tag in my opinion.

Nice Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is dry and damaged due to over bleaching and I think this conditioner (in conjunction with the shampoo, though I think the conditioner did most of the heavy lifting) did help with moisture and softness, though towards the end of the day, the more damaged ends did get a bit dry/tangled. As this wasn't geared towards damaged hair, I think it did well overall. I received a travel sized tube (40ml) which I think was a bit too small, especially if you have very dry hair or if you have a lot of hair. Other than the size of the travel version, the only con for me was I wasn't the biggest fan of the scent -- I thought it was a bit Play-Doh like, fortunately it didn't last.

Hard water

Not for thin fine hair

The shampoo and conditioner were meant to be very moisturizing, which I believe really were. However, I have a very fine thin hair and I guess it was too much moisture because by the second or third day I looked like I had really greasy hair. When I put the shampoo in my hair it's so different than other shampoos. I think maybe whatever is in it was weighing my hair down. I used the whole bottle of conditioner but I ended up throwing away the rest of the shampoo unused. My hair returned to normal once I switched back to my regular shampoo. Again, I think it's a moisturizing shampoo but I wouldn't recommend it for hair like mine

Great for dry, thirsty hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with this conditioner overall. I have a somewhat sensitive scalp and dry hair that's a little damaged at the ends. I've used a lot of different conditioners to try and give my hair some life back and not many work but the Shu Uemura shampoo and conditioner really did a great job of hydrating my hair when used together. My hair looks visibly shinier and healthier even after the first use and even regained a little volume after a weeks use. My only complaint is that you do need quite a lot of conditioner to cover my mid-back length hair so you get through it a lot quicker than the shampoo.

The conditioner has a very light scent to it but really can't smell anything after it rinses. This has a clean rinse to it so no product is stuck in my hair. It left my hair looking healthy!! I also found that other conditioner leaves my hair chalky feeling but not this one, it does great for my hair. As well, I noticed that no matter how many times I use it,it still gives my hair bounce and shine without stripping my hair!! It does well at manageability!!

Left My Hair Feeling Wonderful

My hair has been so dry, thanks to straightening, dying, and going to the beach too often, and I am so happy to try this conditioner out. After just one use I could feel a noticeable difference. My hair is much smoother and looks healthier. It has a nice, light, pleasant scent and washes out with ease.

Almost Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Urban Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner by receiving a free sample. Although it was a free sample, I did enjoy how nourished and moisturized my hair felt and looked afterwards. I have very long hair and only had to use a small amount of shampoo. The only reason I only give 4 stars is because the shampoo did not create as much, rather no lather at all. That would be the only reason why it's not a perfect score. But i most certainly would recommend this shampoo and conditioner to my friends and family!

Amazing conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing conditioner - hair is so soft after use. Really improves condition of hair without weighing down. I would highly recommended it using with the shampoo. I used this for damaged and dry hair and it left my hair soft and instantly detangled. Once dry it shows clean and bright.

Great for Frizzy Hair

Perfect for bleached hair

Not only does this moisture conditioner hydrate my hair, like the moisture shampoo it also shields it from pollution, damage and dryness. Exactly what I need! I love it! Just apply the conditioner on wet hair after shampooing. Lather and then rinse. The conditioner is quite heavy on the hydration so I prefer to only apply it to the ends of my hair. Leaves my hair very soft and smooth. After using this set of moisture shampoo & moisture conditioner, my hair and scalp feels clean and refreshed. Shu Uemura Urban Moisture Conditioner hydrates and protects my bleached hair really well, and is filled with anti-oxidants. I received this product from Bzzagent and after using it on my bleached hair, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Love the way my hair felt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is long, very thick, coarse, and curly! I ends tend to dry out with other shampoos but this one felt amazing after just using the shampoo! The conditioner afterwards was amazing! It only required a small amount which spreaded so nicely throughout my hair! Definitely give it a good rating and would definitely recommend to anyone with same hair type or just dry hair alone!
