Product is great but packaging is awful.

Product is great but packaging needs to be redesign. The serum side works fine but the cream side clogs and I cannot get them both to dispense.

I love the way this makes my hair feel, but the pump misfunctioned. First only one side came out. for a short period both sides, then only the other. i ended up with a lot left over on one side and the other empty

Hydrating! I use a pump on the ends of my bleached hair. I have fine, wavy hair and this is a must! Love it. The pump is a bit hard to use, but the product is great

Addicted to this Product

I absolutely love this product. I started using it about five years ago when my hairdresser advised me that the amount of breakage that my hair had was significant. She recommended that I try the ultimate reset repair and I’ve been using it ever since. My hair is as healthy as it could be now! I literally use it after every other shampoo. Problem is that my husband gets a little uncomfortable from all the people telling me how good I smell and everyone wanting to hug me just to be near my hair!

Revolutionary but not enough product and oil runs out

This serum is revolutionary. It is truly the best serum for damaged hair that I have used. HOWEVER, I have been using it for years, and this entire time there is not as much of the oil as the cream and I have to purchase Shu Uemura's oil separately to add. There is very little product overall as this is only 1 ounce! That is my major complaint. It does restore your hair, but the bottle doesn't last long, especially if wash frequently and have long hair.

They do not honour their promises, like for 5 deluxe samples. In fact they send none, then have a host of excuses. Also my items were unsealed. Hope they were at least new. The hair mask is okay, though, for dry hair.

Dispenser flawed

I didn’t get a chance to see how this product would work on my hair, the dispenser stopped working after about a week! Super disappointed because I liked how it felt on my hair and it smells really nice. Totally lost money on this one though since I can’t get it out of the bottle!

Disappointed

I bought this product because I have dry and damaged hair and I honestly didn't see any benefit. Instead, it left my hair super dry and frizzy. I don't recommend it at all. and he made my hair super dry.

Terrible product dispenser

The pump dispenser design on the serum is awful. It inconsistently pumps out random amounts of both products, and then the product “ran out” so fast, but really it was the pump that malfunctioned. For the price of the product, I expect a much better design and longevity. 10/10 do not recommend

Nice Product

the product is a rich cream/oil but it not greasy. the biggest problem is you need a good quarter size of product for each use and the bottle holds only ONE ounce of product. That is just a few uses. The packaging is plastic so not environmentally friendly and appears to hold a lot more product.

Disappointing

I was just appointed in this product. It did not make my hair shine, but left it dull and gummy. I tried it several times and made sure to use a very small amount, but it did not work well for my hair.

Terrible Pump Design

I love Shu Uemura Hair products. I use the Ultimate Reset Line and a few other things. I love them all. So, I figured I would try this for my dry ends. The product inside my be great, but the pump mechanism was only working on one side (the oil). So, I have no idea how the true product works. Being in the industry, I inserted a paperclip into the pump (in case it was clogged). No luck. I would not purchase again. I would try something else.

Love this stuff

I have very fine, thin, curly hair. Most products either weigh my hair down. Usually I’m left with too much frizz or not enough body. This product (exactly 2 pumps, combined with 1 pump of the Satin Design Polishing Milk) make my hair AWESOME. Curly, not frizzy, with lots of tame volume (not too wild lol). LOVE.

Great but double pump not working. I order one if this and sadly realised that one if the side not working at all. I see people indicate the same problem for this item on different web sites for this product. Very great reset collection smell. Fix the pump! Be lucky or not lucky to get working one for this price not looking optimistic!

Terrible Pump Mechanism

Please address quality control. The product works great when combination pump mechanism works. After 3 pumps the serum side works. I couldn’t believe that the cream had run out so I took it apart and there it was. I would have unknowingly disposed of the container with the styling cream after finishing the serum if I wasn't determined to find the root cause. Please address the issue or consider selling the product as a all-in-one.

Ultimate product

I have very fine, thick, colored hair. I have been using this product for years now and love it. It mends split ends and frizz from our southern heat and humidity without the weight or grease. I have a greasy scalp so I only use it on the ends when damp, , but it is the best product I have found for fine, processed hair. I don't need use much so a bottle lasts a long time! I highly recommend trying it!

Great Night Treatment

Use this at night as a leave in masque, leaves dry hair silky soft. I am prone to dry, frizzy, split ends. Bought this a month ago along with silk scrunchies & pillowcase. After a month, hair serum leaves hair soft in the morning, no residue or greasy feel. It is a little expensive, as are all Shu products, but it works.
