Not what you expect

This is supposed to be their top tier product. I was very disppointed. My hair was left dry and brittle. Looking at the ingridients the second ingredient is bees wax. Whichy explains the crisp brittle texture you are left with. If you are looking for something moisturizing and protecting I dont recommend this product.

I love this thermal leave in! I love the smell! Once the product is in my hair and I blow dry, the smell is gone, it’s strong at first, but I love it. I have a short non I blow dry and curl, I find this really helps to keep the waves for 2-3 days and my hair looks smooth

What a surprise I had applied and my short hair airdried before I got around to grabbing blow dryer 20 minutes later. I have short thick hair and had done some finger fluffs, answered some texts and had soft waves in dry hair. Great option. Also works well with dryer, seems to dry faster.

Love the product for so many reasons

Hard to say if this one item works a miracle anything but I use only Kerastase now and my hair has recovered and is fuller and longer. For this product specifically, 2 pumps makes the hair sticky. I have long hair and 1 pump applied to midlength to ends is all that is needed

Works okay, but I cannot get past the smell. It is very potent and heavily perfumed. I prefer the Nutritive or Genesis thermal sprays in both performance and scent. I'd suggest dialing down the fragrance intensity on this line.

After some trial and error I have found what works best for me is applying while hair is in between the wet and damp stage. More wet than damp, but not necessarily dripping right out of the shower. I'm shocked this product works so well. The only major negative about this product is the price. It is super well worth it for me with how well it works. But also for my financial means it is at the cusp of being impossible to buy once I run out of this magical product. Good for you(r hair) ingredients in this stuff. My hair actually stays manageable while using this product. Little to no fizz. Granted it's winter right now. Waiting to see how this holds up in the summertime.

Haircare Holy Grail

But I applied a modest amount of this when my hair was 25% dry and then a little more on the ends and underneath layer where I get frizz right before blow drying and it worked great! My hair was smoother with less frizz, soft and shiny and had more volume not to mention it smells awesome!! The packaging is really nice and upscale, as the product is on the pricier side but a little goes a long way and I think it's totally worth it!

Good heat protectant but with a very strong scent

However, this product is not my favorite one from them. The scent of this is very strong, so if you're sensitive to smell, this might not be for you. The smell does fade after about 15 minutes. I will say I do think this product is a good heat protectant. I've been using this before blow drying my hair and it still feels really healthy after. But when it comes to frizz control, after using this both before air drying and blow drying my hair, I don't think it's as effective as other products they have. Soft & Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My color treated hair tends to be dry and have flyaways, especially during the winter. After a couple of weeks of using this heat protector, almost daily, I've noticed a huge improvement. My hair is soft and smooth after blow drying and styling. Great addition to my styling products and will definitely last a long time… a little goes a long way!

Good for dry damaged hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was a little disappointed, I didn't feel like it was doing anything, maybe my hair was just that dry and damaged. After the third or fourth time of using it though I started to notice a difference. My hair started feeling more soft, smooth and more manageable. I would definitely recommend this product.

great for oily hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have straight damaged oily hair and very few products don't increase any oil so I'm not always super open to trying new products. Not going to lie the consistency is like a cerave lotion so I was afraid of adding too much oil to my hair. The bottle or box does not come with instructions on how much to use so I used 2 pumps. To my surprise, it held up quite nicely! After blow drying and styling it my hair looked and felt healthy. The reason why I gave it 5 stars it that is have my hair the added moisture without weighing down my straight hair and it did not cause extra oil build up.
