Great mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mask is great it’s very nourishing and gives life to my curly hair. The scent of this range is not my favorite so I will stick with the Soleil and Discipline masks which also provide great results for my curly waist long hair and seem to interact better scent wise with my chemistry. Otherwise this would be in my permanent rotation. Other users seem to appreciate the scent so, again, it’s a great mask, very nourishing and it may work for you

Ça fait des années que j’utilise ce merveilleux produit pour mes cheveux bouclés, malheureusement il a été discontinué. J’ai essayé le masquintense riche pour cheveux épais, quel désastre, mes cheveux n’ont jamais été aussi laids 🙁.

Bring it back

Disapointing reformulation

I'm sure this is a good mask for some people, yet for me it did not provide any moisture for me. I am comparing this to the bain magistral mask that it is meant to replace which was pure divinity. This mask made my hair feel dry and frizzy. I really don't understand the reformulation. It is disappointing.

Great hair mask

This is a really great mask. I was using the Reflection line mask but they changed it to Chroma Absolut and I don't like it at all. I needed another mask and gave this one a try. I love how soft my hair is. My hair is frizzy and dry but after using this mask it is so soft and less frizzy. I found that using the Discipline line shampoo with this mask is great for summer and in winter I use the matching Magistral shampoo and this mask. I use the mask daily as my conditioner. I won't try anything else unless they would add a lot of fragrance. Keep this one like it is because it works and the fragrance isn't overpowering.

Ça y est, je l'ai enfin fini, après an. Comment dire, déjà des la première utilisation, mes cheveux était doux, mais douuux, d'une douceur, javais jamais vu ça. J'avais les cheveux très secs, et j'ai une nature de cheveux très rêche, et mes cheveux était comme assouplis, gainés, hydratés, j'avais jamais obtenu un tel résultat avant. L'odeur est très agréable, comme le shampoing d'ailleurs, une odeurs très fruités, un peu acidulés et sucrée ( un peu papaye, fruit de la passion en plus fleuri). L'application est très agréable également, le produit glisse sur les cheveux et pénètre très vite, se rince sans difficultés. J'en suis extrêmement satisfait et je le recommande pour sûr à tous ceux qui on comme moi les cheveux épais, rêches et ondulés, il est génial.

My Favorite Luxurious Hair Treatment

I've been using this product for years - It's a bit pricy for me, but a luxury I allow myself because of the amazing results. I have typical Asian hair - thick, coarse, and unmalleable. After 10-15 mins. with this under a shower cap, my hair become crazy soft like running my fingers in mink and is so luxurious. I can feel my hair hydrated and plump. After each use, I can't help feeling sexy - That good ...=)

Super Moisturizing

I have afro textured super coily fine strands that i like to straighten so i definitely need moisture. The Magistral mask is soooooo moisturizing for my hair. Unlike all other masks I've tried (I've used many other expensive ones) this mask actually stays with you after rinsing instead of all of the benefits rinsing down the drain. My hair is left so soft and hydrated even if i let it air dry which NEVER happened before. I've known about Kerastase for years but never purchased because of the price and I've always viewed L'Oreal as cheap drugstore brand but finally I decided to try it because my hair was screaming for moisture and nothing else worked. I really wish I would've tried this brand sooner. It really does deliver and now I'm using all Kerastase products.

About difference in product

I was expecting a whole different product, I first purchase it in Mexico and it had a different smell and texture, I like the one I purchase in Mexico at a hair salon. But whe I ordered it online it was different smell and texture? Why?
