Liter conditioner bottles not sturdy! Need pumps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased several liter bottles over the years, and it seems like the bottles are lower quality than years prior. I've always been able to use my conditioner and shampoo without purchasing pumps. The last two bottles of conditioner ended up cracking along the side of the bottles while trying to squeeze the conditioner into my hand! Once the bottle cracks, it allows air to enter and there's no way to get the product squeezed out! The product started coming out of the side of the cracked bottle! Very wasteful! I'm aware that I should have purchased the pumps after the first bottle that I struggled with, but I thought it was just a fluke to get a faulty bottle. After trying to use my newest liter a couple times, it is now becoming deformed as well. I just purchased two pumps, and hoping that the pumps are well-made, especially for this thick conditioner! Moral to the story… Buy the pumps if you buy the large liter bottles! Love the product though, and have used it for the last 10 years! I would hate to see the quality of that change!

Greate with large bottles

Love pumps shampoo and conditioner bottles
I do love the fact that they sell pumps, I would like if they were automatically included for these large sizes. One of mine did arrive broken (just the edge), it still works and is just a little bit of the side so it’s not a big deal, but packaging could have been better to protect that from breaking during transit.

Nano works gold
