Excellent Shampoo

I’ve been using the Discipline line for quite some time. This is an amazing shampoo for unruly hair, very soft texture, amazing scent, excellent quality. Washes the hair very well and does not tangle it.

Kerastase Discipline Shampoo

I have frizzy hair and it was becoming dull and lifeless. On recommendation of my hairdresser I tried the Discipline line and it revitalized my hair and I use it together with a few other Kerastase products. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to improve the quality and texture of their hair

Shampoo+conditioner transformed my hair!

Using both shampoo and conditioner from this specific line has taken my fine and damaged hair and transformed it to thicker and healthy longer hair. It wasn’t really growing past a certain length- so we put in extensions. After taking the extensions out for several hours one day my stylist and I were shocked to see how long my own hair is and it hasn’t been this healthy in so many years.

Not impressed

While overall it is a decent shampoo, it didn’t make much difference with frizz (which was the main reason of me buying it). However, I was using it with different conditioner (also Kerastase), may be they work better together.

Finally a frizz shampoo that actually works.

I have thick hair which expands as it dries, this product was a game changer for me. It left my hair “normal”and manageable even if I didn’t have time to smooth it. You feel the difference from the very first lather, it had more depth and such a creamy feel. The suds were more than at the hair dresser, and they rinse away clean immediately. Your hair and scalp are left feeling so good. This product is definitely worth it.

I tried the Kérastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Shampoo, and while it’s decent, it didn’t blow me away compared to the Oléo-Relax range. It’s designed for frizzy, unruly hair, and it does smooth things out a bit, leaving my hair clean and slightly more manageable with a nice, subtle scent. However, it feels a bit watered down—lacking the rich, nourishing lather I loved with Oléo-Relax. My wavy hair still had some frizz post-wash, and it didn’t deliver the same silky, tamed results I got from other Kérastase products. It’s fine for daily use, but for my coarse, frizzy hair, it’s not as transformative as I’d hoped. I’d recommend pairing it with the Discipline conditioner or mask for better results, but it’s not a standout on its own.
