This scalp balancing shampoo treats oily roots by regulating the overproduction of sebum.

Worst shampoo ever - zero star
If I had an option to give it a zero star I could have done that. It is the WORST SHAMPOO I have ever had. Not at all serving the purpose that is to make hair / scalp less greasier. L’Oréal professional is a way better brand than Kerastase sadly. KERASTASE costs fortunes as it is “luxury” brands well clearly I don’t think so and you should not spend crazy money on it ever! Please improve the quality, formula or whatever the heck you could !

Este shampo es equilibrante y segj ellos remueve la grasa del cuero cabelludo. Me deja el pelo horrible sin brillo opaco feo no entiendo si los coji segun lo que la app me.indico estos productos no son varatos y no son lo mejor yo creo esto mas promocion que otra cosa. Disappointing
It’s my second time buying this product.
I didn’t like it the first time but I really wanted to give it another shot and I still think it doesn’t work.
I wash my hair and the next day it’s SUPER oily.

Do NOT buy. Dries out hair too much
I’ve brought a lot of shampoos from different brands. From OGX and even Kerastace. I have very oily roots. By the next morning my hair looks very oily. This is genuinely the worst shampoo I’ve ever used in my life. It leaves my hair dry and lifeless, and my hair remains oily, if not oilier than with previous shampoos. Do NOT buy it

Works well
I do a lot of sports so this works really well for oily scalp. I also use the cleansing clay once a week, and together, it helps clean and leaves my scalp and hair feeling good and oil free.

Love This Shampoo
I recently had an injury and was unable to shower often so this was my saving grace during that time. I am a hygiene nut and have been my whole life so to go without washing my hair everyday was so incredibly hard for me but this shampoo worked great. It looked and felt fine after 2 days and that has never happened in my life . I am glad I took a chance and tried it ...a little pricey but worth every penny.

Thicker, yes, but at what cost?!
What I do like: hair feels super thick and dense, which I really like.
What I don't like: the texture of my hair is...odd. I have super straight hair, but the ends of my hair after using this are super kinked and textured and tangling like crazy (to the point that I had to trim my ends due to an insane tangle that I could NOT get out). It also does not make my hair or scalp feel very clean (I find I have to wash daily with this one). I don't know - I want to love it, but it's definitely doing something strange to my hair. I will probably finish the bottle (because $$$$) but will try a different shampoo next time

Maybe too strong for my hair
In the beginning, I was really happy with the results. My scalp was cleaner for a longer time in comparison to previously used shampoos. However, after a month of use, my scalp became itchy and my dry ends look even drier, even thou I use nutritive mask and termique heat protectant. I am a bit disappointed.

Lorsque le colis est arrivé je croyais qu'il manquait une boite tellement la boite etait petite !!! Lorsque jai sorti les items , ils étaient pratiquement la meme grandeur que les shampoings qu'ils donnent à l'hôtel !!!! Pour ce qui est de la qualité des produits, j'ai adoré .

It’s good, but still needs to wash my hair every 2 days or it will get oily! Also my hair feels a little waxy, but it’s been the only product so far that is controlling the oil in my scalp and odor. Don’t know if I would buy it again tho.

Not helping with my oily hair! My hair gets oily about 1-2 days after I shampoo and I was hoping this product would help manage my oily scalp, delaying the oil production. Product does not help at all and I see no difference from the shampoos I was using prior.

Hi Jordana, So sorry to hear that! For extremely oily scalps, we would recommend pairing it with our Argile Equilibrante which is more concentrated to prevent excess of sebum. Also, we recommend to not play with your hair that often and space out the washing it a dry shampoo. Hope this helps! The Kérastase Team

Best shampoo for oily roots
I love this product. I have very oily roots and I usually need to wash my hair daily but when I use this shampoo I can actually go a day or sometimes two without washing my hair. Only reason I didn't give it full stars is that the bottle is small and it's pricey. I will say that it does last me awhile as I do not use it everyday.

Apres utilisation d'un mois, toujours aucun changement.
Mon cuir chevelu reviens toujours graisseux la journée après le lavage.

L'eau est un agresseur pour le cuir chevelu et lorsque celui-ci est irrité, il produit du sébum. Idéalement, nous vous conseillons de laver vos cheveux seulement 1 fois par semaine. Nous comprenons que cela peut être difficile, alors 2 fois serait un bon compromis. Également, si vous avez un excès de sébum excessif, nous vous conseillons de jumeler votre routine avec notre Bain Argile Équilibrante. Passez une excellente journée!

Doesn’t work well
I have very oily/thin hair. Shampoo did nothing as per what it advertises. My hair next day was oily still and my hair fall never changed. Had still still wash everyday. Plus it barely lathered.
