My hair does look noticeably cooler and brighter after using, but still natural - not overly dull or ashy. It’s very hydrating compared to other purple haircare products and left my hair super soft, smooth, voluminous, and feeling healthy. It rinsed out well and didn’t leave a purple tint to my hair which can happen with other products!

Beautiful packaging but not very practical to use in the shower as water can get in since it’s an open container. Feel like would be better in a bottle than a jar. The only purple mask that TRULY worked for me

Every time I go to the salon and get my blonde back, I always have to make sure I have this product stocked at home because I know, eventually, the toner will fade away. I ALWAYS put this on BEFORE my shower, while my hair is DRY. -I section my hair and put it on while it's DRY (takes me about 20 minutes, I make sure to coat everything and not waste product, but putting it on dry obviously does waste product vs when wet, but I feel it neutralizes the brassiness BETTER when putting it on dry. -Do my shower routine, try not to wash it out until I am ready to shampoo my head LAST -I do this maybe once every week or two (depending on how brassy it comes back to after time) I feel like my hair soaks it up very well. I have coarse thick blonde hair. When I style my hair it DOES leave a purple hue because of HOW I put on the mask, but I love when I do it like this because it makes it look MORE ashy (which I love). The smell is a bonus and its hydrating (I'm a natural level 4 blonde, but always go lighter in the salon, have been for about 15 years) so I need the hydration. This gives me everything I look for in a purple hair mask to maintain my color and give me some hydration back after bleaching.

Dried out my hair to the point after my blow out, the texture was coarse, frizzy and dry to the touch and to look at. Left it on for 5 minutes and used all my usual Kerastase products to clean, style and finish. Oh, it did NOT make my hair brighter but DULLED it. First and LAST time using this product.

Purple mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mask is amazing for light colored hair. I use is 1 to 2 times a week on my blonde hair to keep the frosty light color fresh. My hair feels so softy after using. Highly recommend

Great for preventing brassiness

Lovely product that is a deep purple; great for countering those yellow brassy tones. It smells lovely, as all Kerastase products do, and does do the job in terms of toning my highlighted blonde hair. It is tough to rinse out, though, and no matter how thoroughly I do (complete with a good scalp scrub), my scalp has a slight purple tinge afterwards! It's also quite easy to leave it on for too long and be left with a bit of a lavender tint throughout your hair. Overall, I like this mask a lot and consider it a must for my blonde hair.

It makes my hair too dry

I thought it was going to moisturize my hair since it’s for highlighted hair but it did the opposite. Do not recommend this line for dry hair.

Best Dep Conditioning Conditioner

I've been using this product for over a year for deep conditioning treatments on my processed hair, and it's been very effective in managing its overall health. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who has any type of lightening blond service done regularly.

Does not work

This purple mask is very poor quality. After using is 6 times I didn't get any good effect on my hair. It is more expensive than conditioner but works worse.

Cut down the yellow and brought out the silver!

Really got in and cut down the yellow and brought out the silver. I have only used once and it made a significant difference. I felt I needed to use a little conditioner afterwards… but that could have been because I did a clarifying shampoo prior to using.
