This is my third bottle!
I initially tried out the sample size to test how my hair responded to it, as well as the absorbency and smell. With a little patience you will see that this serum really works! After 6 weeks of constant use (almost every day) I saw a major difference in my hair fall. Whether or not I used at night or day, it absorbed quickly in my hair without leaving it feeling greasy. I will be buying this again and again. It’s a permanent product in my routine.

Reduce hair fall from brushing
It makes a difference between using and not using the Genesis serum. I finished a bottle and then took a while to repurchase the serum. I notice my hair looks healthier and less hair fall when using the serum compared to when I don’t use the serum.

Let me start by mentioning that I have thin, fine hair. I was at a point where I had stared thinking about getting a wig but I am so so grateful that I found this product. I have tried few other serums but this one works like magic. Please be consistent and feel the difference in your hair fall in a month. It doesn’t make hair greasy. Miracle product !
I have been using this serum for one month, and I just received my second bottle. I should finish the treatment in December as recommended. My hair was falling out significantly, especially when washing it. After a month, I’d say the hair loss has improved by about 50%. I apply the serum every day and consistently brush my hair at night. I also sleep with a braid. So far, it has helped me, and I truly recommend it.

This fortifying serum absolutely works to help prevent hair fall! I use the entire genesis line and this serum is a must. It smells fantastic —just like the shampoo and conditioner. Does nothing
Did absolutely nothing after 6 weeks of consistent use. It’s like water, not serum, and doesn’t last long. I have seen zero difference in my hair since using. The water-like runny formula is super annoying and even when I first opened it I wondered why did I spend so much on basically water.

Unbearable overwhelming scent
The scent of this product is so strong it's on everything my hair has touched: pillow, scrunchie, brush, hat. I hate it. I'll never know if it could have helped my hair because the overpowering scent has made it impossible to keep using.

Good idea, little results

Not oily at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't necessarily love the smell but this hair serum certainly isn't oily at all and I love that. I feel like i have been having less hair loss since I started using this two weeks ago but i don't know if that's just the placebo effect or actually the serum. Overall, I think it's a great serum! Overpriced but i think i can use it for a pretty long time compared to other ones on the market!

Be cautious

Holy grail
The only issue is that this is frequently out of stock!! I’ve actually had to “hunt” for it at local salons! Somehow being on auto replenishment cannot guarantee it will be available to ship. This is a reflection of how incredibly fabulous this product is! I was hesitant initially to use concerned it would leave a sticky feeling on my hair . This couldn’t be farther from the truth. It is amazingly light and leaves zero residue whatsoever! A must !

Magical Relief for my scalp

My hair tends to get oily when I put too much product so i was scared to apply this product on my hair especially before i blow dried it but it was amazing and i still had volume and didn't weigh down my hair at all and it smells soooo good!!!

Not sure

I thought I saw a small difference in my thinning hair, but once I stopped, any minor progress seemed to be lost. I would be interested to see if I used it DAILY for 6 months straight if it would be effective, but not sure I want to invest that much money in something that is a "Maybe"

Burning, Inflamed Itchy Scalp
Burning sensation when I first used this and has made my scalp inflamed and itchy. Disappointing as have used all different Kerastase products for years and cannot recommend them enough usually.
