Déçue, je me tourne vers ce produit sujette à une perte de cheveux liée à l'âge.
J'ai le cheveu frisé et je constate malheureusement dans un premier temps que ce sérum me rend les cheveux très secs donc à terme je doute de son efficacité, je pense même arrêter le traitement avant la fin du traitement.
Je mets 2 étoiles pour son odeur, sa texture et qu'il est possible qu'il fonctionne sur d'autres natures de cheveux et que Kérastase reste logiquement une bonne marque, je vais cependant rester sur une huile moins onéreuse.

Great Serum, But the Dropper Needs an Upgrade!
I have been using Kérastase’s Sérum Anti-Casse Fortifiant for over six years, one bottle per month, and it has truly transformed my hair. It effectively reduces hair fall and strengthens the scalp, making it an essential part of my routine.
However, there is a major flaw in the packaging that needs urgent attention. The dropper comes out coated with product on the outside, which means that instead of applying the serum precisely to the scalp, the excess ends up spreading onto the rest of the hair. This is frustrating because the serum is specifically designed for the scalp, and this issue not only makes application messy but also leads to unnecessary product waste.
Kérastase, this needs to be fixed! A simple improvement—such as a built-in mechanism to remove excess serum from the dropper before it comes out—would make a huge difference. It would allow for cleaner, more precise application, ensuring the product goes exactly where it’s needed without making the hair greasy.
I love this serum, but the issue with the dropper is undeniable. A premium product like this deserves a user-friendly design that enhances, not complicates, the experience. I truly hope Kérastase takes this into consideration!

Just finished my bottle after regular usage (one dropper approx every two days) for about 2.5 months. I have certainly noticed hair growth. However, my hair is still falling out in the shower at a fairly high rate, but I admit it's better than before. My one con is that I cannot reuse/refill my glass bottle, so it feels like a waste recycling it. I will not be repurchasing due to the value of the product not matching the high price tag.

Heavy alcohol smell
The first 2 ingredients are water and alcohol. Its drying out my hair and the smell lingers long. I couldn't continue after 3 uses. Its been raved by influencers and I just trusted without doing my research.

Miracle worker!!
I’m on my second bottle and i have SO much new growth. One bottle lasted me a little less than a month and I even use a little less than it says to. With the price I am sad how quick it goes and wish there was a bigger size. Even my hairdresser was insanely impressed! I use this with the night serum and I’ve had 3-4” of all new growth come in!
