It’s Nice

HAIR REVIVING SERUM

I love this product, it is very great at hydrating and making my hair feel like it has life again ! My favorite easy go to style is applying some in my hair and rolling it up in a bun before bed. My hair appears styled and moisturized like a blow out the next day! Easy hack !

Good but hate the scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try the Keastase 8h Magic Night Hair Serum cause I have heard to many good things about it. The packaging is beautiful and feels luxurious in its glass bottle. The texture is very much a serum like you would expect from a skincare product. It left my hair feeling hydrated but not greasy and extremely soft in the morning. I personally really HATE the extremely strong floral scent and found that my 3c curls drank this right up which resulted in me having to use much much more product than the recommended 1-2 pumps so get even distribution throughout my hair despite the product having a very nice texture and spread. For the price and quantity needed for my hair texture I don’t think I could justify the repurchase.

Luxurious

I usually have a lot of frizz around my face and on top of my head, but this has reduced that. My hair also feels silkier. On top of all that, this product feels luxurious to use. The packaging is glass, and the scent of the product is one of my favorite things about it. It smells like a soft floral that I can’t quite place, but I adore it.

Doesn’t weigh down fine hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keratase Magic Night Hair Serum absorbs into your hair very quickly! If you have a lot of hair, you’ll probably need more than one pump. It’s lightweight enough that it doesn’t weigh down fine curly/wavy hair like mine, which is nice. My only problem with it is the scent is very strong and very perfumy. So if you don’t like strong smells, especially at bedtime, you might not like this one. Otherwise, I think it’s a good product and will probably last a long time so it’s a good value.

Works Hair Magic While You Sleep!

I’ve used this on my hair dry and damp before going to bed. I used one pump and smoothed into my ends. First of all it has the most luxurious, clean, delicious smell! You won’t be able to stop sniffing your own hair! It instantly made my hair feel smoother, softer, and more hydrated! I love that it also works while you sleep, as an awesome added bonus. Great addition!

I have seborrheic dermatitis and whenever I use products to soften my hair it tends to cause problems for me due to certain oils in them but not this product. In the last 33 days I've used this overnight hair treatment and I haven't found a single negative reaction. My hair hasn't felt this soft in a long time. I know I have a lack of hair on my head but I've grown it out to test this product and I'm loving the results. It doesn't leave residue on my pillow nor does it have an oily feeling left behind. On top of it all, it smells absolutely amazing. Finally a product to soften my hair without causing itch or seborrheic dermatitis flare ups. Highly recommend trying this yourself. Worth the price.

Temp fix

I actually heard about Kerastase from a friend-she does not use the products, she said the "Real Housewives" mentioned it on the show, so when I received a deluxe sample of this product for my birthday gift from Sephora, I was intrigued. I LOVE this product

This works great for damaged hair. I bleached my hair last month and suffice it to say but my ends need some TLC and moisture stat. This serum gives my hair exactly what it needs. Bringing back my dry crusty ends. It’s not a miracle worker but it’s pretty close. The scent is also very nice. Smells slightly floral with that reminiscent salon smell. I’m finding that I love Kérastase cause both the gloss absolu line and this product are amazing. I’m for sure going to try other items from this brand.

Actually works especially with 3c hair type

Literally magic in a bottle

This is a STAR!

I’m admittedly a fan of Kerastase in general, but from the very first time I used this I found it to be exactly what my long, fine (but dense), maturing, bleached hair needed. It adds just the right amount of softness and my hair feels incredibly healthy after using it for a month +. I don’t wash my hair everyday, usually 1-2x a week, but I have been using this more frequently. I can’t remember the last time my hair was this shiny! The scent is citrusy but mild and it does not smell synthetic to me at all, I would love it for the scent alone—but I don’t have to because this is a Holy Grail level product for my hair.

Not a holy grail, but good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this nightly on my hair for a couple weeks now. I havent noticed a huge difference in my hair, but I have noticed I have less frizz throughout the day. It has a pleasant scent that is not over powering, it just smells clean. It has a smooth texture, I have noticed that my hands feel coated after applying the treatment. Something to say about the packaging, the pump that is on this bottle is the best pump I have ever used with any product. I do wish the product information was on the bottle vs just the box it came in.

Surprisingly Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product totally surprised me! It’s usually tough to find a serum-based hair product that really hydrates my 4c hair type. But this one does work, but I wish I didn’t have to apply it every day.

Essential in my routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a staple in my routine. In the photo attached to my review, I washed my hair, used the leave in, and styled as usual. There’s no other products in my hair and it looks fabulous!! The scent isn’t too overpowering like most hair care products and it doesn’t weigh my hair down. Skip the long routines and multiple hair products, and try this one!

Good but expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really enjoy this product. I’ve never used anything like it before. I love how light weight and completely non greasy it is. The smell is nice but a touch strong for my personal preference. I don’t see enough results to justify the high price tag though.

A Leave-In Treatment Serum that Restores Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kérastace Paris' new 8H Magic Night Serum not only provides a treatment that's packed with beautiful ingredients that work to restore & improve the health of your hair, but it's also lends convenience & ease during application with no need to rinse afterwards. In other words, it's essentially a leave-in treatment. In addition, you can apply to wet or dry hair. With that being said, it is recommended to apply at nighttime, allowing it to go to work providing plant-based proteins that not only leave a protective barrier behind but also deeply nourishe the scalp & hair. This formula is also infused with niacinamide that hydrates & moisturizes for soft, silky, & vibrant hair! I've used this serum on my hair when it was wet and dry. I even broke the rules and applied a little amount from midway down to the tips as a frizz treatment and the results were beautiful leaving me with soft & shiny hair minus any frizz! It didn't weigh my hair down nor look greasy. This treatment is scented, but it's quite lovely, in my opinion. I don't feel that it's overbearing or too strong. With that being said, if you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to skip this formula. Oh yeah, added bonus....this wonderful hair treatment also doubles as a detangler that allows easy comb through after application. I would recommend the serum to fully absorb for a few minutes. I think you'll find optimal results with hair that looks & feels healthier as well as renewed! Needless to say, I won't be going without this magic serum again!

Love it!

I use it every night (one pump for my mid/long fine hair) and it doesn’t leave it weighted down, just soft and silky. The pump works well and the bottle looks nice on my counter. I would buy this over and over!

Hair feels soft by morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way my hair feels and looks in the morning after using this. I have thick dry and aging hair but this after using for a night makes it feel soft and more hydrated. I personally could do without the strong perfume scent that it has but by morning the scent has faded and I can barely smell it. I really do believe it’s made my hair look less dry and for that reason I would recommend.
