Lightweight formula

Good addition to my hair care regimen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I apply about five drops as directed to my dry ends, my hair immediately feels soft and supple. At first, it leaves a bit of residue that makes my ends look slightly weighed down, but once it fully absorbs, they actually appear fuller and healthier, not heavy or greasy at all (as shown in my last picture). So far, I’ve only used it when my ends start to feel dry on straightened hair and after a leave-in when wearing my natural texture. I plan to start applying it to my ends for wash-and-gos too, maybe even daily when I take them down. A little goes a long way, which I love. It has a very light, powdery scent that doesn’t linger or interfere with other products. Overall, I really like this serum so far. It leaves my ends feeling nourished and smooth, and I’d consider repurchasing once I run out, especially if I find it helps with length retention and reduces the breakage I’ve been noticing lately.

Liquidy, strong scented leave in serum for hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard great things about Kerastase but this is the first leave in product I’ve tried from them. It’s a very runny, liquid texture so be careful not to apply too much. The scent is strong, like hair perfume but I did like the scent. It’s pricey but it’s also a luxury brand. I have fine, thin straight hair and I have to be careful to only use 1-2 drops otherwise it does start to feel and look a bit heavy and greasy on my ends. Though the before and after photos looked the same to me, so maybe it’s just how I felt touching my hair.

Hair health journey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair was extensively damaged from using a too hot hair straightener daily. The first photo of me in white is at the start of my hair recovery journey. All of my ends were spilt and fried, with the face framing pieces being the worst. I was scared I would have to chop all of my hair off. After two months of no heat and consistent use of these drops, I’ve seen considerable change. Sure, there is still a lot of damage, but it at least looks presentable now.

The eyedropper packaging is great for application. I haven't used it long enough to know how effective it is, but I will continue to use it and update my review accordingly! Instant Results

This is one of my favorite hair care products that I have tried over the years, because you can tell the difference in your hair immediately. I used this after showering and occasionally before bed. This serum made my hair shinier and less frizzy. My hair felt and looked healthier right away. It has a moderately strong perfumed scent at first, but I did not mind this, despite usually being sensitive to fragrance. The packaging includes a dropper, so it is easy to disperse. I would definitely recommend this and will continue to use this product even after reviewing it.

Not impressed

I never really saw an improvement in my split ends and when I tried using more of the product (since there's no instruction on how much to use or how frequently) all it did was make my hair look like it needed to be washed. Besides that, I found the scent a bit too strong for me and the dropper never worked right; the oil would just start running back out on its own. It was worth a try, I guess but I won't bother continuing to use it.

Good for Dry ends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions don’t specify whether to use this on wet or dry hair so I’ve tried both and prefer to use it on damp hair! The texture is very syrupy which I like, kind of like honey but not as thick. Photo shows before and after applied to dry hair. My hair is verily very dry and frizzy so it wasn’t a miracle worker but helped a bit. I think with continued use (on damp hair) it will help with split/dead ends!

I’m pretty lazy when it comes to hair care - just shampoo, conditioner, blow dry. This has been such an easy add on after I shower, before I blow dry. Does the job for split ends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: This is a very lightweight serum. I've tried a few hair serums because I get very tangly and dry hair, and this Keratase Nutritive Nutri-Supplement Hydrating Split Ends Serum did not disappoint. This serum does not feel heavy or greasy or oily at all. It absorbed very quickly into my hair and it smells amazing - like I just stepped out of a salon. In the before and after picture, you can see that my hair definitely looks more smooth and less frizzy after applying the serum. Con: On the pricier side. This serum does help with split ends but I'm not sure if it helps make my hair silky and soft like it gets after I use hair conditioner.

Concentrated split end smoothing serum...little go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this. I have type 3c/4a curly/coily natural hair. It is dense and dry. You can see the dryness in the picture on the left. On the right is after I used the Keratase. It smoothed it really well...and it was dry! I can not even imagine how well it would do on damp hair. I only needed a little...just like the instructions say. The serum was thick but it also applied smoothly and easily. Also, the smell was light and pleasant. I would give it a 10 if I could. I will use it modestly because of the silicones to avoid build-up but it performed really well

Doesn’t take the frizz out

This is an oil based product meant to control frizz and help split ends. It didn’t really help mine at all. It did smooth it out somewhat though. My hair is really dry and I have split ends all the way to the top of my head. It smells good and doesn’t leave your hair greasy. You can’t use too much of it or it will get greasy. I used this on hair day and the next day to see if I got better results and I did not. It’s quite expensive for it to be a product that doesn’t give great results. I would recommend this if you only have split ends at the bottom of your hair but not for hair like mine. The packaging is a small glass bottle and it is pretty sturdy. I probably wouldn’t purchase this product on my own.

I tested this hair serum for almost a month. The smell is neutral. It smells like other hair serums. The consistency isn’t bad. It’s a little thick but it goes on nicely and is absorbed. Short term appearance fixed when on straight hair.

It did not say whether to use it on wet or dry hair. The ingredients are hard to understand, but it seems like oil and works similar to other oils. If I wait and use it on my hair when it's straight, it calms it down and the ends do not stick out as much. Even after several uses, I still have as many split ends.

Tamed split ends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This def had a bit of a leaning curve to get desired results. I used it after blow drying and flat ironing my hair. It said to use 2-5 drops, so I used about 4, which was too much and weighed my hair down and made it a bit greasy. But I was able to use a blow dryer to help dry the excess oil and it was fine after that. It has a light scent that isn't strong and it does smell nice. It does seem to tame my split ends and give my hair a more controlled and smooth look. I can see myself using this on my wash days to help with my split ends.

No more damage hair

In the 1st photo I hadn’t brushed my hair so it’s naturally wavy/curly and sometimes tangled. After applying the serum to my hair , I gave it a quick brush and the hair brush seamlessly runs through my hair without damaging, or hearing that crunchy sound when you would it being tangled. The smell is very pleasant and it makes my hair smell good, look soft and very healthy. A little goes a long way so you can have one bottle for sometime which is great for what the cost is. I did use it on my wet hair a few weeks ago and reapplied it in the morning to see if it worked out better that way. I honestly preferred blow drying my hair with my diffuser attached (curly haired girl) to see better results. After drying my hair, I took a few drops of the serum, worked it my palms to warm it up, and applied with my fingers and hands to the split ends. You could tell the difference immediately. Though I do need to get my hair trimmed or at least three inches cut off and it may even work way better!

Great for long hair!

Difference Noted!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this stuff is really helping my hair. Even from the first use it made a difference and it's gotten better the more I use it. The instructions on the product don't specify whether to use it on wet or dry hair, so I think you can use it on both. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't make my hair greasy, even when I applied to dry hair. My only complaint is the packaging. The formula is very runny & drippy. Even without squeezing it dispenses drops of the serum. If you're not careful it'll make a big mess. There is a scent too, perfume-y. Its not too strong, but it is there and could be annoying of you're sensitive to smells.

Very perfumed

No idea a product could achieve this

The product has a slight scent to it, very pleasant. I usually warm the oil up in my hands for about twenty seconds before applying it to the ends of my hair. The dropper is really handy, because you are able to have control over how much product you dispense.

Technique for hair types

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kerastase Paris nutritive nutri supplements split ends serum has vitamin in oil blend. Consistency is of a watery oil base. Definitely makes my hair shine after use. The scent is citrus and lovely. Depending on your hair type will depend on how you use this product. I have a combination hair type. I can only apply oil-based to my tips without a greasy appearance. If I apply this to dry hair it definitely leaves clumps of oil consistency to my hair strands. I prefer to apply this to damp hair. The bottle is beautiful with a droplet for application.

The texture is quite light and silky — it spreads easily and absorbs well, so you don’t need a lot to get noticeable slip and shine. Nourishing and hydrating for your split ends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keratase nutritive split end hair serum is great for sealing cuticles and giving your hair a lovely refresh. Use after showering on your ends only, as this serum can feel a bit like a dry oil. I noticed the dropper doesn't work very well, so when you pull product into the dropper be prepared for it to leak out instead of being released when you want it to. After the first use, I figured out how to handle the dropper and had a much better experience. The scent is not overpowering and the formula feels nourishing and hydrating on my ends. I have color-treated, thin blonde hair so I'll take all the help I can get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, hear me out: if my hair were a desert, this stuff is the oasis. My split ends were living their best raggedy life—frayed, crispy, basically auditioning for a broom role in Beauty and the Beast. Then along comes this serum, smelling like luxury bottled up in a “you can’t sit with us” perfume. Seriously, it smells so good I’d wear it as cologne if that wasn’t weird. One pump, and my ends went from “scarecrow chic” to “silky goddess who actually knows how to brush her hair.” My hair feels soft-soft. Like, the kind of soft where you catch yourself petting your own hair in public and then pretend you were just fixing it. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone whose split ends are filing for divorce.

Serum that smoothes
