Nothing special

I've been wanting to try this for years. Finally decided to try it, and find that it's no better than v05 from the dollar tree. It left my hair very dry and tangled. Paired together with the conditioner, I'm worse than when I started.

Another Favorite!

I use many products by kerastase and this shampoo is one of my favorites. When I feel like my hair is a little dry, I use this shampoo and with conditioner my hair is soft and manageable. The smell is a soft floral scent but not strong. I use the Mask and leave in my hair before blow drying my hair. It looks healthy, and smells good too.

Too heavy, not worth the high cost

Leaves my scalp very oily and I have a dry scalp. I will not buy this again, there are other salon level products that don’t cost as much that work better and don’t make your hair so greasy.

Good shampoo

I’ve been using Kérastase products since 2003 and have struggled to find an effective shampoo and conditioner that I love for years now. Kérastase is still the best on the market, but I’ve tried so many & they discontinued 2 of my favorite lines - the green volume line (d/c’d around 2012) being my absolute favorite. I’ve yet to find a GREAT PRODUCT. I have A LOT of fine, long, and color treated hair. This shampoo works for my hair and helps reduce dryness, but I think I need to start using the hair masks for my regular conditioner because this “conditioner” and others simply don’t work for me. My Hair is still very tangled, feels dry, and coarse. I do not have coarse hair - it is fine, but I have a lot of it. It can go flat quickly so I’m limited to lighter conditioners. This shampoo and conditioner helped, but I think I need to try one of the hair masks for more moisture and shine without weight

I really don't love the way this makes my hair feel after it's washed out, it almost makes it feel worse until my hair is dry, then paired with the thickening shampoo I feel like my hair does a 180. I did not enjoy the Kérastase Nutritive Hydrating Shampoo for Fine to Medium Dry Hair. This product has a strange scent. I also really hate how you have to screw the whole top off and it doesn't stay attached to the bottle. This does not fit into my shower routine well. The product itself applied easily to my hair and lathered up well. Afterwards it feels like it weighed my hair down while also not hydrating it at all.

Great moisture!

I try a lot of different shampoos and haven't found one that I want to go to again and again. I have been impressed by this product line and I would recommend trying the shampoo and conditioner together. I couldn't tell when using the shampoo if there would be a difference. I do use a scalp shampoo brush and thoroughly clean my scalp everytime and I'm able to get a good lather going with the brush. By the time I had used the conditioner, it was immediately clear that it left my hair very soft in the shower and the hair was not overly dry after blow drying and heat styling. I've been using it consistently for over a month and haven't had any regrets!

Solid shampoo from a great brand

Not as moisturizing as hoped

I have bleached and fashion colored hair, so in addition to having dry hair anyway my hair is processed and sometimes a bit… crunchy. I was hopeful that this product would moisturize my hair as advertised, but sadly I think it has only dried it out more. After using the shampoo and before using the conditioner I could feel how dry my hair had become after one wash. After using the conditioner it was better, but still not what I had hoped for. Maybe it isn't meant for processed hair.

Buying it againnnnn

Next thing's this smell so good with nice fragrance like the one at the salon and it's last all day. My hair is usually get tangled at the dyed part and sometimes it takes time to brush it but after drying, it is really soft and shine even if I usually using heat to style. I would recommend for those who have dry to really dry hair. I love it.

Amazing Shine!

I love the packaging, I think it's super cute! This shampoo smells amazing! It has a very unique scent. It's not too strong or overpowering but I love how I can still smell it even after washing my hair. With most shampoos and conditioners, the scent will wear off after I'm done washing my hair. A little goes a long ways for the application. I used about a dime size amount and it was enough to make suds. My hair feels a lot more cleaner and softer. For the price point it is more on the high end side but it's well worth the coins! I would highly recommend this shampoo (which I also used with the conditioner and thermal cream from this same line).

My hair is thin, baby fine, dry, chemically damaged, and breaks easily. It's hard to find good hair products that can treat the dryness without adding tons of oil that weigh my hair down. This shampoo has changed my life! The shampoo itself feels silky and you need very little to get a good lather. It rinses out without leaving a heaviness behind. My hair felt nourished immediately. My only issue is the smell of the shampoo. It is reminiscent of a heavily perfumed flower. It smells almost sharp if that makes sense. It gave me a headache. But I will continue to buy this product based on the performance of the shampoo. My hair looks amazing!

But my hair loves this! I have a lot of hair and it's gotten really fine over the years. The shampoo has a really nice scent. It lathers and rinses out really well. My hair always feels really clean after rinsing. My hair feels AMAZING once it dries. It's so soft, hydrated, looks shiny, and feels like I just left the salon. I wouldn't recommend using this for EVERY wash. I've been alternating it with other shampoos because I don't want to over-hydrate. However, I would recommend this line if you're hair is feeling dry and needs that hydration pick me up. The hydration lasts.

The shampoo and conditioner have some potential but I feel like my hair is dryer than before I used it. The leave in product feels a bit too heavy for my fine hair. I want to love it because I have color treated hair but I just can't say I do.

I get oily easily and after 1 day I was oily. BUT if you have a dry scalp I think this is the perfect product for you. The packaging is a little confusing because I thought there was a lid but there wasnt

Good but be careful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good stuff but be careful with protein overload. It advertises for dry hair which most people would think to go for a moisture shampoo. This does have protein in it which could cause a protein overload and make it worse. However, if you balance your moisture and protein shampoos this stuff makes out great!

Amazing shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kérastase Nutritive Hydrating Shampoo is a very nice product. I was surprised how much difference it made for my hair. I have fine long hair and this shampoo left it very soft and shiny. It also smells amazing. It is definitely a must have.

Great Shampoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to test and review the Keratase Nutritive Hydrating Shampoo for Fine to Medium Dry Hair for free. And this is what I think: Upon my first use, I was unimpressed. While my hair was wet it felt drier than before with other brands. However, after combining with other products in the line (conditioner and the leave-in heat protection cream) and drying, I was very happy with the result! My hair was smooth and soft and remained that way for a few days (I do not wash my hair every day). I think this is a great product--I did not have any problems with my fine hair being weighed down or being dried out. The only thing I don't like is the price point when I will want to purchase it in the future :)

Changed my hair I one wash

I have curly hair, it has highlights and has been so dry. We halos have hard water but with ONE shampoo and the mask it’s completely changed the texture. It’s so soft and smooth with just blow drying 10/10 would recommend 😁

Very lightweight and hydrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have vivid hair color in. my concern was that it was going to wash out my vivid colors. however did not and this is extremely silky product it does not feel like it dried out my hair. I would definitely purchase it in the future.
