WHAT IS IT?
Lotion Thermique Sublimatrice by Kérastase is a beautifying detangling blow-dry mist for dry fine to medium hair. This hair mist for dry hair contains nourishing lipids to intensely condition hair and reinforce the hair fiber, and essential nutrients that boost the formula’s ability to nourish and reinforce the hair. The light milky leave-in essence revitalizes the inner part of the hair by moisturizing the hair fiber, providing more repair, elasticity, and nutrition, and is a 230°C thermal protector.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For fine to medium dry hair.
IN-SALON PROTOCOL
1 - BACKWASH
Bathe - Start with the application of Bain or Bain Satin Riche. Apply directly on the scalp. Develop foam & perform the 3 gestures of the Kérastase Massage. Rinse and repeat.
2 - STYLING STATION
Treat - Go to the styling station to apply the full Nutritive protocol in front of the client. Mix the Nutritive Concentré + Nutrition Booster. Apply Fusio Dose on each strand on lengths and ends. Don't rinse.
3 - BACKWASH
Treat - Layer Fusio Dose with Masquintense. Take the product with a spoon and put it in a bowl. Apply the mask on lengths & ends with a brush. Massage lengths & ends. Make twists. Leave under the steam without rinsing the product for 10 minutes. Add water & emulsify. Rinse thoroughly.
4 - STYLING STATION
- Care - On towel-dried hair, moisturize scalp with Nutri-Supplement Scalp Serum. Take 1 pipette until the mark. Apply 2 to 4 doses regarding hair thickeness section by section. Massage gently. Do not rinse.
- Protect - Hair against heat with Lotion Thermique Sublimatrice or Nectar Thermique. Put a small amount of the product in you hand. Apply section by section throughout lenghts. Don't rinse. Blowdry.
- Finish - The hair style with the Nutri-Supplement Dry Ends Serum. Show to the client how to use. Take 1 to 2 drops in the palm of the hand. Spread into both hands. Apply on lengths & ends.

Not for me
I’ve used the cream version and really liked it. However, the spray just didn’t work for me. Maybe if I had short hair. The cream is just easier to distribute into long hair. I will stick with the cream version or Oribe’s detangler

Not for me
One of the few products I truly regret buying. I have very fine and straight hair, and the way this weighs my hair down is crazy. On top of that, the smell won’t even stay on your hair as with the other products of this line

Triggered Allergies
The Nutritive line is very moisturizing and feels wonderful on my hair. Unfortunately, it triggers my allergies and breathing trouble. I have had to re-wash my hair later in the day, to get the Nutritive out of my hair because of my allergic response to it.

Great detangler
This is the only detangler I’ve tried that doesn’t way my hair down. My fine hair gets very tangled after washing and I’m always concerned about breakage when brushing wet hair- this product helps a lot. Also adds a little moisture to my hair which sometimes helps with static.

Greasy hair and split ends

Makes my hair uncontrollable
It’s probably just not the right fit for my hair type. My hair is thin but there’s a lot of it, and while this product gives it a lovely shine, it also makes it really hard to control. It ends up flying everywhere, almost like it has static in it. It might work better for someone with thicker or heavier hair, but for me it just didn’t quite work out

Daily Must Have
My Go To everyday product. I always finish my hair with this protecting spray before blow drying. It leaves my hair conditioned and smooth but doesn't weigh it down. Having very fine but also bleached hair is tricky because it needs extra moisturizing and protection but it's a fine line between just right and over conditioned and limp. This product never leaves my hair feeling coated or sticky. I rely on it daily to keep my hair in top condition and looking beautiful.

I've been using this almost daily for a few months. I like it, but I'm not sure I will rebuy. I notice a bigger difference with the hair oils. I'm sure this is doing something, and makes my hair easier to comb through but I wasn't blown away for the cost, if that makes sense. Luke fragrance was too strong
I was hoping the fragrance would be a little less strong in this product, as my workplace is fragrance free. I do wear/use products with light fragrance to work, but this was too much to get away with. I love Kérastase products and wish they had a fragrance free line as their quality is amazing.

My Favorite Heat Shield Just Got Easier

I’m thrilled with this spray! It’s super lightweight, protects my hair from heat up to 450°F, and leaves it incredibly soft and shiny. It detangles instantly, tames frizz, and speeds up blow-drying. My hair feels stronger and healthier from the first use. The scent is pleasant, though a bit strong, but the non-sticky texture and amazing results make it a staple in my routine. 100% recommend!

Best detangler and heat protectant
I have very fine hair and have struggled with brittle hair that tangles easily. I’ve tried multiple detanglers and blow dry products over the years, and this is hands down my favorite. Extremely light weight, so it doesn’t weigh my fine hair down, and I barely have to use any and all the tangles are gone. Smells wonderful, and the fragrance is soft so it doesn’t give you a headache. Makes my hair insanely soft, too.

Can’t live without this
I use this daily. It doesn’t make my scalp react and works great! Was using Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser Invisible Oil detangler but had difficulty with my scalp.

A+ for Nutritive Lotion Thermique Heat Protection
The Nutritive Lotion Thermique Heat Protecting Spray is another Kerastase staple in my bathroom. I use this when my hair needs extra love and protection. I have fine, bleach-blonde hair, and due to stress, it's been getting quite frizzy and weak. I apply this on my hair after drying it with a towel post-shower, and then blow dry. It makes my hair looks shiny and healthy. Would 100% recommend even though it is on the pricier side.

Love the Protective Spray

Excellent detangler for fine hair!
My hair is fine but tends to be kinkier underneath by the nape of my neck… this is great for detangling fine hair without weighing it down! I’ve even reapplied underneath and it doesn’t get heavy!
