I recently tried the Keratase, and while it has some positive aspects, I found the scent to be less than ideal. I highly recommend trying the Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin Riche Shampoo instead.

Favorite conditioner!

My favorite conditioner! My natural hair is a light brown, and I dye it darker brunette. I've noticed since using this conditioner, I'm able to go a lot longer in between appointments and my dark color doesn't fade nearly as quickly as it used to. Also, it smells amazing and nothing else makes my hair feel as soft as this!

Can't Stand the Scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a bottle of Chroma Absolu Fondant Cica Chroma Conditioner in exchange for my honest review. I have fine, straight, color treated blonde hair. I am usually very particular with my shampoo and conditioner due to having oily roots, which causes my hair to get weighed down or look greasy very quickly with the wrong products. This conditioner seemed to work well and I didn't feel like it caused my hair to get overly greasy or flat. However, I absolutely could not stand the scent of this product. I'm not sure how people can say the scent is light and refreshing. The floral smell of this conditioner is SO STRONG. It gave me a headache most of the day the few times I tried it and it didn't help that the smell lingered in my hair. This may be a positive for some people, but for me it was not. If there was a way to get this unscented or in a different scent I would be able to give more stars as I do feel like it made my hair soft and healthy the few times I used it. Unfortunately I will probably have to give this away due to how much the scent bothered my allergies.

This product works well for color-treated hair and works best when used in conjunction with the coordinating shampoo. I normally blow dry my hair after to avoid frizz, but figured I should try air drying it. I had little to no frizz, my hair feels super healthy. I struggle with an oily scalp & dry ends, but this did not cause that at all. I wish it was slightly thicker to aid in detangling, but I'll take a little more effort to detangle if I'm receiving these amazing results!

A Must-Try product

I will say as a natural dark haired and dyed girl this product has helped a lot with the dryness of my hair. The smell reminds me of Miami, very fresh and last long. I like how with a small pea size amount creates enough product for your hair (I have mid long hair) . On the other side, talking about color , I'm not sure if it's normal but last time I did my hair I went back to brunette in a caramel tone however I feel that with time the blonde highlights are coming out again, not sure if the product helped or not in this sense. But to repair and hydrate I will give it a try.

Oribe's Only Competition

I typically gravitate to Oribe as I feel it tends to be a bit higheir quality. With that said - of the Kerastase line, I feel that the Chroma Absolu line - may in fact give Oribe a run for it's money. After using this for a month I noticed a much more style friendly hair - in both terms of softness, shine and general cooperation. I also, and this is where the tie may swing towards Kerastase, feel as though I used less of this product than the competition - ultimately saving money. This product "The princess shampoo (and conditioner) as my toddler says" has a wonderful scent that stayed with me throughout the day - that was not overpowering, but was in fact empowering. Overall - this was a win on all metrics for Kerastase.

I followed the directions exactly from the bottle. I used the conditioner from midshaft to ends. I left the product on for about five minutes and rinsed out. My hair was nicely conditioned and soft to the touch. I did find it necessary to spray a leaven conditioner to get through the knots in my hair. I normally use Gold Lust by Oribe, so I had high expectations of this product. I am happy to say my hair looked great throughout the week. I feel the conditioner kept the frizz down and made my hair very soft and shiny. The only issue I have is the scent. The smell is very strong when using the product. After drying my hair, I did enjoy the scent a little more.

It's A No For Me

First up, when I was applying the conditioner in my hair, it felt silky and soft. That's how I thought my hair would turn out, but it was just the opposite. After my hair dried it was so dry and straw like. I don't have a lot of color in my hair, so it wasn't from damage. It was so dry, that I would have to start applying a hair mask after using the conditioner. Second, the smell of the conditioner was really pretty, but for people with fragrance allergies like me, it gave me a really bad allergic reaction. My recommendation would be to tone down the scent, a little bit goes a long way. I do not think that I would purchase this product again.

Nice conditioner for curly red hair

I use about a quarter size amount on my chin length medium/thick curly hair and leave in for three minutes. My color has faded less than with other products Downside, however, is that the aroma straight out the bottle is very potent. That being said, the scent in my hair after rinsing is tolerable bordering pleasant. It's patchouli/earthy scented.

Hydrated and softened my hair

Great for damaged hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for products to help with my damaged hair from being bleached for so many years. This does have a strong scent so I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is sensitive to fragrances. It left my hair feeling soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I opened these products I was very overwhelmed by the scent! I was excited to see it included centella asiatica also known as tiger grass for its healing powers. But I was worried about the scent because I tend to get a dry itchy scalp in the winter. Upon using it for the past 2 weeks I am please and now reach for it over my R+C hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I rate it 4/5 stars for the strong scent which now I don't mind/notice as much.
