Great Mask

My hair is very frizzy and uncontrollable. I left this mask in for 20 minutes and the results were unbelievable. My hair had volume and was not fizzy. It blow dried beautifully.

I’m gonna miss the old formula!

Before they changed the formula, this hair mask was one of my absolute favorites. I only use Kerastase products and love them all! After receiving the jar of this new formula, I used it per usual and after my hair dried, it was very greasy with a heavy residue deposited on the top of my head. So weird, but I just thought perhaps I didn’t wash/rinse out products well enough. So a couple days later, (not knowing that the mask was the culprit), I washed my hair a couple times, rinsed like crazy, then used this mask. Rinsed it out like there’s no tomorrow, and again, hair was really greasy! So I knew the mask was the culprit. For reference I have very fine hair with blonde highlights and my hair is healthy (I don’t use any heat on my hair). I’m sad that I’ll have to eliminate this one as I regularly used it in my rotation ever since it came out many years ago

Annoying packaging but wonderful product

This masque/conditioner is wonderful and leaves my frizzy, dry, aging hair looking far better than the hundred other conditioners I’ve tried. My hair still frizzes in humidity but not as quickly now. My only complaint is that the product is in a low, wide container that takes up my very limited bath space and barely fits on the ledge of my tub. I am constantly worried about it falling and am considering transferring the contents to my own container. For this price, Kerastace, please be more considerate of your customers’ needs!

Packaging not for me

Amazing Immediate Results

Absolutely love this mask. I use it instead of conditioner in the shower and leave it while I finish the rest of my body. My hair instantly feels soft. Once I blow dry it, the results are shiny smooth beautiful hair. I have blonde highly processed hair and it’s magic.

Pure luxury

The Chronologiste Mask is a game-changer! I have dry, dull, aging hair and after just one use my hair looked 10 years younger. It’s deeply revitalizing, very nourishing but not heavy. Packaging needs to be revisited

The product is wonderful. You only need a small amount of the product for it to work. The issue is the packaging. It’s very hard to open the packaging while you’re showering.

Makes my hair look amazing

I have been using Kerestase chroma Captive for years, and I have tried other lines and brands and I could not find any other product that I liked until now. This mask is incredible. My hair is thinning and very damaged from highlights and this mask has brought my hair back to life, in just one wash. I will continue to use both this and the leave in oil, to help fix my damaged hair from highlights.

Expected Better Results

Great quality product

I could see a difference in my hair after just the first use, and the scent is simply amazing. It has a very unique fragrance that makes me want to smell my hair all the time. I probably wouldn't recommend it to people who are very sensitive to fragrances, as I think the scent is quite strong. But personally, I absolutely love it.
