1st time using Nutritive
Because my usual shampoo "Elixir Ultime" is discontinued I tried this product.

For a thorough, yet hydrating cleanse!
My favorite line so far! What stands out is the texture... creamy in a way where a little goes a long way and application is a breeze (even with my long hair). It's silky, rich and luxurious! The scent is a soft, musky, citrusy clean, that's refreshing in a way you look forward to and you never really tire of it. And then what strikes me is the performance... hair AND scalp are clean as can be, yet not stripped bare. The nutrients soothe my seb derm, which is a blessing! Following it up with it's sister masque is where the magic is complete, and I come away with a scalp that is clean, hair that is deeply hydrated in a lasting way and most importantly... there's no lingering scent and my hair isn't clogged with left over product, meaning what needed to be absorbed is absorbed and what doesn't need to be absorbed is easily rinsed away. Going back to any other shampoo & conditioner duo, I immediately realize there's no comparison. This line is simply superior and I'm so very grateful to have discovered it. HG material <3

Not for people avoiding protein for their hair !

Undesirable scent
Very duu Ii sap pointed you discontinued ELIXIR ULTIME LE BAIN SHAMPOO. This one that you recommend in its place has a very strong floral scent which I cannot tolerate. Disappointing product & frustrating return process
I was very disappointed with this shampoo. Instead of improving my hair, it left it feeling extremely dry, straw-like, and difficult to comb through. I used it exactly as directed, but the results were the opposite of what I expected from a premium brand like Kerastase.
I returned both the shampoo and conditioner three weeks ago in the same box. Although the warehouse shows the items were received, my refund has still not been processed because the products were from separate orders, and there seems to be confusion between the warehouse and the office.
For a high-end brand, I expected better product performance and a smoother return process. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I want to love this product
After using for over a week, I have really wanted to love this, but having a hard time, it doesn’t feel that hydrating compared to other lines, my hair feels pretty dry and dull. The smell is also not super enjoyable. This is the product I was suggested by a kerastase team member

Best Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this particular Kerastase shampoo for years - it is my very favorite one. Leaves your hair feeling so clean, so soft and so thick. No left over residue and no tangles! I also like the scent of the shampoo.

Not worth the money
Completely average shampoo not worth the price. Scent is similar to a mothball. Thought I was splurging to get a better product but just feel duped.

Changed my hair in a good way

Best Shampoo for hydration
I recently bleached my hair from brunette to blonde for the first time, and to prepare my hair for all that chemical treatment, I bought this shampoo. It not only helped my hair before the procedure but also afterward.
The violet shampoo I’m currently using leaves my hair super dry. My hairdresser recommended an X-brand violet shampoo instead of the Kérastase one I wanted to buy, and I followed his advice, which turned out to be a bad idea because I didn’t like it at all. I’ll be getting the Kérastase violet shampoo once I’m able to.
So for now, to maintain my blonde, I’m using the X-brand violet shampoo, and on top of that, I use this product. My hair feels silky and very easy to comb.
I fully recommend this product!
