Flat Lifeless Hair After Use

I was told by my stylist that this was the replacement for Loreal's Volumetry shampoo that has been for some reason discontinued. It is not even close! I was told it was a volume shampoo and it is the complete opposite. It's made my hair flat and lifeless. So mad that I spent the money on this product. Please bring back Volumetry.

Hair loss

I started using 3 weeks ago and I started to lose my hair just like I did when I was 4 months postpartum. The hair loss is insane. I couldn’t figure out why until I saw other people commenting they had the same issue on a reel. Do not buy!

It does not give my hair any freshness

It make my hairs tangled. I am unable to comb after using this shampoo. Smoothness and hydration both are missed while using this shampoo.
