WAS the Ultimate but Reformulated, cheap bottle
This was a 5 Star shampoo —now it’s runny with same smell but odd white color.
GONE is its former rich, viscous, moisture cleansing power & luxury bottles.
Ultimate Reset years ago was worth the luxury salon price experience at home; notice most high reviews are old. The entire line was redone—even the bottle lid does NOT close correctly (spillage!). Disappointed & actively seeking other options.

No pump. Lid easily broken.
There’s no pump, so it’s harder to use.
The lid was broken easily. One week after I bought it, my cleaner dropped it on the ground and the lid was broken. More than half of the shampoo leaked out and the remaining shampoo lasted for only one more week.

Great Product

Obsessed
This shampoo, paired with the condition is hands down the best shampoo on the market. I have colored lightened hair and this product has saved my hair from becoming a crispy mess. It’s spendy however a little bit goes a long way. It lathers beautifully and leaves my hair feeling so clean! I’m definitely hooked and will never be able to use anything else.

I love the shampoo (not the price!) but I will be buying a full sized bottle because it worked so well for my wavy and coarse hair Asian hair. It's been incredibly humid here and my hair was never been smoother. And, with the humidity, I needed something to actually wash my hair of sweat and oils. I'm not a fan of the fragrance (mature floral) but it fades so I'm happy with that. I like the hair mask but felt that I've had hair masks (like Milbon) that work similarly.

Excellent for pool damaged hair

Very moisturizing, powerful scent

This shampoo provided excellent moisture and did a great job as really cleansing the scalp without stripping the hair of its natural oils. Upon rinsing it instantly made my hair feel silky soft. My only complaint is the scent, it is too much and somewhat overpowering. It smells great it's just too strong for my taste. It's definitely giving perfume for your hair.

Cleans well, but kind of drying

I wet my hair really well applying a grape size amount to my natural mixed textured curly medium length hair. It lathers and cleanse well, but left my hair feeling a bit stripped and frizzier than usual.
I wasn't to happy the shampoo contained sulfates. Having dull dry, fragile and frizzy hair I try to avoid these ingredients being they tend to dry and irritate my scalp. The shampoo is great at cleansing and leaves no residue behind, but isn't for my hair type.

Strong masculine scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample size of this product 2.5oz to try. The shampoo has an extremely strong scent that doesn't really work w any of the conditioner I own so you would need to use the same line and I think it's way to high of a price point for what it offers. It is a nice consistancy and it washes out well but I don't see enough of a difference to justify the price point. The sample size was enough for about two shampoos for me which means I would only get about 8 washes from a full size bottle.

Super Hydrated

BRILLIANT COMBO WITH CONDITIONER
I actually reviewed the conditioner as the shampoo. They are both high quality ingredients. Just began using on my highlighted extensions. Use to use Colour Shampoo & Conditioner so I thought would try this combo for even healthier hair since I put more products in my extensions. Appears to leave my hair smooth, refreshed, healthy and stronger.
When my own hair which is long and fine is without extensions I alternate with the colour combo & Murato combo which I love.
Shu truly ROCKS!!

Great Product
This saved my hair after being over processed and straw like. Softened and repaired my hair. A little goes a long way so although expensive, you get what you pay for.

Hydrating shampoo

I think while the shampoo was good, I have used other products that offer the same or similar results at a much lower price. deeply moisturising to dry brittle hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very enriching and moisturising shampoo. Thick and lush with beautiful high-end packaging. This shampoo worked very well with my dry brittle hair with damaged ends. Despite having low porosity hair, this sunk in beautifully into the the hair cuticle. I had shiny, soft and buttery hair afterwards, lot of slip afterwards when I was running my fingers through my hair when usually it is quite rough and my fingers catch tangles along the hair. My hair felt stronger afterwards, not crunchy and I had less fallout during the week after shampooing. Really seals up broken and rough hair with a lot of split ends.

Amazing!

A strong scented shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The first thing I noticed was the strong scent. While putting in the shampoo you can tell its very moisturizing. I’m a little on the fence with this shampoo since it claims to be good for bleached hair but it has one ingredient that has sulphates.

Best Shampoo for Dry Hair!

Within the first use I was able to feel a noticeable difference in the texture of my hair. My hair was much smoother and less frizzy for a few days after I used the dhamp

Loved it but contains sulfate

The aroma is incredibly perfumey, and it lathers up like a dream! A little squirt goes a long way. When I rinsed this out, my hair felt really clean but not squeaky clean , and it left a pleasant perfume aroma on my hair. I wanted to give it a 5 star but the down side is it contains sulfate.

Gentle and Effective

It does not over strip your hair or leave your hair feeling dry or brittle like other shampoos. I was really impressed by how soft my hair felt after using this shampoo (for reference I have 2C hair). It also has a very pleasant and gentle scent that is not overpowering at all. I love this shampoo and will continue to use it!

Moisturizing Shampoo

It had a light scent and was more moisturizing than most shampoos I've used. The only thing is that the bottle is a bit slippery when trying to use it in the shower.

Great restorative shampoo

Sleek and chic

The packaging is beautiful, sleek and eye catching which I appreciate. I couldn’t figure out what was the light scent of this shampoo but I noticed my hair smelled fresh till my next wash. My hair does get dry and damaged with the cold weather and keeping my hair up so wanted something that would add life to my hair again. And this product did exactly that. I did notice after first use that my hair did feel refreshed and lightweight. The shampoo clarified my hair in the sense that extra product buildup and oil were stripped and I was left with clean, light and Noticeably softer hair. I really enjoyed this product so far as I saw a difference in my hair after a week of use.

Restored my scalp

Super soft and shiny hair

Hair stays soft and shiny for days after washing. The only negative thing I can say is that it leaves a very strong scent, even after rinsing and styling.
