Good product
I've used only one bottle so far so I can't tell if it works yet. However, the woman I know uses it regularly and she had amazing results. She suffered from hair loss and now she has very nice thick hair. I have big hopes for this product but I understand that it will take several months to see any results.

Interesting Product - Divine Aromatic Scent!
I rate this really as a 4.5. I'm not sure I am the perfect candidate for this, but I can say it helps with various scalp conditions. It does seem like it balance the scalp so it is more uniform in condition. In my opinion, the scent is the best of all Keratase products I have tried and use. It is uplifting, fresh, herbal with a tad of forest...It is a pleasure to use and the bottle looks very nice on my vanity. I use this in conjunction with Initialiste Scalp & Hair Serum and Bain Nutri-Fortifiant Shampoo.

Sticky & strong smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this as a sample and I liked the way it made my scalp feel - refreshed and didn’t weigh my thin, fine wavy hair down. I ordered a small bottle and the moment I opened it, the menthol smell was way overpowering and off putting. I figured maybe that will fade so I dispensed about 1-2 drops on my scalp and I immediately regretted it. It was thick and sticky and made my head and hair feel and look dirty. Nope never again !

Can't get past the awful smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this sample a few times and after using all the samples up, I decided to give it a consistent try and bought a bottle. I opened it and immediately didn't like the smell but I figured it wouldn't be as strong since id only be using a little at a time. Except even a little was too strong for me to ignore. Besides the smell, the texture felt thicker and made my scalp feel sticky. I used a very small amount - less than suggested to mitigate the chance for buildup. Had to wash it out that night and can't use it. I'm sad that I threw out the box & packing label when I got it so I don't think I can return it.

Awesome product

I'm not sure about this product
I'm not entirely certain about this product. What I can say is that I've tried it, and it helped clean my scalp and relieved itchiness without leaving it greasy. However, I'm somewhat undecided about its overall effectiveness. It's a bit of a gamble, so take the risk if you're inclined.

Itchy, irritated scalp
Over 6 months ago out of nowhere I started notice my scalp randomly itching, and it progressed to daily itching and dry scalp/flakes. My hair is color treated and I use multiple keratase products: I tried The 8hr serum and other scalp leave in to moisturize scalp. This is the only one that worked. I’ve been using it daily for the last week, it’s the only time I can Say that I have not caught myself randomly itching like the last 6months. This product is absolutely worth it if you’re fed up with itchy, flaky scalp.

Thank God for this Serum
I’ve been using this serum for about a month. I have struggled with what I assume is either scalp psoriasis, extreme eczema, or dandruff. (LARGE scalp flakes/peeling, redness, itchiness and pain) MUST WASH everyday and still flakes.
I started using it everyday for 2 weeks, then every other day after I wash my hair and now 2-3 times a week. It does not leave my scalp oily or dry and it actually allows me to skip a wash every other day. My flakes are gone.
I nothing I’ve tried worked in regards to special shampoos, but this did!
I highly recommend. I wish I had found it sooner.

Fresh and less oily!
I LOVE this serum! I have tried others from Kérastase, but this is my favorite one. I have very fine hair that gets oily within one-two days after wash. This serum prolongs my time without a wash, smells great, and leaves me feeling refreshed! Came back for seconds because I must have it in stock for weekly use!

The only note I would have is that the opening is a little tight and when you put the pipette back in, some of the serum sticks to the screw cap, if you're not careful.

Great Product
Out of the blue I had a terribly itchy scalp. I deep conditioned a few times, stopped shampooing and finally used different products from my usual but nothing helped. After using this for about 10 days my itchiness is gone! I was concerned it might make my hair oily but it didn’t. Not only did it help my scalp it increased the volume and shine of my hair. I didn’t think the fragrance was too strong but someone with a sensitive nose may. Overall a great product!

Smells amazing!
I absolutely love this product. I wish they made this in a perfume. Scent is amazing and it helps dry scalp issues. I put it down the part of my hair and on both sides of the scalp. Then I massage it into the scalp. I was having issues with small dry flakes from dry scalp. I noticed a huge difference the first time I used this product and now have no dry scalp issues. I use once to twice a week and I would def recommend it.

Nice product, but not a cure
I ordered this serum to help me combat a dry, itchy and flaky scalp from seborrheic dermatitis. I think it helps, but it isn't a miracle product. Some positives about the serum are that it truly doesn't make your hair look greasy (I was skeptical) and that it smells lovely.

Did not help
I was very hopeful for this product as I have a few friends who use it and love it. But, it honestly made my scalp worse. My hair was more oily just a day after washing and using it.
I used it on wet hair and air dried. If there’s a better way to use it I’d love to try.

My least favorite Kerastase product
It gave my sensitive scalp relief right away I didn’t use as much as the directions say maybe two doses . The scent is overpowering not my fave . I may not be able to continue using it because of the scent it reminds me of the scent of hairspray. Kind of gives me a headache I will be washing it out tonight . Glad I got it at a discount .

I purchased this product because I’m prone to dandruff. My scalp is dry and always irritated. After watching vlogs and tried several tips and tricks, I came across this product and thought of giving it a try.

The best hair serum I've tried

Amazing product
I have been using this product for about a year and a half now. I started using it when I went to my hair dresser after frying my scalp. I already had an issue with dandruff but the chemical burns on my scalp made it so much worse. She recommended me this product to help with the dryness and over production of oil. It has worked absolute WONDERS on my scalp. One bottle typically lasts me about 4-6 months. I use it every time I wash my hair, which is about 2-3 times a week. Purchase!!

Poor application design
Squirting the thick gelly-like product through the oversized glass tube unto my hair is a poor product design. The product ends up on my scalp and at least one inch of my hair shaft It's a messy process. At a minimum, the tip should be a soft sponge-like tip. I don't know if the product works because the application design is so poor; I only used the product 3x -sporadically, and I said I wouldn't use it again each time. It does feel cool going onto the scalp.

Great formula. Difficult application.
I’ve used this product 2 times now. the application method for this serum is challenging. The serum is so thick, it’s hard to get it where I want to go. Scalp is already improving - like all products it works. I just wish I could apply it easier.

Love the serum, hate the delivery system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the product but hate the delivery system. They need to put a stopper on the bottle. The product is so thick that it sticks to the dropper and a lot of product is wasted. The serum is great, it calms my scalp and gives volume to my hair.

Fresher scalp but not recommended for oily scalp
The smell is amazing and refreshes the scalp, but it leaves my hair more oily than usual so that’s the only thing I really don’t like.

Soothing for scalp
I suffer from itchy scalp. When my scalp is bothering me I put this on the itch spot and go to bed and by morning it does not bother me anymore. I don’t care what it smells like although I don’t really think it smells bad like other reviewers. It just does what it says it does.

Leaves my hair oily
I was hoping to love this product but sadly it leaves my hair a little oily after it dries. I bought the recommended treatment for oily hair and it’s been about 2-3 weeks and I’m not sure it’s helping. I won’t be buying this again.

Haven’t seen any changes. Not a fan of the scent

J’utilise ce soin depuis 15 jours chaque jour sur cheveux mi longs. Je l’utilise sur cheveux humides ou cheveux secs peu importe. La pipette est très pratique et le flacon trop beau. Sa texture pénètre facilement et donne une sensation de fraîcheur et de propreté. J’adore son parfum aux notes d’agrumes. Ce sérum est enrichi en prébiotiques qui vont prendre soin du cuir chevelu. Il est recommandé de l’utiliser pendant 3 semaines donc je continues et pour l’instant c’est top !

First Kerastase Product I've Truly Disliked

I recommend this serum
I think it’s actually working, as my hair fill fuller. No itching, much less oily scalp on the second day. Smells good. I let it stay on my scalp for about 5-10 min before drying, so it penetrates deeper.

I really wanted to love this product, but sadly, it did not live up to my expectations, perhaps I did not use it per the listed directs, but frankly who washes their hair every single day! It has a lovely texture and a gorgeous smell, and although it lessened my scalp sensitivity, it did not not get rid of it!

We do not recommend to wash your hair every single day - as it will result in excess of sebum/oily scalp! You can use the product on towel dried hair or dry hair. Have a nice day! The Kérastase Team

To get optimal results, we also recommend distancing your hairwash - i.g. 1-2x per week. Water and products tend to irritate your scalp and to prevent that, it produces sebum. Pas mal mais sans plus

Le pack est en verre assez lourd et très luxueux, un plus ! Je l'ai utilisé tous les jours pendant 1 semaine et je n'ai pas vu de "vrai" résultat (peut-être parce que je n'ai pas vraiment un cuir chevelu à problèmes). L'utilisation est très agréable, il sent bon et laisse un effet frais à l'application. Par contre, j'ai suivi les instructions et j'avais vraiment l'impression d'utiliser trop de produit : la texture est censée être complètement absorbée et ne pas graisser ou coller; je me suis réveillée avec des résidus par endroit en racines donc vraiment pas top. Sur les autres jours, j'ai laissé posé tel quel 2h avant de me coucher et j'ai fini par sécher au sèche-cheveux pour régler le problème. A voir pour des personnes concernées par des problématiques de cuir chevelu à apaiser, mais je ne rachèterai pas.

J’ai acheté cet article pour équilibrer mon cuir chevelu irrité et à tendance grasse mais je n’ai aucun résultat. Dommage vu le prix.
Cheveux qui regraissaient quand même, démangeaisons toujours pressentes.

Using because of bad dandruff
Smells great. So far I have used it every day (on week 2), and it has helped some - which I’m happy with because this year I’ve had really bad dandruff. I can go about 3 days of using this stuff & not washing my hair before I wash my hair. Hoping it continues to work!

Premièrement l'odeur est top , elle donne du peps a mes cheveux. Son utilisation est très simple du a sa pipette qui donne la dose nécessaire de produit. Ensuite il suffit de masser le crâne et ça fait un bien fou .
Mes cheveux sont plus souples , plus jolis et se cassent beaucoup moins .j adore !

I apply this after a shower because I feel it's easier to section on my scalp with damp hair than dry and I can rub it in easier then brush it out, it leaves my scalp feeling clean and fresh and I can definitely tell a difference when using it, my head isn't as itchy and looks more balanced. I noticed more shine and volume and my hair just looking more healthy. It does take a lot though and the bottle isn't too big so it won't last long but overall is easy to use, smells great and I feel it gives off great results.

Amazing stuff!

After about a day or two of not washing my hair I develop scalp pain. I also have very oily scalp. I used this as instructed the very first time at night and next morning no scalp pain!!! I was in shock!!! Never thought something like this can help what I have been experiencing for years without relief. Also did not make my head oily! Plus side is it smells so amazing for a few more days. So saves me from having to wash my hair too often. Only con is the amount require is a lot so bottle may not last long but otherwise so worth it!
