My scalp and hair is so healthy!

I have tried many scalp/hair serums and this is by far my favorite. I use it every 3 days after washing my hair (after my roots are somewhat dry) and it does not leave any residue or weird film on my hair and scalp like many other serums do. I have been using it a few months now and my roots have never grown out so fast. Definitely feel like it’s making my hair thicker too!

Starting to see thicker hair, not sticky

I've been using it only for 2 weeks so I haven't seen a significant effect yet, but my hair around the region I started applying it on feels a bit thicker. It's not sticky after use, and it smells nice. Will continue to use it.

Didn’t Notice a Difference

Great product, horrible packaging.

Absolutely love this product. It helped me grow my tension bald spot back in a little under 2 months. Minus one star because the dropper is god awful and I am quite literally begging Kerastase to change the packaging. I feel like I have to pump this thing 5 times to even get half of a dropper full and then repeat so that I can get a full dropper on my head when I do my routine. Idk if I got a dud or what but this thing frustrates me every time I go back into the bottle.

I have oily scalp so was worried about using in the morning after washing, but my hair looked great all day. It felt fuller and after just a few uses I did feel like my hair was looking better. I got this because i noticed my hair was falling from the root and i could see hair follicels everytime i brush or a hair fals. First time using it, the serum is not sticky as other brand serum. It did not make your hair stick together. really light serum. Also, I love the smell. It smells floral. I just try it for a week, together with the Genesis shampoo and conditioner. so far my hair falling less than last week. love it.

Little bottle of miracle serum

I have purchased this serum 3x now and it has absolutely saved my desert dry blonde hair ! I have natural blonde hair but I do get a few platinum highlights a few times a year and this serum has made my scalp and ends very happy . My hair feels soft. Is more manageable. As well as my scalp feels less desert air and sun dried out … I will purchase again ! Oh and it smell divine . Like I just left the spa . I recommend it to anyone that ask me about my hair health and my hairstylist now recommends it to all her blondes who’s ends looked terrible ! She even loves it for her hair as well ! Meh…

I ordered this to help with my hair shedding. The reviews from others seemed really positive so I took a chance on this particular serum. What I didn’t see mentioned in the reviews is the pimples and irritation this caused. I followed the directions and at first I thought it was just because I was getting used to it, but I’ve been using it now for a few weeks and I am not impressed. I *think* it was helping with less shedding BUT everywhere I put this on my scalp, I broke out with deep painful pimples. On my scalp and my hair line. Needless to say for the price I paid I’m a bit disappointed it clogged my pores enough to cause issues. I will definitely not be finishing the serum which just seems like such wasted money.

I’ve been using this for about a year now along with some vitamins and my fallout has been significantly reduced. Packaging and pipette terrible

Not sure how the serum is working yet, but the packaging is TERRIBLE. The pipette barely sucks up any serum, and you'll get more dripping off the side of it than in it. The bottle itself is top heavy and has fallen over several times. Pacifica scalp serum has more functional packaging and a more functional pipette. Will not be repurchasing until the packaging is more functional.

I love this serum!

I pair this serum with the pink bottle(genesis serum fortifiant) per my stylist’s suggestion for my hair loss. I love the entire genesis line and I’ve been using it for over a year now. I’ve really noticed a difference. This serum is a game changer. The only thing I don’t like is that I can never tell when I’m about to run out so I always have a backup ready. But it’s worth it.
