Lives up to the name ‘Hydrate’

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is dry and damaged and this conditioner FIXES this issue. This is one of those conditioners that intensely softens my hair, but it will still feel lightweight and airy. I love that minty invigorating tingle it gives my scalp too and I don’t normally put conditioner directly on my scalp. I make a point to massage the conditioner off my scalp so my hair won’t feel producty or weighed down. This is one of those products that are concentrated too - a little goes a long way! Transforms this dry, brittle mop to nourished, silky hair!

It’s my ride or die!

I have thick, textured, long hair and this is the only conditioner that I have found that hydrates my hair sufficiently, reduces frizz and detangles. The added bonus is the peppermint …love the smell and it feels like a spa treatment every time I use it. I will never be without this one!

Best conditioner ever!

I used it for the first time while traveling with a friend who had a trial size and swore by it. After one use, I was sold. But after two uses? The second I came home from that trip, I ordered some. Best decision ever. My hair is looking and feeling the best it ever has!

Changed formula for the worst

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed they added sodium chloride to my favorite conditioner. People can use a pump. Sodium chloride will strip my hair of brazillian blowout or keratin. Anyone spending 90 dollars on conditioner probably has this in their hair. They could have put sodium chloride in the hydrate sheer only but to put it in both? They ruined a perfect product. I love pureology but I literally can't use it. Now I have to go back to drawing board and find something else. The old formula used to make my hair grow.

Damaged fine hair

So fresh and so clean

I’ve how the product is sort of minty fresh when it is on my hair. It gives that sort of minty tingle to my scalp and makes me feel extra fresh and clean. Great, but small size bottles tend to break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love your products. However, when we bought the Hydrate shampoo and conditioner duo in the 9oz size, both plastic bottles didn't last. Each bottle has a punctured hole in the corner after dropping them only once or twice in the shower. We've duct-taped them for use and travel, but we'd be a lot happier if the plastic bottles were more durable.

The Best Conditioner

Every time I have "strayed away" my hair has taken a hit, but as soon as I bring Pureology back into my rotation it changes back. Repair

Disappointed

But the last two bottles I've had had a different type of smell it wasn't the same as before, when I first started using it a couple of years ago. It does do good for hydration though.

Expensive But Excellent

It is very expensive, so I’m always looking for something less so that works, but I have not yet been successful. My bottle came with a lid that did snap open. You’d have to screw off the whole lid while slippery in the shower. I complained, and the company promptly replaced it. I appreciate the customer service.
