Welcome: Offer premium loose-leaf tea or chilled Champagne with French chocolates or macaroons.
Diagnosis: Discuss client's hair and scalp concerns. Explain the Chronologiste ritual's benefits, inspired by skincare and ancient Asian traditions.
Preparation: Prepare the pearl and mask mixture in front of the client, explaining the process.
Wash: Ensure client's comfort at the backbar. Gently wash hair with Chronologiste Bain Régénérant.
Mask: Apply the mask to scalp, lengths, and ends.
Acupressure: Perform a scalp acupressure massage using the provided tool, focusing on specific points.
Massage: Give a 10-minute hand massage including stroking, effleurage, petrissage, and shiatsu techniques.
Rinse & Detangle: Rinse hair thoroughly twice and gently detangle.
Styling: Apply the appropriate serum and blow-dry. Finish with Chronologiste L’Huile de Parfum oil.
Post-Ritual: Offer a refreshing towel and a personalized card recommending the Chronologiste retail products. Schedule a follow-up consultation.
Cleanup: Rinse and return tools to the Coffret.
