The oil is responsible for the increased volume and predictability of the lightening result. It's our way of achieving up to 9 levels of lightening faster with lower-volume developers. The oxidizer's oily base also enables optimal mixing and application.

For use exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder Mix in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, depending on the technique used Treat for a maximum of 50 minutes
