Doesn’t help with hair breakage

Cleans well and keeps hair look healthy

My Favorite!
Love love love this line! I have been trying the brand product by product and this one has been my favorite so far. It really makes the hair feel like silk. I wish I loved this Shampoo
From a previous order, I received two samples of this shampoo and it's matching conditioner. Each sample provided enough shampoo for 2 uses so I was able to wash with this shampoo four times prior to purchasing a full bottle. I loved the smell and, at first, my hair felt soft. Upon using this shampoo more regularly, I'm experiencing an increase in breakage and hair fall vs when I use Chroma Absolu. I've noticed that my hair seems to be drier the more I use it and has an odd texture so I'm discontinuing use. This shampoo may work for some but for me it was a miss.

Buy this. I don't use hairsprays, gels, etc., in my hair and before I bought this I'd have to wash my hair twice to get the squeaky sound rinsing the second time...yes, my mother always said "if it doesn't squeak when you rinse DO IT AGAIN until it does!". With this I shampoo once and my hair is squeaking away when I rinse. I love this stuff and you don't need a whole hand full of shampoo, either!

Great for long periods between washes
I have long, thick hair and a busy life: kids, tennis, dog, etc. I don't love constantly styling my hair so I only wash when it feels greasy. I was using a moisturizing shampoo prior to this one. I like it because it allows me to go about 4 days between washes.

Allergy alert!
My neck and chest after using got red and itchy. None of the other Kérastase shampoos I’ve tried have done this. I think it’s the EXTREME amount of perfume in this. Also my hair didn’t turn out well.

Love the way the shampoo makes your hair feel! It lathers up nicely and gives you a clean feeling afterwards. I do have an oily scalp and I’ve noticed my hair still looks great after 2-3 days of no wash. It’s a lot better compared to my old shampoos where my hair would be oily within the 2nd night. Wasn't good for my hair
Disappointed with this line. It has intensified the frizz and make my hair look less aligned and shaped. When I use it I have to spend more time styling my hair.
I'll use it up as it was quite expensive, but wouldn't repurchase it. Kerastase has other lines that deliver much better results.

Perfect cleansing shampoo for damaged fine blonde
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have naturally dirty blonde hair that I bleach at home to get platinum blonde. This shampoo was great when taking a break from my purple shampoo and I found I could stretch washes to only 2x a week when I used this as my clarifying shampoo once a week. Smell is great and was gentle on my damaged ends in the shower. Love that I get a discount for buying in refill packaging

Exactly what i’m looking for
I have oily scalp that makes my hair sheds more. This shampoo really helps reducing hair fall by addressing that. I love the whole Genesis line, but this shampoo is the best product in my opinion. It reduces oil and helps extend the days between washing hair, without leaving the ends dry.

Overpowering scent
The product gave my hair great texture and shine. But the scent was not for me. Think baby powder and roses. The smell of my hair was so strong/unpleaant it actually woke me up throughout the night. My husband wasn’t a fan either.
