Hair looks dry and like straw
The new changed formula has left my hair more dry and straw like lacking any shine. Disappointing for the price as it has gone up as well and bought it from a small saloon so can’t even return it. Only thing nice is, smell.
To the R&D team - please go back to the old formula and stop using all the plant protein etc. just use regular ingredients

The quality of the packaging and shipping
I ordered shampoo, balm and 2 oils on the official website, all products were in stock. But in a few days I noticed a change in the amount in my bank account and it turned out that they canceled my shampoo.
When I received the package, the flacon of oil was almoust opened and the product leaked out, making the whole package sticky, but the worst part is that I ordered it as a gift!
I don't know :( How am I supposed to gift this product now?
The balm also doesn't have any protective films and looks like it's been used.
I am very disappointed. I hope that the quality of the product itself will be better.

Very disappointed..
I have always wanted to try Kerastase because I have always heard that it is the best there is. I finally decided to give it a try, even after its high prices. I had the opportunity and I am so disappointed... It did nothing to my hair, it dried it and my hair is falling out, the truth is that my hair never falls out. Never again.

Lait Vital revitalisant léger. C'est tout ce que ton cheveux ne veux pas. Après utilisation mes cheveux étaient comme de la corde et impossible à démêler. J'ai été obligé d'utiliser un revitalisant de ma fille pour démêler mes cheveux. Je comprends pas que Kerastase vendent ce produit comme revitalisant c'est réellement de la fausse représentation.

Does exactly what I need it to do

I had huge expectations for this brand and base on my needs I went for the shampoo and conditioner of this line of products. I used them and my hair looks dull, frizzy and dry. Usually when I use for the first time a product my hair looks amazing. I'm highly disappointed, especially because of the price point of these products. Living proof is much cheaper and better so far.

Would not recommend
Unlike other kerastase products this smelled awful and felt cheap. I’ve used it a couple of times now and do no like the way it makes my hair feel and again the smell is awful.

Wonderful conditioner but…
I have purchased this many times for several years. It’s an amazing conditioner for fine, thin hair like mine. I give the product 5 stars, however, am a bit miffed by recent customer service. I purchased this before last Christmas along with Bain Satin 1 shampoo. When my package arrived everything in it was incorrect. After several emails and phone calls, my corrected order still has not been processed, much less delivered.

Kerastase used be better!
I 'm very disappointed for purchasing this product and also Bain Satin I shampoo. Since I'm using these products my hair is falling off more, and feels not different than using regular shampoo, conditioner buying from drug stores with way less money.
Actually Lait vital is worst than shampoo, it doesn't even softening your hair.
I will never buy these products anymore!

Not the results I was expecting
I was excited for this product after reading the reviews but I swear I must have a different product. After using product as stated it left my damp hair tangled and straw like. I’m sure I caused more damage to my hair trying to comb through it. Will not be ordering again.

Provides moisture but the scent is a deal breaker. Smells like mothballs and ruins the experience. Thankfully styling products mitigate the scent, otherwise this product would be unusable.

I actually kind of like it

However the smells have me an 80's/90's vibe. Lol very nostalgic smells but I would recommend if someone asked...plus side it did make my hair soft and I mean veryyyy soft.. I still believe this would also be great for a straight fine texture hair... but thicker hair you will need more of the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this shampoo, it smells really nice and washes off clean. It doesn't stay on the scalp or hair leaving any residue. I love how my hair feels after it's washed off and my definitely feels much more softer and thicker.

I really like this conditioner, even without the shampoo. I just wet my hair, apply the conditioner and rinse as usual…leaves my hair soft and silky, like I just got back from the hair salon!

Does not work for dry coarse hair.
Not hydrating at all. Makes my hair tangle a lot, it was very hard to comb through, hair does not feel soft or quenched.

Added fragrance spoiled product
This has been my go-to conditioner. The two last ones I bought had a fragrance that is too powerful. Why buy a top of the line product and smell like cheap drugstore products? Please fix it.

Disappointed
I read the reviews and decided to try this. Maybe I have a defective bottle but my hair feels dry after using it, and I can barely get a comb through. It doesn’t detangle. My drug store conditioner works better for a fraction of the price.

Underwhelmed
I bought this a month ago and I am disappointed. I have dryer hair and this gave my hair a weird texture and did not moisturize at all. It actually felt as though it may have made my hair a bit dryer? Not sure if I received a faulty product because of all the good reviews and was recommended this from a friend.
