Hair savior!

This, together with the mask and conditioner, have saved my hair! after a stylist overprocessed my highlights, I was plagued with damage. My once full, thick hair, was dry, brittle, and thinning from breakage. After three uses, my hair looked amazing again, I’ve since switched my hair care solely to Shu uemura and I’ve never looked back!

Fantastic repair shampoo

I have long, thick hair down to my knees and it has, or should I say had, tended to frizz when the weather is humid or windy. It also tends to be dry which makes it more prone to breakage. Since I started using extreme repair shampoo and conditioner my hair has felt healthier and has remained smooth or substantially smooth even in humid or windy weather. It's one of the best shampoos I've ever used and I highly recommend it.

Nowhere near as good as the silk bloom

This product is very subpar It has the quality it has the quality of maybe a Paul Mitchell brand product. It is nowhere near as hydrating, moisturizing or repairing as their silk bloom line. Very disappointed in this

Conditioner to keep.

This conditioner really helps to control split ends and any frizziness. I leave it on in the shower for 4 to five minutes. It allows me to comb through tangle free and helps to pro when you blow dry. I little secret —all shu umera conditioners work very well.

Best hair product i’ve tried

Wanted to try this brand for a long time, and finally did. Not seeing myself going back to what i used before. The texture of the product (you don’t need much, and i have very long and thick hair), the smell and overall quality is amazing. Recommend to everyone!

WAS the Ultimate but Reformulated, cheap bottle

This was a 5 Star shampoo —now it’s runny with same smell but odd white color. GONE is its former rich, viscous, moisture cleansing power & luxury bottles. Ultimate Reset years ago was worth the luxury salon price experience at home; notice most high reviews are old. The entire line was redone—even the bottle lid does NOT close correctly (spillage!). Disappointed & actively seeking other options.

No pump. Lid easily broken.

There’s no pump, so it’s harder to use. The lid was broken easily. One week after I bought it, my cleaner dropped it on the ground and the lid was broken. More than half of the shampoo leaked out and the remaining shampoo lasted for only one more week.

Obsessed

This shampoo, paired with the condition is hands down the best shampoo on the market. I have colored lightened hair and this product has saved my hair from becoming a crispy mess. It’s spendy however a little bit goes a long way. It lathers beautifully and leaves my hair feeling so clean! I’m definitely hooked and will never be able to use anything else.

I love the shampoo (not the price!) but I will be buying a full sized bottle because it worked so well for my wavy and coarse hair Asian hair. It's been incredibly humid here and my hair was never been smoother. And, with the humidity, I needed something to actually wash my hair of sweat and oils. I'm not a fan of the fragrance (mature floral) but it fades so I'm happy with that. I like the hair mask but felt that I've had hair masks (like Milbon) that work similarly.
