Love this stuff. In addition to providing nice protection, it's creamy and nourishing like a light leave in conditioner/styling cream. Some days I don't need any additional staying products.

Love this stuff!

I love this thermal leave in! I love the smell! Once the product is in my hair and I blow dry, the smell is gone, it’s strong at first, but I love it. I have a short non I blow dry and curl, I find this really helps to keep the waves for 2-3 days and my hair looks smooth

Works as leave in even without heat

What a surprise I had applied and my short hair airdried before I got around to grabbing blow dryer 20 minutes later. I have short thick hair and had done some finger fluffs, answered some texts and had soft waves in dry hair. Great option. Also works well with dryer, seems to dry faster.

Love the product for so many reasons

I love how creamy this product is. It doesn't make my hair flat at all but it seems to give it moisture and frizz protection, as well as the heat protection. I have very curly hair and this is the 2nd product I put into my hair with every wash/styling. It's definitely part of my curly hair regimen.

Just takes 1 pump

Hard to say if this one item works a miracle anything but I use only Kerastase now and my hair has recovered and is fuller and longer. For this product specifically, 2 pumps makes the hair sticky. I have long hair and 1 pump applied to midlength to ends is all that is needed

Heavily perfumed and overbearing

Works okay, but I cannot get past the smell. It is very potent and heavily perfumed. I prefer the Nutritive or Genesis thermal sprays in both performance and scent. I'd suggest dialing down the fragrance intensity on this line.

New MUST for me!

I don't use hot tools on my hair; however it does get frizzy, and with no routine haircuts so the ends do get dry. This primer was easy to apply, smooth. I use this on 50/50 dry/damp hair. The scent is okay, not too overpowering for me. This new additional has left my hair smooth, shiny (without the greasy look), soft and full. Highly recommend!

I would buy this product again… as soon as I can afford it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I tried the product I used it exactly as recommended. Says to apply to damp hair. And then blow dry. I have long hair. After some trial and error I have found what works best for me is applying while hair is in between the wet and damp stage. More wet than damp, but not necessarily dripping right out of the shower. I'm shocked this product works so well. The only major negative about this product is the price. It is super well worth it for me with how well it works. But also for my financial means it is at the cusp of being impossible to buy once I run out of this magical product. Good for you(r hair) ingredients in this stuff. My hair actually stays manageable while using this product. Little to no fizz. Granted it's winter right now. Waiting to see how this holds up in the summertime.

Great Pre-Blow Dry Hair Product!

Fantastic for fine hair!!

It gets greasy and weighed down very easily but this product didn't do that to my hair. So, I definitely recommend it to those with fine hair that blow-dry or straighten your hair regularly. My hair gets frizzy from brushing alone and this has noticeably helped cut down on that when I'm drying my hair. It smells great and I even tried it without putting any heat on my hair just to see what it would do and it still left my hair super soft and smooth. Haircare Holy Grail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure this product was for me because i usually air dry my hair 75ish percent of the way and then finish with a blow dryer. But I applied a modest amount of this when my hair was 25% dry and then a little more on the ends and underneath layer where I get frizz right before blow drying and it worked great! My hair was smoother with less frizz, soft and shiny and had more volume not to mention it smells awesome!! The packaging is really nice and upscale, as the product is on the pricier side but a little goes a long way and I think it's totally worth it!

Good heat protectant but with a very strong scent

However, this product is not my favorite one from them. The scent of this is very strong, so if you're sensitive to smell, this might not be for you. The smell does fade after about 15 minutes. I will say I do think this product is a good heat protectant. I've been using this before blow drying my hair and it still feels really healthy after. But when it comes to frizz control, after using this both before air drying and blow drying my hair, I don't think it's as effective as other products they have. great for oily hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have straight damaged oily hair and very few products don't increase any oil so I'm not always super open to trying new products. Not going to lie the consistency is like a cerave lotion so I was afraid of adding too much oil to my hair. The bottle or box does not come with instructions on how much to use so I used 2 pumps. To my surprise, it held up quite nicely! After blow drying and styling it my hair looked and felt healthy. The reason why I gave it 5 stars it that is have my hair the added moisture without weighing down my straight hair and it did not cause extra oil build up.

Wasn't expecting much. Pleasantly surprised.

My hair is probably at least 2 feet long, very wavy (curly when it's not this long), thick and colored. I have trouble w dryness, frizz and when I straighten it, it doesn't stay straight. The bottle looked like it was going to be a spray, but I was happy to find it was a pump. A little went a long way, and I certainly noticed the results immediately. I used my Dyson to blow dry my hair and it was more flat. There wasn't this frizzy, voluminous, messy hair that needed to be flat ironed. I didn't style it more than that, as I was just taking my kid to school, but I can't wait to see how my hair handles being flat ironed after using this.

With a pump-worth of product, I was able to spread through my chin-length hair without it feeling greasy or heavy. My blow-dry time seemed to be shorter when using the product and my hair was straight and smooth in no time! The best thing was that my hair was so shiny, soft and light once it was dry. I have pretty wavy, dense, greying hair but have very thin individual strands. This means that my hair can be pretty wacky on humid days. When I used this product, however, my hair was almost sleek. After 2 days, it began to look a bit oily but I don't think that is a problem since a quick wash was all it needed. I would definitely purchase this product again.

All this from a primer? Yes! I love it and you will too. It only takes a small amount, so it's definitely worth the cost. Which is minimal compared to other primer products that I've tried. Works great on straight and curly hair. I have super straight hair and my daughter has the opposite. Worked really well for both of us. Definitely a must-try, if you haven't already.

I like this primer a lot!

Fancy Fine Hair

As a fine/thin hair gal, we need all the help we can get. I expected this to leave my hair heavy or greasy, but it truly made my hair shine and feel like I was holding a spindle of silk threads. I was also taken back by the smell at first.. my literal first thought was .. "wow, I smell expensive and fancy" - normal folks use big words like "luxurious" - but I'm a po' folk that got this as a sample and I smelled expensive. Straight out of a salon I couldn't afford. My hair was just beautiful and I couldn't stop touching it. STill felt nice the next day - although my bed head was much stronger than this product. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was offered a free sample Kérastase Chronologiste Heat Protecting Leave-In Treatment for Dull and Brittle Hair by BzzAgent to try in exchange for my honest review. Let me start off by saying that I have fine, thin, aging, wavy, oily, color-treated hair that I blow dry out nearly daily. Sometimes I will use a leave-in conditioner, but prefer not to as they are usually too heavy for my hair. I was skeptical at first to use this product due to my experience with leave-in conditioners. WELL, I sure was wrong with those thoughts! This product is simply AMAZING! It has a nice delicate scent, it is not only safe for my color-treated hair, but also protects it from heat damaged, and smooth my hair out and added shine when I blew it dry. My hair turns out so shiny and frizz free, without being weighed down. I live in Florida where it's nearly impossible to get a great frizz-free dry out, but not with this product! It's FANTASTIC.
