Comment utiliser notre spray anti-frisottis, Spray Fluidissime :
- Étape 1. Secouer la bouteille du spray thermo-protecteur avant l’utilisation.

Works for my menopausal frizz
I have tried so many products for my frizzy post-menopausal hair I have lost count. This one works about the best of all of them. I have wavy/curly fine hair and lots of it, just starting to go mostly grey and live in a very humid climate. And I have a dog, so I'm outside several times a day. I literally have a 6 inch halo of frizz standing off my head after a walk if I don't use products. This spray will work for me for the whole day after washing my hair and using liberally on damp hair (4 sprays on top, 4 each side and 4 on the back - I have shoulder-length hair cut in a layered lob). Then I spray onto my hands and run through dry hair on subsequent days anytime the frizz is getting out of control again, usually 3-4 sprays onto my hands for each section. And I'm good to go for the day again. This is the ONLY product that has worked this well for my insane frizz.
Not my favourite scent out of all the Kerastase collections, but compared to any other brand it's still far superior.

not as good as cream product discontinued
this doesn't work half as well as the cream heat protector that has been discontinued. Too liquidy and seems to have too much alchocol in it . I have medium thick hair that isn't curly but can kink up during the day with the cream one dap and a blower brush and my short bob was smooth for the day Not so with this product

It really works!
I have fine, thin hair, but a lot of hair. I used a small amount and it was perfect for the brutal NC humidity. I highly recommend this, but less is more. Don't be heavy handed or it will weigh your hair down. I can go multiple days and no frizz in 80% humidity weather, game changer. I don't spray it directly on the hair, I spray it in my hands and work it through the hair, to be sure not to over saturate the hair.

Not a well rounded product
Please bring back the cream! This product isn’t like the cream despite being recommended as an alternative. It may provide good heat protection and minimize frizz (not as well as the cream) but It caused my ends to tangle and is very drying - perhaps because the 1000 ceramide is no longer part of the formula? I’m curious if Kerastase is now focused on instant results instead of long term hair health. Either way, I’m disappointed to see a classic disappear without a suitable replacement.

Thank you for your follow-up! It sounds like there might be some confusion about our different formulas, and we would love to help clarify this for you. If the product you currently have is the Sérum Filler Fondamental (from our silver Première range), it actually has a white, balmy cream-like texture inside the silver pump bottle, despite being called a "Sérum." However, because our packaging is bilingual and minimalist, it lists its thermal properties on the back label under the directions (stating it protects up to 230°C / 450°F), rather than having "Heat Protectant" printed in bold on the front. If the product you previously loved was in a classic squeeze tube and had a rich cream consistency, you were likely using one of our legendary Thermique blow-dry creams (such as Ciment Thermique for damaged hair, or Nectar Thermique for dry hair). These are classic creams and are explicitly labeled as heat protectants on the front of the tube. Many of our guests who prefer a traditional, rich cream-style blow-dry primer prefer these classic Thermiques over the newer, lightweight liquid-to-cream formulas. Since you mentioned you would likely not purchase this current product again, we want to make sure you find the formula you truly love. In love!
I've been using Kérastase Discipline Fluidissime, and it has become one of my favorite hair products. My hair tends to be fine, dry on the ends, and prone to frizz and tangles, especially in Texas humidity. This spray leaves my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and manageable without weighing it down.
What I love most is that it provides excellent heat protection while also helping reduce frizz and flyaways. My hair dries faster, looks shinier, and feels silkier after every use. Unlike many smoothing products, it doesn't make my hair greasy or flat—it still has movement and volume.
I've also noticed less breakage from brushing because my hair tangles much less when I use it. The scent is beautiful and luxurious, and a little goes a long way.

Phenomenal Heat Protecting Spray! Smells Amazing!
This is hands down my favorite heat protectant of all time. I've been using it for years, and it makes a noticeable difference in how smooth and frizz-free my hair looks after blow-drying. It protects my hair from heat damage while also helping with humidity and flyaways, which is a huge benefit for those of us with naturally frizzy hair. I've recommended it to friends and family, and they love it too. I would be incredibly disappointed if Kerastase discontinued this product because I honestly haven't found anything else that performs this well. Dries out hair, not like the cream version
This product dries out my hair. I’ve been using this line for several years and was using the cream version discipline heat protection before it was recently discontinued and had to go to this awful product. This is nothing like the cream version and leaves a dull film, finish on my hair. This makes my hair feel like straw. I do not recommend.

I have used the leave in Discipline Keratine Thermique Heat Protecting Cream four years and it worked very well on my fine thin hair to control frizz.
I am extremely sorry to see that it has been discontinued. I tried the spray and it does not work. I also tried the masque and it was too heavy for my fine hair.

Not completely frizz proof, but good

It doesn’t frizz proof, but I still really enjoy using it and know it’s unrealistic to expect no frizz w 100% humidity. The fragrance isn’t terrible, I just add gloss absolut oil after for a nicer smell.

Doesnt really work
I dont like this product because it didnt minimize the freeze hair at all and my hair still dry and dull. The leave in conditioner spray works better from this series.

I have big hopes on this
I purchased the anti frizz line . I lived in Florida so I had been struggling with the frizz situation, after try many products I decided to try kerastase basic on reviews . I have to said my hair is even worse after using this products , I feel so sad because they are so expensive I really have high expectations. In the picture you can see how bad ! My hair had been blow-dried and straightened with a flat iron.

My forever favorite styling product
My stylist recommended this product to me years ago and she still uses it when I go in for an appointment. I've got very long, slightly wavy fine blonde hair and Fluidissime does a great job as a detangler and as a heat protectant. No matter what other products I've tried, I always go back to this one. Bonus, it smells great too!

Surprise way to use this product!
While Discipline Fluidissime Thermique Heat Protecting Spray is advertised as a protectant for heat styling, I discovered another use! My hair is fine and wavy and sometimes I choose to style it by letting it dry on its own. I then spray this product onto my hair and scrunch the waves and Voila! -- I have beachy, wavy hair. The product seems to enhance my waves and create volume.
