So far, so good!

I’ve been using this scalp serum for about a week now, and I’m honestly impressed so far. I started using it because I felt like my scalp was about to develop dandruff, and I wanted to get ahead of it before it became an actual issue. One of the first things I noticed is that my scalp feels cleaner for longer. I was able to go three days without washing my hair, and I didn’t experience the usual buildup or irritation. I don’t typically struggle with heavy dandruff, but I did notice that the slight flakiness I was starting to see hasn’t progressed, which is a really good sign. I still get some oiliness, but it feels more controlled and less excessive than before. Overall, my scalp just feels more balanced. It’s still early, but based on this first week, I’m really happy with the results and excited to see how it performs with continued use.

Good for my dried out/breaking hair

i was satisfied, i expected a more immediate result, but all in all very good quality for my hair type. well worth the money! I told my sister about this products and she bought it and loved it, it lasts for a long time too which is nice! my hair is thin and dry and this helped a lot

4/5 not for the product, but the bottle

I felt the differnece in my scalp upon using this and other kerataste products. I usually had dry, flaking hair even post shower. this helped a lot in my scalp health - just wish bottle was more effective in picking out the last drops. i kind of like the way the magic serum and elixir are packaged more so

Noticeable difference in scalp

I use this serum together with the balancing shampoo, and the combination has made a noticeable difference in how my scalp feels. I have thin, flat Asian hair and was often told by stylists that my scalp was tight, though I never fully understood what that meant until now. Since using the serum, my scalp feels more relaxed and balanced, and my hair has a bit more lift at the roots instead of falling flat. Overall, my scalp simply feels more comfortable.

Like the effects, but smell is overpowering

My god, what is it with Kerastase and overpowering artificial fragrances? I find this soothing for my scalp, but I try to avoid artificial fragrances because there are a lot of hidden ingredients and endocrine disruptors. I bought this with a shampoo and conditioner, and all three have equally strong smells, which are nauseating when layered together. I'll use this up but won't repurchase. Please switch to natural fragrances or fragrance free so people can just use perfume to decide what they smell like.

I use other Kerastase products (mainly shampoo & conditioner) but didn’t have experience with their serums until now — family member highly recommends and noted their scalp feels much more balanced, healthy, and that the serum’s fragrance is amazing and lasts a long time. I’ve also smelled the serum before and can second that statement — it’s a very refreshing and clean fragrance. If I had issues with my scalp I’d definitely be trying this serum. I don’t, but this has encouraged me to look into other Kerastase products that might provide a more well rounded maintenance to my hair and scalp beyond just shampoo and conditioner. Overall, highly recommend for those with scalp discomfort…it seems to work very well!

Balance and less hair falls

I noticed that the roots are less oily and there is less hair fall. The formula smells good and is light and comfortable. The dropper makes the application easy.

I love all Kerastase products however I’m not sure if this one was the right one for my (gets dry fast) scalp, at least at first. It did show improvement over time and I think it will take another one for me to get the most benefit from it assuming the results last and are cumulative.

Je perdais mes cheveux.

J'ai essayé Kerastase qui reconstruit les cheveux et j'avais remarqué que je perdais mes cheveux et beaucoup en plus. J'ai été lire sur un forum et c'est arrivé à d'autres aussi. Ces produits coûtent très chers, ils promettent de réparer les cheveux et... Ils tombent. C'est tout de même étrange. Peut-être que ça fonctionne pour d'autres, mais pas pour moi. C'est bien dommage.

Mainly for dandruff I think

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use rogaine, derma rolling, and laser treatments on my hair so i wanted a soothing serum for my scalp but this is more for dandruff/oil control. It's helpful and I even see a lift in my roots so I like the effects. Not the purpose I bought it for but a surprisingly good result. I use this twice a week and I dont mix it with any other scalp serums since I have sensitive scalp. It works well but it is a bit thicker then I thought. It does not weigh down my hair though. Im not sure i would repurchase but I like it so far. The next day after applying the serum to shower wash hair, my hair doesnt look any different and the hair falls flat again. Hope this helps

Another Excellent Scalp Treatment from Kerastase!

I love this stuff!!! I am a huge fan of Kerastase scalp products! I actually got a sample of this with another order, which had enough for two uses for me. I instantly fell in love. It has a very soothing, cooking effect on my scalp. Plus it doesn’t make my hair oily at all. Just plain makes my scalp health feel on it! It’s a bit thicker than the usual hair serums, so doesn’t take much. Use with freshly washed hands/fingers a bit of oil on my ends. Hair almost down to my butt is a shiny glowing superstar🤩yet another Kerastase product to add to my fav lists :/ so many favorites I wait for sales and move it! Well worth it!

Breathe of fresh air

Finally my scalp is calm. It’s not a heavy or sticky product which is nice. It leaves you with an airy feeling. Although the fragrance is quite strong at first, it dissipates quickly. My husband loves it after a visit to the barber. Seems to sooth a fresh trim.

Horrible smell, cant take it, trough it. Love Kerastase and used lots of products for last 15 yeras, almost all of them. This is One and only Kerastase product I was not abl to use. Please change it. Also almost impossible to return products. Money to a trush.

Nice Scent, But Just Okay Results

I tried the Kérastase Potentialiste Serum and while it smelled really nice and felt pleasant to apply, I didn’t notice any major difference in my scalp or hair overall. It wasn’t bad, just not as effective as I was hoping. Probably better for someone looking for a lightweight, fragrant serum rather than targeted results.
