[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I bought the whole line of this L'Oreal product. Shampoo, Rinse out conditioner' & leave in heat protection repair serum. I'm still experimenting with it to see if it really makes a difference with improving the strength & quality of my hair. Right now I'm on the fence. Well write results if I really feel & see a difference in due time this after washing my hair. After blow drying it feels really smooth and soft. One thing to note is that the scent is pretty strong in my opinion - so just FYI if you are sensitive to scent.

One of the best detangled product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this product. Such great quality. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it. It smooths my hair without flattening it. It makes my hair look stunning. The scent is ok and I get so many compliments but too perfumey for me. This not only works wonderfully, but it’s keeping my hair soft and shiny after it’s dried. This is definitely my fave detangling product. This is a great leave in conditioner, but I actually use it for a detangler for my long hair. It’s perfect and even great for protecting my hair staying outdoor most of the time. Also, my fine hair tends to tangle up over night. As soon after I pump 3-4 times of this product in the morning I can comb through it with no problems. I honestly love how it makes my dry long hair look soooo much healthier! I love all of the products from this company! I use the shampoo & conditioner as well. I highly recommend if you have long dry hair.

Bond Beautiful

After harsh summer of chlorine pools and heat styling your hair for all the events this summer your hair needs a reset. There is nothing that has made me and my hair happier than my L'OREAL PROFESSIONAL Absolut Repair Molecular Mask! A salon-grade leave-in for over-processed, damaged hair that repairs the molecular structure from the inside out to strengthen, smooth, add shine, and protect against heat up to 450°F. I started off with frizz and a bit dry hair from hair color and ended up with frizz free well defined curls. I wash my hair and then let the mask sit on while I wash my body. I have used this mask 4 times in the past few weeks and it started showing improvement after the first use! I also recommend that you use a microfiber towel and just get the excess water out of your hair, not dripping but still very wet this is gentler and helps with frizz and breakage.

Great leave-in

Its a wonderfully light leave-in cream which leaves the hair feeling stronger, but also due to the starch in the formulation, it kind of adds a tiny bit of hold with no crunch which lets it give a nice bounce to the hair when styled! The smell like the entire line although wonderful, is quite strong.

Absolut Repair Molecular Leave-in Mask

It leaves the hair feeling soft and smooth but does add a bit of weight to finer hair, especially if air dried. Overall, I would recommend.

Weightless repair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this product! I will say it's very similar to the K18 product but I actually love this one where I can't stand the other one. This one is weightless, even on my finest haired clients. It makes the hair soft, shiny and felt like new healthy hair. To the point my client didn't need a layer trim because it basically healed her hair. This will be the only repair system I use. I have only used it with the whole system so I can't say how it would work without the other products.

Really nice

I don't have a problem with it being too heavy, like I do with a certain other popular leave in mask. I tried this on myself first after receiving my free sample —- and instantly knew I need to try it on a few clients. They were also in love. Good mask

Nicely repairs the hair

Loreal Repair Molecular Leave-In Mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free to test and leave an honest review. I can't gauge this product quality alone, as all 4 products must be used together. Pre treatment 1st w/15-20 sprays on damp hair is what the directions are and do not rinse. Use the Repair Molecular Shampoo next overtop of pre-treatment. Make the shampoo foam up and work thru the hair. I didn't get it to foam up, so Iadded a little water and more shampoo to get some foaming action(low foam). The hair felt clean after rinsing shampoo was washed and rinsed thoroughly. The Rinse-Off Serum is to be applied after shampoo is rinsed thoroughly. The serum felt kinda gummy in the hair, and took a lot of rinsing to feel clean. Hair tested on was chemically dry and lightly damaged. After rise-off serum, you need to use the leave-in mask. Hair is very sticky and hard to comb through after the serum and before the leave-in mask. After the Leave-In Mask was applied sparingly, I felt like the hair had a residue feeling and felt like it wasn't clean, but was rinsed thoroughly. It was unmanageable to brush through, hair felt puffy and dull. Overall, after the hair was dried, it needed rewashed and conditioned with another product line and it felt normal again. It took 2 good washes after to get the product out of the hair to feel all the way clean of residue. Never had products that repair do this to hair. It felt like I was brushing hair out with glue or heavy gel in it. But, alone is not recommended to fully see how each individual product would work alone, as this is a 4 set system. I can't say I want to retry this on someone else after an added hour extra it took to get the hair feeling combable and clean after using the 4 piece system.

Great leave in mask but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great leave in mask but .... it doesn't detangle your hair .. so you have to slowly detangle it yourself .. the consistency is thin and milky and it just absorbs into your hair with no greasy or silky feeling .. it feels as if you're just putting on cheap lotion onto your hair if that makes sense .. how cheap lotion will just dissappear into your hair but also doesn't feel moisturizing at all and it doesn't detangle either . .. but whatever I just had to trust the process .. ... I blew dry my hair as usual and had to detangle in the process of blow drying ... my hair felt normal ... like I said .. my hair doesn't feel silky the way I usually like my hair to feel buti do feel like there's way less split ends and it dried a bit faster too... and my hair looks healthy. So for that reason I'll give it 4 stars ... is there other better masks out there yea for sure but will I use this over the cheap store masks if I ran out ... yeah I would because it works . Am I happy with this .. yeah I'd say yeah .

This line was created for those that need extreme repair ( bleaching/ lightening) and are recommended to use in conjunction with the other products in the line (shampoo and serum). I did play around and test this product out by itself and after using the shampoo and conditioner and I got amazing results both times- so it can be used as a stand alone. Once you’ve finished washing hair, apply 1-2 pumps of product and I recommend combing through hair for even distribution. Go Get You One

Game Changer

Perfection in a bottle

It is a water based light weight serum like finish that makes your hair SO beautiful! Again, shook by the results. My curls had life to them again and I didn’t have to add a lot of other products because of the perfect light weight definition it gave. I will get this again for my daughter mainly because her hair was that of a goddess. I use this mainly for my daughter because the results are immaculate. However, the scent is just a bit too strong for me. I like the overall finish but just can’t handle the overpowering strong scent. Love this product for my daughter.

Repair AND Heat Protectant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loreal Professionel Absolute Repair Molecular Leave-In Mask The Leave-In Mask is the last and final step of the repair system. The packaging has the professional sleek pump bottle (in- line with step 1 and 2 products it visually looks like a professional- level product). Following the rinse-off serum, to toweled dried hair the mask is applied. It is easy to do and can be followed by a blow-dried style or air dried with hot tools (it is fantastic that this product is also a heat protectant- yay!). The mask is lightweight, absorbs easily, and has a lovely musk scent that is mildly heavy—if someone is sensitive to scents it might be too much, but if one likes a perfume or fragrance this scent is attractive. Following all of the steps, I ended up with lovely strong, thick-feeling, shiny “celebrity-like” hair. The only drawback is that most of my hair was really receptive of being nourished—my ends that have been abused by heat and bleach was still a little brittle (I might have to resolve to getting a trim after all). It overall, is a great system that adds so much health and life back into the hair and I would recommend. Note, I only was able to test the system two times so there might be more improvement to come. About me: I grew up in a salon where I helped in basically all operations (except for providing the beauty service) many family members are in the industry where I frequently can stay up to date with new trends. I went to college (for biochemistry) where during that time I worked as a receptionist in a beauty salon boutique in a busy area in Hillcrest- San Diego, California (needed to learn all product we carried inside out). During college and a year following I worked as a cosmetic chemist where I formulated big and small brand products—during that time I also had the opportunity to work in all departments of the product lifecycle (R&D, QC testing, manufacturing, and fill and finish). L'Oreal professional leave in mask

Your Hair Loves It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love the Absolut Repair Molecular Leave In Mask as an individual product, I did not like it as the conditioner for the Repair Molecular Line and felt that the line requires a thicker conditioner to make sure the hair is hydrated. As a hair enthusiast, I absolutely love a Leave In Mask to help repair and condition the hair. My hair is very dry and damaged from years of color treatments, tape in extensions, clip in extensions, and of course constantly using hot tools. So, I am always very eager to try any hair professional hair products that provide repairing benefits. This Absolut Repair Molecular Leave In Mask has a wonderful aroma and creamy texture. I definitely feel like I over used the product because my hair felt so dry after using the shampoo and rinse off serum in this line. But when I used this after a different shampoo and conditioner, I was so in love with the results and the feel of my hair. I noticed a significant improvement in the strength of my hair and less breakage. I also noticed that I had less damage when using my heat tools, so it definitely was providing protection. I absolutely recommend this product and will be purchasing it again because I love the ease of using and the immediate benefits. But the entire line was a miss for me, so I do not recommend getting the entire line. Even though many brands recommend using the entire line to get the entire benefits, I felt that I still had the benefits of this product even though I was coupling it with other products.

Absolut Repair Leave In

When used with the L’oreal Repair Molecular system it’s the last product in the lineup, but in my opinion they saved the best for last. It’s creamy, lush, and a must have for any type of damage. I color my hair, and have damage from thermal tools. It’s now my go to to baby those ends! It gives protection to future damage but also goes in to repair up to two years of previous damage. That’s INSANE. And it visibly works! It’s awesome for smoothing out that winter time static and adds in shine! This is without a doubt one of the best leave ins I’ve ever used and I will continue to use!

Dry hair ritual

Its texture is more of a leave in cream. This is the icing on the cake if used all together with the other products. I have seen less frizz in my hair once its dry. My new leave in hair mask!

A little goes a long way when using this product especially when heat styling. I used this on my hair after using the shampoo. It added hydration and shine. There was no build up or flakes. Lightweight game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L'Oréal Professionnel Absolut Repair Molecular Conditioning Leave-In for Very Damaged Hair has really come through for my hair woes. I've used this product with the Absolut Repair system and I've noticed a significant change in how healthy and shiny my hair looks again. My hair passes my lower back, it's very long and can get really knotty, really fast. I've been dealing with split ends to and I have been getting hair trims every other month. I felt like nothing was working, until I started to use the Absolut Repair system. I love this product because it's not a heavy leave-in, feels pretty lightweight. It smells good to me, and definitely makes up for the very lightweight rinse-off serum that's used before this leave-in. I highly recommend trying!

Leave in Mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try Absolut Repair Molecular , I’m in my early 50”s with coloured hair, The mask has a lightweight, creamy texture. I have to say It has a strong smell, to me the smell is similar to Tom Ford Black Orchid, it’s incredibly strong, and will stay in the hair for days. The Absolut Repair Molecular system is meant to be used as a set to restore strength, elasticity and movement to hair structure: shampoo, rinse-off serum, and leave-in mask. This leave-in mask is meant to be applied on damp hair after being dried with a towel, after which hair can be blow-dried or left to air-dry. A little goes a long way for this product and I only needed to apply 1 pump to my hair. After using this mask, my hair feels hydrated, smooth, and stronger than before.I was worried skipping a condition would make my hair super tangled but the mask made my strands feel like I just came from the salon.Other than the smell. I love the product and I highly recommend it. It really repairs the hair texture. It's a good product. It's made my hair stronger.

Leave in treatment

absolute Smooth

The other two products are actually so amazing that Im unsure how to know if this one is the icing on the cake or could be used alone. Im a hairdresser and unfortunately the act of coloring which half of my clients do monthly, is damaging the hair by nature but some of us have damages from stuff like swimming and styling. If you are a part of the population that would describe their hair as Very Damaged then this product is for you. Damaged hair is like the edges of puzzle pieces sticking together all in a box. Hair Tangles and has holes in it that begin to be seen even with the naked eye. Think of this amazing miracle repair serum as putty stuck into the holes. It truly feels new again. I personally would buy it together with the trio but my thought is that if you can only afford one of the three.....This might be the one that would be best for any and all hair types. Love this mask!

My hair is dry and frizzy (especially with the hint of any humidity), with a 2C wavy-curl texture. I’ve been experiencing some hair loss and damage as well. This leave-in mask works best with the matching shampoo and rinse-out serum as part of a system for repair. The mask helps lock in hydration, and uses amino acids and peptides to strengthen and renew hair from the inside out. My hair looks and feels stronger, softer, smoother; and it’s super easy to use! After shampooing and rinsing out the serum, the mask is applied to damp hair and left in. It reminds me of a leave-in conditioner without that sometimes heavy/oily feeling. Leave In Treatment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the L'oreal Metal Detox hair oil, I was looking forward to trying this leave in conditioner. I use it in conjunction with the matching shampoo and serum. I have long, thick, coarse, colored hair - so I am always looking for ways to improve its health. My hair constantly feels dry, especially the ends, and the heat styling doesn't help. A few weeks ago, I began using this three step L'oreal routine and I have been pleasantly surprised. The leave in conditioner has a lovely, creamy feel and makes combing my hair out post shower a breeze. I really appreciate that it is also a heat protectant, because I regularly style my hair with a curling iron, and sometimes also use a hair dryer. I am a longtime fan of leave in conditioners, and I have used many different kinds over the years. This one from L'oreal definitely works on a molecular level, and leaves the hair better for it over time. It feels very silky and hydrating, but doesn't leave the hair feeling waxy and coated like so many other leave in conditioners. The biggest thing to note about this leave in conditioner (and the entire system) is the fragrance. It is extremely strong. It is reminiscent of cologne - it smells good, but it is a bit too overpowering. This is coming from someone that loves fragranced beauty products, so I was really surprised at how overpowering it is. I've grown more used to it over the past few weeks, but if you're someone that is sensitive to fragrance, you might want to take note.

Once my hair is mostly dry I let my hair air dry and then I dispense some product on my palms then I apply it from the end to the mid length of my hair. I really love the leaves and I really feel like my hair absorbs all of the product. My hair is very damaged as I do use heat product and diet frequently so I feel like the combination of these three really help repair my hair from the instant out. I am very impressed.

I Am Obsessed

After applying the leave in mask my hair felt absolutely amazing, silky smooth but not heavy and my hair looked like it could breathe. This mask protects against natural aggressors which I really appreciate and look for in my products. After my hair dried I was so happy with the results of this product and the shampoo and serum. My hair looked so healthy and bright. It was silky smooth and had a bounce. A new must have

I color my hair every two months for depth and to add a little thickness to my strands. The masque made my hair feel amazing. I only wash it once a week because it’s so fine. Lightweight Must Have for Damaged Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so surprised at how lightweight this is! For reference, I have fine thin hair, am an unnatural blonde, and have extensions. This is the cherry on top of the Absolut Repair Molecular line. The product pumps out as a cream but is not as heavy as a cream - more like a moisturizing gel texture. I use this and blow out my hair and the finish is touchably smooth, soft, and shiny hair. I will for sure be re-purchasing this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a repairing serum - with the added benefit of heat protection.

My hair is still hopeless

I had high hopes for this leave-in conditioning treatment but after 3 weeks I haven’t noticed any difference in my hair. Still no shine. I wasn’t crazy about the way the product smells either . I adjusted the amount of product I used when I did my hair but still no difference. Helpful for Dry Hair

I use around 2-3 pumps and comb it through my hair to coat all strands. It makes my hair easy to brush and I felt like it made my blow dry time shorter. I would recommend this to anyone who blow dries their hair. I will always keep this on my shelf because it's hard to find a good leave in heat protectant that doesn't weigh down the hair or make it oily.

Forget Olaplex, You need this!

Leave in miracle

First off I love the packaging and how all the products are in protected bottles but you could still see how much product is available in them. I love the way the products smell! They are amazing smelling! I wish it came in a body wash honestly. I tried one of the other professional products before and it gave me contact dermatitis. I was pretty concerned it would happen again but this fragrance didn’t bother me. I posted before and after photos of my hair. I was alittle freaked out about the leave in mask. I was afraid it would make my hair oily. But it didn’t.

Game Changer For Pros

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years and have watched so many new products and lines come into play over the past few years that have really changed the game for us. Loreal Professionnel is not your typical L'Oréal product line and these products will absolutely show proof of that! The smell of these is one of my favorite things.. With bergamot and musk it smells amazing! Using the line as recommended with all 3 products is really the key to seeing visible results immediately! The leave in only takes a few small pumps to evenly distribute enough throughout all of your hair and it immediately Detangles and leaves it manageable. Must have in my hair care routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mask. Personally I have straight hair, but it is still thick and gets tangled easily. I like that this smoothed out my hair and added heat protection for my blow out. The first time I used it I air dried my hair and it still turned out well. However, the blow out just made my hair a bit more smooth and less likely to tangle. I get my hair done ever 8 weeks so I think adding this regime to my hair care is important for hair health and wellness. I have been using this product once 1/week for two weeks so far and am loving it. Also, the smell is soooo good!

After only two uses, I was noticing my hair was stronger, did not break off as much In my brush, so less fallen hair too! My hair was shiny and soft as well. More than a leave in!!!

Perfect add on to highlighting service

Like the packaging gave me a “professional” feel as if i was at the salon using these products. the second thing I did was smell the products and wow the smell really blew me away. I first used the shampoo and rinse off serum in the shower which I feel are essential before applying the leave in conditioner. Once I toweled dried I applied the leave in conditioner and my hair just felt amazing, tangle free and super soft. I loved it, plus it smelled so so good. The scent actually didn’t wear off which I feel I don’t retain scents in my hair unless it’s actual perfume. Great for hot tools

The texture was nice, not too thin not too thick for a leave in treatment although it did weigh my hair down a bit on day two. The smell wasn't bad, but it was a little strong for me. I have been using this for almost three weeks and I really see the difference with my split ends. It works super well with my hot brush. Definitely felt stronger

My natural gray hair often feels dry, brittle and snaps with ease. Using the full L’Oréal Professional Absolut Repair Molecular line in conjunction with this leave in mask has made my weak hair feel much healthier. When I used my blow dryer and flat iron on my hair (after using this line) my hair seemed very bouncy and definitely tolerated being styled much easier. I didn’t feel and strands snap and break, like I often do. I also noticed my hair seemed much brighter and fuller, both a pleasant surprise. Moving forward I might add a little more hydration to my hair before styling just to calm down my wild roots more as this mask alone couldn’t 100% tame, my frizz. All in all I would definitely recommend this product and anything that L’Oreal professional does.

Not right for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have extremely dry 3c curly hair so I need a bit more hydration than I think this provides. Especially when paired with the serum this is basically the conditioning portion of the system so I found myself over using product. I think this would be fantastic paired with a heavier leave in conditioner or a conditioner after the serum. I also wish it was a bit bigger I have a lot of hair so would run through this quickly.

the hair serum that actually works

More of a styler or leave in than a “mask”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product definitely seems more like a styler or a leave in rather than a mask. I feel like after using the shampoo and rinse serum my hair was still tangled I thought this would act more as a conditioner or mask that would make my hair feel soft and remove tangles but no. I do feel like it was a heat protector and good for a blowout and I would definitely use it for that purpose on my clients. I have a lot of hair that’s a bit curly and long so I felt I needed to use more than just 2 pumps to actually feel a difference in my hair. The first time I kept it light and after using the whole system didn’t notice much of a dramatic difference if any at all. I got a nice blowout and my hair was shiny but that was it. And the smell thankfully isn’t as strong as the other two products in the line but still noticeable. Nothing I can’t achieve with other products I use. It sounds good though so I’ll keep using it and see if over more time proves better results and I’ll keep it in my hair kit for my clients.

I have 3C curly hair and it's a struggle. It always breaks when it hits shoulder lenght. It just gets really dry. This product helps give it back some softness and bounce. I love it! Conditioning Leave In

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product application definitely compares to K18, Redken Acidic Bonding Leave In, and Olaplex Leave In Mask. It made my hair feel nice and healthy especially after blow drying. I have extensions and felt this was very moisturizing for the dry ends. I did not feel like it was too heavy, and the scent was nice as well. I like the aspect of it having the pump so it does not disperse too much product.

My favorite from the line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, so I finally got my hands on the L'Oreal Absolut Repair Molecular Leave-In Mask, and let me tell you, it's been quite the experience! A good one! First off, the claim about reversing two years' worth of damage in one use definitely got my attention. The application was pretty straightforward, and the serum felt lightweight on my hair. The promise of repairing the hair's molecular structure sounded pretty sci-fi, but hey, I'm here for it! After the initial application, I did notice my hair felt softer and smoother. It's too soon to say if it's reversing years of damage, but the immediate effects were impressive. Plus, the added frizz control was a nice touch, and knowing my hair is protected from up to 450°F of heat is reassuring, especially since I style it quite often. I'm intrigued and excited by the idea of using the full line continuously for long-term results. Consistency seems to be the key here, and I'm curious to see how my hair responds over time. My hair tends to be on the finer side, so I'll have to be mindful not to overdo it and weigh it down. Overall, while it's too early to confirm the long-term benefits, the initial results and the comprehensive approach to hair repair are promising. I'm excited to keep using it and see if it lives up to the hype in the long run!

Molecular love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Molecular bonding products for hair have been the rage for the past few years and with good reason. Reconstructing hair bonds will make your chemically and heat-treated hair actually stronger and look silky. L’Oreal’s Absolut Repair Molecular Conditioning Leave-In Mask did just that. It made my hair styling a breeze. After blow drying, it was smooth shiny, and frizz-free all day. My ends looked thicker and felt stronger. I loved the light texture of the mask. It is highly fragranced, but not as heavy as its sister shampoo, and the rinse-off serum. It felt light and left no greasy residue on my hair.

Leave in for damaged hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good leave in product to condition my hair and help combat my dehydration and stressed out strands. However, I was not the biggest fan of the Absolut repair leave in. I didn’t like the texture and the way it felt on my hair. It felt like it was sliding off my hair instead of absorbing into it. I did however like that when I went to blow dry my hair my frizz seemed to be controlled and my hair looked straighter then usually! I also did not like the aroma of the product. On the fence!

Didn't weigh my hair down at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Loreal hair care products. I think I have tried just about everything they have when it comes to hair care products. I have been using another product that rinses out so I was a little hesitant to try a product that you leave in. I have really, really fine hair so products tend to weigh my hair down a considerable amount. This was really shocking. It conditioned like a mask but didn't weigh my hair down at all!

Dry dull hair? No more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leave in Conditioners are my go to with wavy/damaged, tangly hair. This repairing leave in conditioner has been a hair savior! My hair feels so smooth, less frizzy, and easier to comb through. Not only does it smell good, but it actually puts in the work! I have used this on both my air dried hair as well as my blowout and it works great for both! My hair is stronger and healthier than it has ever been thanks to L’Oréals amazing products!
