Smells great but hair is dry after use

This feels very conditioning on my hair and my hair is very soft after rinsing. However my hair feels very dry on the ends after styling. I don’t think it’s conditioning enough for my hair.

Genesis Masque Reconstituant Hair Mask

I really wanted to love the Genesis Masque Reconstituant, but for me it’s more of a “like” than a “love.” I’ve been using the Genesis shampoo and conditioner for hair fall, and they’ve made a noticeable difference, my hair feels stronger and I’ve definitely seen less shedding. Because of that, I had high hopes for the mask. While it’s a nice product and feels good when applied, I just don’t see a big difference in my hair after using it. It doesn’t leave my hair significantly softer or more nourished compared to my regular routine. The mask I truly cannot live without is the Résistance Masque Thérapiste. I use it 3–4 times a month, and it keeps my highlighted hair looking healthy, shiny, and well cared for. Overall, the Genesis mask isn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out enough for me to repurchase, especially compared to how effective the rest of the Genesis line has been for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Kerastase hair mask. It is a really thick formula that you work through wet hair, let sit, and then rinse out. A little bit goes a long way. I use just a small amount for my whole head of hair that is thick and above the shoulder. The first few weeks I was using about 3 times a week, but as the weeks have gone on I only use about once or twice now. It has left my hair shiny and I notice a lot less broken ends.

Great Hair Mask

Its a nice hair mask

I like this hair mask because my hair feels amazing right after and for many days after... the smell is great too. The only thing that annoys me is having to scoop it out of the container, why not have a pump bottle or regular bottle, taking the lid off and trying to scoop it out without getting water in it while in the shower is frustrating.

Light, okay

I love this mask!

I recently decided to change my hair color from black back to my natural brown color. The chemicals really did a number on my hair and it started breaking and shedding. Hydrating drink for my hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an outstanding mask. I heat style everyday and although I use protectant spray, sometimes a little extra love is needed. The texture of this is rich and hydrating without being overly heavy for my fine hair. Unlike many masks that seem to just coat the hair, my hair actually seems to drink some of this up. Then it rinses clean to leave healthier hair behind. The scent is fine and doesn’t linger after rinsing. I look forward to using this weekly or so for continued results.

Can't tell if the product actually does anything.

I havnt noticed it hydrating my hair like some masks from other brands have. Theres not really a shine or a difference after rinsing and drying my hair. Too much perfume for my liking.

Leave the product on for 5 minutes and rinse. So simple. The product claims to intensely nourish, detangle, and fortify against hair prone to breakage. Bold statements and, maybe if you used the entire line as recommended, you would see those results. I will say that my hair did feel softer and I did not have any frizz; however, the perfume was overpowering to me. I have naturally curly hair that will frizz with any type of outside moisture. Packaging is pretty and inviting.

Absolutely in love with this product!

I can’t tell you how impressed I have been. I’ve tried 100 different masks and it never really noticed any significant difference until this one. I use it once a week and every time it leaves my hair feeling amazing! You don’t have to use a whole lot and it rinses out incredibly easy. It doesn’t have a super strong smell, which is nice. The packaging is fairly sleek and I like the shape of the lid as it’s easier to twist open. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a little scoop/spoon. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this product. And absolutely plan to buy it again.

Game Changer For Your Hair!

After trying Kerastase’s Genesis Strengthening Hair Mask (Masque Reconstituant), I will not be able to live without this in my hair routine! Usually hair treatments don’t make much of a difference in the feeling of my hair, but immediately this hair mask goes to work and takes my hair from feeling dry to feeling insanely moisturized and like pure silk! I leave this in after shampooing for at least five minutes, and boy does it work wonders! I also notice a significant decrease in the amount of hair shedding, so it truly works to strengthen your hair. I am absolutely obsessed with the scent as well! You will for sure get compliments because it smells divine! Even when my hair is dry and heat styled, the silky softness and scent remain! I am truly giving this a rave review and this is a new holy grail in my hair routine!
