Problèmes importants de démangeaisons sur le crâne
Bonsoir, j’ai acheté ce masque reconstituant il y a 10 jours. Depuis je me suis fait deux shampooings à intervalles et j’ai appliqué le masque sur l’ensemble des pointes de mes cheveux puis rincé après quelques minutes. Le problème est que j’ai des démangeaisons qui ont apparu sur tout le crâne et c’est infernal. Que puis-je faire pour calmer ces démangeaisons ? Comment faire pour remplacer ce masque qui a tout de même un coût ? Merci de me répondre rapidement. Cordialement

Unruly Hair!
Hello, I have dry unruly hair. It sometimes has a mind of its own. Drives me NUTS. But I began using the Genesis product line. Now I wash my hair once a week. Since my hair is shoulder length, I know to use a quarter sized amount, work through ends and up the shaft. My issue is this mask seems heavier than the other collections. By that I mean my hair seems greasier at the roots when cleansing with the shampoo, followed by mask and then serum. I do notice less hair in the shower drain's catcher, but still seeing on my dark colored clothes. Perhaps when I have finished one entire bottle/jar/serum protocol of six weeks?

I absolutely loved the product, my hairdresser recommended it to mem. She recommended that I use it once a week and leave it in for 5 minutes max. I have since decided to use it once every other week for about 3 minutes. It leaves your hair feeling very soft and silky. I find that alot of the negative reviews were about the product drying the hair out which I feel might have to do from overuse. If I use the hair mask I refrain from conditioning my hair for the next few washes and that helps a lot. A little goes a long way so I definitely will repurchase this product.

Strong chemical smell made me sick!
Smells like they poured 10 bottles of cologne inside a tiny bottle of product. The chemical smell lingered, making me physically sick. Had to shower again to wash it out but it still lingered. Absolutely horrible!

Love the smell
If they made a perfume I would 100% buy!! The mask is hydrating but doesn’t seem to make a huge difference

Wonderful product!!!

Best Mask Ever
My hair was brittle and dry. I started using this mask along with the shampoo and conditioner and my hair has transformed. It is now soft and shiny. I will never go back to any other mask

Smell doesn’t last
This is a good hair mask and does everything it claims, but I wish it had a better fragrance. The fragrance is amazing just not strong enough. Also I wash my hair throughly, so I feel like I’m not getting all the benefits of the mask like it’s fragrance. Otherwise it’s amazing also it takes a while to work, the first 3-5 washes I didn’t see much of a difference but then I started to see a decrease in hair fall.
