Hello, I have used Inoa hair color for many years. Suddenly forma has been changed and for more than 3 months my hairdresser can find a perfect match. Can you please send recommendations regarding Color 10.1 and 10.21. New formula completely grey.

I love this

I’ve been using this color for years. My hairdresser introduced me to this color because I have a sensitive scalp. I also get my hair chemically straightened so I can’t do ammonia based dyes on top of it.
