Great Product

I’ve been using this for about a year now along with some vitamins and my fallout has been significantly reduced. When I ran out of this, I noticed my fallout picked up again so I rushed by to place another order. It’s easy to use and lasts me several months. An added bonus is it smells nice and doesn’t weigh my hair down in the slightest.

Packaging and pipette terrible

Not sure how the serum is working yet, but the packaging is TERRIBLE. The pipette barely sucks up any serum, and you'll get more dripping off the side of it than in it. The bottle itself is top heavy and has fallen over several times. Pacifica scalp serum has more functional packaging and a more functional pipette. Will not be repurchasing until the packaging is more functional.

I love this serum!

I pair this serum with the pink bottle(genesis serum fortifiant) per my stylist’s suggestion for my hair loss. I love the entire genesis line and I’ve been using it for over a year now. I’ve really noticed a difference. This serum is a game changer. The only thing I don’t like is that I can never tell when I’m about to run out so I always have a backup ready. But it’s worth it. It’s really helped with my hair loss. Highly Recommend.

Smooth, manageable hair

My hair, since going gray, tend to be on the frizzy side. But since I've been using the Initialiste Serum, it is WAY less frizzy & it takes those little new hairs that want to pop up! My scalp feels so much better and not so dry since using this serum. It's a keeper!

Nice Smell

Difference noticed after a few uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job requires me to wear my hair in a tight bun everyday, which sometimes ends up being 12 days straight in a row. Even prior to this job, I've had issues with loss of hair due to a thyroid condition and now I am noticing a significant amount of breakage in my hair due to work regulations. This is just one of my tools I use from Kerastase to help with that. I used to wash my hair once every 5 to 7 days because it was that bad, now the more I wash it with Kerastase products, like this one, I am noticing a significant improvement. I only use then one when I wash my hair but it has really been a help in the breakage.

I think I need something stronger.

It smells great and feels nice, but not sure I see a difference. I think if you’re at the stage where your hair is really falling out, this might not be the product for you. If you’re not quite there yet, and you’re looking for something to reduce breakage and promote fullness this is the product. I think I need something stronger.

Works well for my thick hair, pipette confused me

Instructions say to use 4 pipettes for my thick hair, but I could never get the pipette that full, only around half full. So I wasn't sure to dip the pipette twice as many times? I dip the pipette 5 times because I was worried with each dip I wasn't getting enough product in the pipette. It also gets tricky to get out the last of the product when running low. The serum lasted me almost 4 months, as expected since this serum is described as a 4 month supply. My hair has been looking and feeling much healthier since I started using it 4 months ago. About to buy a new bottle!

New hair grow

This product is amazing. I work in healthcare and I always have to pull my hair up. So my hairline was receding in the corners.
