GREAT SERUM!

This serum really made a difference!

After the initial use of the Kerastase - Initialiste Scalp & Hair Serum I noted a noticeable improvement in the overall health of my scalp and hair at the base of my roots. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has experienced flakiness around their crown and/or itching and dryness. It really has helped with the health of my hair and scalp in a relatively realistically reasonable amount of time. I am so happy with the results!

great hair serum

First time using it, the serum is not sticky as other brand serum. It did not make your hair stick together. really light serum. Also, I love the smell. It smells floral. I just try it for a week, together with the Genesis shampoo and conditioner. so far my hair falling less than last week. love it.

Little bottle of miracle serum

I have purchased this serum 3x now and it has absolutely saved my desert dry blonde hair ! I have natural blonde hair but I do get a few platinum highlights a few times a year and this serum has made my scalp and ends very happy . My hair feels soft. Is more manageable. As well as my scalp feels less desert air and sun dried out … I will purchase again ! Oh and it smell divine . Like I just left the spa . I recommend it to anyone that ask me about my hair health and my hairstylist now recommends it to all her blondes who’s ends looked terrible ! She even loves it for her hair as well ! Thats saying a lot because she is an expert colorist and blonde specialist. Give it a try ! I believe your scalp and hair will love it

Meh…

I ordered this to help with my hair shedding. The reviews from others seemed really positive so I took a chance on this particular serum. What I didn’t see mentioned in the reviews is the pimples and irritation this caused. I followed the directions and at first I thought it was just because I was getting used to it, but I’ve been using it now for a few weeks and I am not impressed. I *think* it was helping with less shedding BUT everywhere I put this on my scalp, I broke out with deep painful pimples. On my scalp and my hair line. Needless to say for the price I paid I’m a bit disappointed it clogged my pores enough to cause issues. I will definitely not be finishing the serum which just seems like such wasted money.

Turns frizzy fuzz into gorgeous locks

I have thin, color-processed hair that goes from frizzy to flat and greasy looking when I add most hair serums. After trying lots of alternative products, I have found that the Initialiste Scalp is the only one that provides the texture and shine I want, without weighing down my hair.

Great Product

I’ve been using this for about a year now along with some vitamins and my fallout has been significantly reduced. When I ran out of this, I noticed my fallout picked up again so I rushed by to place another order. It’s easy to use and lasts me several months. An added bonus is it smells nice and doesn’t weigh my hair down in the slightest.

Doesn’t make my hair greasy

Packaging and pipette terrible

Not sure how the serum is working yet, but the packaging is TERRIBLE. The pipette barely sucks up any serum, and you'll get more dripping off the side of it than in it. The bottle itself is top heavy and has fallen over several times. Pacifica scalp serum has more functional packaging and a more functional pipette. Will not be repurchasing until the packaging is more functional.

I love this serum!

I pair this serum with the pink bottle(genesis serum fortifiant) per my stylist’s suggestion for my hair loss. I love the entire genesis line and I’ve been using it for over a year now. I’ve really noticed a difference. This serum is a game changer. The only thing I don’t like is that I can never tell when I’m about to run out so I always have a backup ready. But it’s worth it. It’s really helped with my hair loss. Highly Recommend.

Smooth, manageable hair

My hair, since going gray, tend to be on the frizzy side. But since I've been using the Initialiste Serum, it is WAY less frizzy & it takes those little new hairs that want to pop up! My scalp feels so much better and not so dry since using this serum. It's a keeper!

Nice Smell

Difference noticed after a few uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job requires me to wear my hair in a tight bun everyday, which sometimes ends up being 12 days straight in a row. Even prior to this job, I've had issues with loss of hair due to a thyroid condition and now I am noticing a significant amount of breakage in my hair due to work regulations. This is just one of my tools I use from Kerastase to help with that. I used to wash my hair once every 5 to 7 days because it was that bad, now the more I wash it with Kerastase products, like this one, I am noticing a significant improvement. I only use then one when I wash my hair but it has really been a help in the breakage.
