Best conditioner for damaged hair

My hair has been dry, breakage prone and crappy lately, tried this on whim and love it. Makes my hair soft, shiny, resilient and doesn't feel greasy or flat. Only downside is the perfumey fragrance, which is a little overpowering.

Très bon produit

J'ai acheté ce produit qui peu sembler dispendieux, mais tu n'utilises pas une grosse quantité à chaque fois donc la bouteille peu durer longtemps. Depuis que je prend ce produit, mes cheveux sont moins gras et je peu étirer le temps entre le lavement de mes cheveux

Mes cheveux n'ont jamais été autant en santé !!!!!!! J'ai la collection genesis (rose pâle) au complet et je la recommande à tous afin de minimiser la chute des cheveux ! Je perds même pas ¼ de ce que je perdais avant !

Damage control & split end sealant

First time using it and I can feel this is stronger or more potent then the orange top standard conditioner they sell and which is a regular one I've fallen back on in the years of using kerastase products. I have double processed straightened hair and overtime my ends have gotten crispy, but from the short time of using this product I feel my ends have sealed up and I can run my hands through my hair where before they would get stuck in a split end knot. Love it

Transformative

It’s been 2 weeks since starting to use this product and my hair and scalp has improved so much. Far less itchy, dandruff and everyone is commenting how healthy my hair looks. So happy with my purchase. Makes my hair so soft.

Soft healthy hair

I bought this set just over a month ago. Honestly, I had never put conditioner on my roots before because I always believed that it made your roots greasy. But the truth is if you get a good quality conditioner that's not the case. This conditioner makes my hair so soft and healthy! I absolutely love it!

Not the right choice for my hair type

My hair is very fine and dry so I thought I would try this line. It smells amazing but it left my hair very staticky. I will go back to the magistral line instead.

Good product, prices takes too long

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I found this Kerastase Gondant Renforcateur to be a little too time consuming for me. I prefer to have my shower and go but this product requires you towel dry your hair apply, let sit and then get back into the shower to rinse. Having said that, it dud seem to work as even after the first use I saw less hair from breakage in my brush when I brushed out my hair. It also has a pleasant enough scent. If you have all the time in the world to use this product properly, it is worth purchasing. Unfortunately I do not.

Nice, but not quite right for my hair!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Instructions on the container were easy to follow. I have thick hair (partially fine strands mixed with coarse) prone to dryness and found that I needed to use a lot to have it spread throughout my hair. I didn’t mind the scent. It was a bit strong (perfume) when applying but smelled lighter and pleasant when dried. I left it on my hair for the time specified. It rinsed out quickly. I found that my hair was quite shiny but it tangled too easily. I had to add a product to keep it from continuing to tangle. I normally do not have to add that step after conditioning. I had enough to use a few more times during my normal every other day hair washing schedule and I tried it on my daughters hair too. She has a different hair type. Finer hair and average thickness. It worked very well for her and no tangles. I feel it didn’t suit my hair type but I did notice a little less breakage. My daughters hair was lovely.

Great strengthening, average detangling

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this conditioner for 2 weeks on my long, slightly wavy hair that is prone to breakage. This conditioner has a nice, light scent and rinsed out well. My hair seems to be stronger, with less breakage of individual strands than before I tried using this. There seems to be less hair breaking off when I comb it and during showers. It feels nice and soft, with lots of body once dry. However it does not seem to do as good a job of keeping my hair tangle free as other conditioners I have used. It is also a little more effort to use than other conditioners as well, as the bottle states to towel dry your hair and then apply and leave on for 2-3 minutes. I’m used to the leave on part of the equation, but I’ve never had to stop my shower, towel dry my hair, then apply conditioner. For an occasional deep condition this would be fine, but for regular, daily use this is not really practical for me to continue doing.

Bye Bye Dry Hair!

The split ends were so bad my hairdresser said they were the worst she has ever seen them. After trying the Kerastase Fondant Renforcateur only once, my hair felt softer and smoother. Le produit au départ à un odeur pas trop agréable, dès l'application du produit j'ai fait une réaction , ça me piquait au plus haut point. Mais j'avoue qu'après seulement une application je perdais moins mes cheveux. Donc je recommande de faire un test avant l'utilisation (pour les réactions), et pour les autres je recommande ce produit car il fonctionne vraiement.

Too much of a chemical smell!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used this product a few times now and do not like the product. I find the scent is very strong, even after you wash it out. It reminds me of the chemical smell of a perm. It stays in your hair basically until you wash it again. The product does make my hair feel soft but less than a day and my hair starts to feel heavy and greasy. I usually only wash my hair every couple of days or so but find I want to wash my hair everyday because of the way the product makes my hair feel after a few hours. I will keep using the product to see if it makes a difference to the damage my hair has but I will not be purchasing this product or recommending it to anyone right now. I may post another review if I find it helps with the damage my hair has. Hopefully, they will make it less scented in the future.

Silky and Shiny

Not good.

Exceptional results after one use!

Overall liked this product

I expected my hair to be easier to comb through while wet as I have previously experienced with other conditioning treatments but I didn't notice that with this product. However, after drying my hair felt quite soft and smooth and the product left a really nice smell. My hair also feels light without any heavy product residue.

It works! And it smells great!

The fact that you are to towel dry your hair before applying is a pain. It was easy to rinse out. Left my hair feeling soft and my hairbrush easily went through my hair. My Hair Feels New!

When I tried my Kerastase sample I was wondering how well it would work, so my first night I tried it, I opened it and squeezed some in my hand for my first use, the fragrant was awesome, it felt heavy in my air so it worried me how it was going to be when my hair was dryed. As my hair began to dry I could feel that it was softer. Once my hair was dry completely I was amazed that it felt good. I brushed it and I thought it felt heavy, but continued on day at work. During the day, I felt my hair and it didn't have any fly away hairs, it kept its place and it wasn't dry, I was totally impressed. I used it again the next night and I got the feeling my hair is much more healthier. Now I would not want to be without it, as I can tell that my hair has improved, the damage is reversing and my hair is so much healthier.

THE HAIR CARE PRODUCT EVERYONE NEEDS!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Let me start by saying that my hair is thick, dry, wavy, damaged and prone to breakage. Due to this, it’s hard to find the a single product that will do everything I need for my hair, it usually takes 2-3 products (on top of normal hair care, like shampoo and conditioner). I’ve spent more time and money than I care to admit looking for a GOOD product... I’ve happy to say, I’ve found it in Kérastase Fondant Renforçateur. Since I started using it my hair is softer, shinier, healthier and more manageable. I’m finding it easier to style my hair and I’ve even noticed that I have less buildup, maybe because I’m using less product, and I can go longer in between washes. Best of all, I’ve been able to get rid of the other products I was using, which saves me time and money. I’m also buying less plastic/packaging. I’m certainly going to continue to use this conditioner as part of my hair care routine.

Finally Tame Hair!

It went on my hair almost like a paste, and I was concerned about this. However it rinsed off nicely, and I was surprised right away, as usually when I rinse my hair and pull fingers through hair, I lose strands, I did not! I have thick crazy, frizzy hair and after it dried, I had comments on how tame my hair looked. I also noticed that I was not losing hair like I usually do. I was very impressed and will be purchasing it again.

K’s Conditioner Review

Must try Kerastase

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve had the pleasure of trying this product and overall I’m really pleased with the results. I’ve used it for a few weeks to give it a fair review. I have colour treated hair so this product has helped my hair. You only need about a dime sized amount as it goes a long way with short hair like mine, my hair was very silky and smooth after drying and looked shiny and I’ve had less breakage. Overall I’m pleased with this conditioning cream and will continue to use it. I would recommend this product.

No noticeable change YET

First thoughts after opening the box was that the packaging was nice but it was hard to find the instructions in English because there were about 10 different languages on the back of a small container. The smell of the product was nice and subtle. I wasn’t really a fan of the process because it says to towel dry and then apply and leave in for 2-3 min and then rinse out. So I followed the instructions and to be honest I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference after using it a few times. I also don’t like the way it doesn’t make my hair smooth and easy to comb like my other conditioner. I still had lots of knots and it was tough to get through. I’ll keep giving it a try till it’s gone but right now I can’t say I’d recommend.

Its okay

My hair is medium length and I found I had to use quite a bit of product. I left it for about 4 minutes and then tried to lather it a bit, and then rinsed out. My hair still had tangles and was not super easy to comb out. I would say this product is okay, but nothing that I would run out and buy

Cares for your Hair

The only thing I wasn't fond about was applying it to towel dried hair. I am always rushed in the morning so I don't have time to get out dry my hair, put it in, wait, and than wash it out. I just rung my hair out really well in the shower and than put it in. My hair after blow drying was super soft and healthy looking.

Soft, smooth and shiny in 2 uses!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used Kerastase Fondant Renforcateur twice so far. Noticed a bit of softness after the first time but a huge difference after my 2nd use. Wow! So soft and shiny. My hair is naturally curly, and dry and damaged from dyeing and highlighting. This product reduced the frizz and with it I was able to blow dry my hair smooth so easily. No flat iron needed.

Very effective but can be inconvenient

The only down side to this product would be its price and its inconvenience. I don't find this to be as convenient as a leave-in conditioner or an in-shower conditioner. This product is used on towel-dried hair and is then rinsed off. I prefer a more convenient way to condition.

Je n'achèterais probablement pas

Je préfère donc un produit sans rinçage. J'ai du ajouter un produit sans rinçage afin de démêler mes cheveux (qui sont très long). Suite à l'essaie de Kérastase Fondant renforçateur, j'ai statué que du sans rinçage est plus utile.

Chevelure renforcée

[Cet avis a été recueilli dans le cadre d’une promotion.] J’ai reçu le produit Kerastase Fondant Renforçateur gratuitement afin de l’essayer et de pouvoir donner mon opinion. Tout d’abord, je colore mes cheveux depuis plusieurs années alors ils ont un besoin constant d’hydratation. Le fondant renforçateur permet une prévention de la chute et des cassures des cheveux abîmés ce qui me semblait être parfait pour moi. La texture du fondant est crémeuse et non colorée. Son parfum est délicat et fleuri ce qui m’a plu puisque je n’apprécie pas ce qui est trop fortement parfumé. L’application a été facile. L’attente pour le traitement avant le rinçage est raisonnable soit 2-3 minutes. Le produit se rince bien sans laisser de résidu ou de fini gras sur les cheveux. J’ai facilement pu brosser et sécher mes cheveux qui étaient doux et brillants.

Kérastase Fondant Renforçateur

I can honestly say that I love it, my hair was so awful that my bush was full of broken hair. Since I have been using Kérastase I have seen a huge difference. Hair is not as dry and isn't breaking as bad when I brush it. I have only been using a short time and have seen difference so I can't wait to see much it will improve over extended use.

Great conditioner

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the smell and the consistency of the product. The scent is not overpowering and my hair still smells nice two days post use. The consistency is thicker but it does not make my hair greasy. I have not noticed a change in hair strengthening after only 2 uses.

Kerastase Fondant Renforcateur

I would recommend to use it on fine hair as it has a different effect on thick hair. After application and wash, ironing or straightening the hair is recommended. It also has a very pleasant scent that stays in your hair until the next wash.

Traitement renforçateur Kérastase

[Cet avis a été recueilli dans le cadre d’une promotion.] Grâce à Home Tester Club, j'ai eu la chance d'essayer le produit Kérastase Fondant Renforçateur. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce produit. Facile d'application, pas besoin d'une grande quantité. J'ai fais mon shampoing, ensuite j'ai appliqué le produit sur mes cheveux et j'ai laissé agir le temps recommandé. Facile à rincer. Il laisse un parfum agréable sur les cheveux. Il a rendu mes cheveux doux au toucher. Je recommande ce produit.

A little goes a long way.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I first started using this product a few weeks ago, I used too much of it. It took a few uses to get the amount right. You only need to use a very small amount. I find having to towel dry your hair prior to applying the product inconvenient, especially in the shower. I love the light fragrance/scent. I find that it does seem to do what it is advertised to do, as I have noticed far less hair in my brush now, so it isn't "breaking" as much.

Soft and smooth

After using the product for 1 week I'm loving my hair. I highly recommend this product for everyone who wants beautiful hydrated hair.

Product that works first time itself

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It is not the typical anti hairfall shampoo it smells decent amd leaves the hair feeling great. My hair is super sensitive and many products make my hair come out in bunches. After first use i noticed a slight difference not only is it barely coming out when i wash it the overall look of my hair is healthier. I used to have a frizzy patch of hair and that has vanished.

amazing smell, instructions difficult

I love the smell, however the instructions ask to use on towel dried shampood hair, this means i have to come out of the shower, towel dry, use this product, and get back in the shower to rinse. not a fan of the process. i tried to use it as regular conditioner as well as the towel dry method, it made no difference. in terms of hydration and softness, i have dry colored hair, i didnt see a major change. maybe over time? it smells amazing though, id use it for the smell.

Bigger Bottle Wanted!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have been using Kérastase Fondant Renforçateur periodically over the past few weeks as instructed. The product is nice and thick, going on smoothly and covering hair evenly. It washes out well, although it might need a little extra shower water to make sure the after wash all goes down the drain as it should. The fragrance is inviting throughout product usage, not too much, and helps create a relaxing overall conditioning experience. Post shampoo or no shampoo, I like applying the product towards the beginning of my shower so I can leave it in for a bit longer. Would be happy to buy this product again and highly recommend the same, but please make it a much, much bigger pump bottle for us!

Excellent Product

I found the product to be excellent at what it claims to be. I am unsure of the retail cost of this product so I cannot comment on value, however, the product smells amazing and leaves your hair feel strong and nourished. I personal love it

Not worth the Price Tag

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I didn't find the product to be all it was hyped up to be. It has a luxurious scent that made me feel I was giving my hair the royal treatment but the end result was flat. It didn't leave my hair any softer then other conditioners and I didn't feel it repaired anything. I was also not a fan of the instructions, like most, I wash my hair in the shower. I had to wash and towel dry it while in the shower then apply the conditioner and wait 2-3 min to rinse. The "towel dry" step is very inconvenient.

Make my hair very smooth

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using keraatase fondant renforcateur three times a week as I just recently dyed my hair, so they are a bit dry and weak. My hair is very smooth after first time using it. The only thing I don’t like is the smell is a little too strong and overpowering. But I defining recommend as I like the finish look of my hair after using it.

Good Looking Hair

A very pleasant fragrance I found that even after the first use, the quality of my hair looked better. My hair was not so dry looking or fly away. Overall a product I can recommend, it does what it said it would. I was pleased with the results.

Fortifying Conditioner

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Kerastase hair conditioner left my hair shiny and soft. I didn't need to use a lot and it rinsed out well. My hair looked healthier. It has a nice light floral scent. It's fortified to reduce breakage and lose less hair.

Make your hair look healthy n feel soft

Effective, but Strong Scent

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recieved this item free from Home Tester Club. This product went on well, was creamy in texture. My hair was very soft and manageable afterwards. However, it had a very strong perfume smell to it, that did not go away after rinsing hair. Overall would recommend it if you don't mind the strong fragrance.

Parfum trop présent

Mais ce n'est pas Vécu un petit flacon qu'on peut vraiment voir un grosse différence. Moin seul bémol est l'odeur très parfumée que je n'ai pas aimée.

Un produit qui rend les cheveux doux

[Cet avis a été recueilli dans le cadre d’une promotion.] Premierement, j'ai trouvé au premier abord que la senteur était bonne, on ne veut pas mettre de produit qui pu. J'ai moins aimer le fait que nous devions mettre le produit sur les cheveux essoré et rincé apres, essoré les cheveux sous la douche c'est moins évident. Par contre, j'ai trouvé mes cheveux ultra doux après l'essai.
