New Formula is horrible

This new formula is horrible!! I have been using this hairspray for over 10 years and now I have to find a different one because it is so heavy and sticky! It barely wants to come out of the bottle after a couple of uses because the nozzle gets a thick coating over from the stickiness of the Hairspray. I'm very disappointed, that after all these years I have to switch.

Great for thick hair

Great conditioner for thick hair. If you have thick or curly hair you know that the amount of conditioner you use far outweighs the amount of shampoo. I use this conditioner with the metal detox shampoo. I can use around 3-4 pumps and It more than provides good coverage and moisture for my thick 3B curls. My hair also looks healthier and feels stronger.

Best spray ever!

Love. Love. Love this spray. Light, not heavy and holds! I’ve been using this now for many years. Will never change. Please don’t stop producing this amazing spray!

Doesn't Work...

I bought this to help with my dry hair and it made matters worse.After using it, it felt like straw... maybe rethink the formular as the way it is now is terrible and everyone seems to be complaining about this same issue. This is a L'Oreal product, I expected much better than this.

Horrible

I bought this conditioner after being told how great and hydrating it is. I figured it would be good since I just added some blonde to my hair. Whatever this conditioner is sold to you as being great of, it’s actually the opposite. I’ve never used a conditioner that literally dried my hair out. You put the conditioner in and it feels like straw. Not hydrating at all. I also bought the Enforcer shampoo thinking it would be great and it’s also terrible. When I put it in my hair it knots up my hair into a ball and is impossible to brush out. I spent a lot of money on these products thinking they’d be worth it. To say this is a disappointment is an understatement.

Ease of Opening???

I bought Absolut Repair Professional Conditioner at my hair salon. When I attempted to open the pump mechanism on the bottle at home, it refused to budge. My husband also worked on opening the pump mechanism with no success. My only options: take it back to the salon for a refund or completely remove the cap and pour the liquid from the bottle. Highly unsatisfactory design!!
