No need for much.

This thermique really surprised me as I have long, thick, high density, wavy/curly hair. I don’t need to use much and it gets the job done. I am not sure if because I also use the shampoo and Mask and they help but I am happy I got the trio. It smells amazing and my hair it’s stronger and breaking less.

Bon protecteur

J’adore l’odeur de ce protecteur thermal, il sent comme chez le coiffeur. Il protège les cheveux et laisse une belle brillance avec un brushing. Le prix est par contre très élevé, ça dépend donc des budgets de chacun.

Nauseating fragrance

Like the genesis serum, the smell is toxic. So incredibly strong, over powering and causes headaches to you and anyone around you.

Vaut le prix

Ce spray est très facile à appliquer, et il ne laisse aucun résidu désagréable. Son parfum est agréable et subtil, ce qui ajoute une touche de fraîcheur à ma routine de coiffage. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est son efficacité. Mes cheveux sont beaucoup moins sujets aux frisottis et aux dommages causés par le sèche-cheveux et le fer à lisser depuis que j'utilise ce produit. Ils restent lisses et soyeux, même après une utilisation intensive d'appareils chauffants. Bien que le Kérastase Défense Thermique soit un investissement, il en vaut la peine pour la protection qu'il offre à mes cheveux.

Faulty bottle perhaps?

The product is as expected. However the bottle does not spray in a mist, rather it comes out in a thin stream. I found it better to spray into my hands and run them thru my hair.

Love it!

Noticed a huge difference instantly, my hair doesn't frizz as much and isn't as staticky after the straightener as usual which is amazing. And it smells great and doesn't leave hair looking greasy. Just healthy.

Protecteur Thermique agréable

J'adore la gamme de produit Kerastase, et ce, depuis plusieurs années. J'ai utiliser plusieurs produits. Ce protecteur thermique n'est pas mon préféré, puisque j'ai les cheveux sèche et j'aime les protecteurs plus hydratant avec un corps plus gras (en crème). Cependant, je l'utilise l'été vue son odeur très agréable.

Spray Bottle is Defective!

I bought this travel size as I love the product and was going on a trip for 2 weeks and the sprayer on this is horrible! It shoots out like a jet spray and does not spray properly at all- can’t even use it/ very Disappointing! I bought it cause of the small size for travelling and was a waste of money. Could not even use it.

Double thumbs up!!

After spraying on some of Kérastase Défense Thermique, I was amazed that all my tangles disappeared and I was able to run a brush through my hair. The nice thing was the fact it did not leave my hair greasy in any way. I definitely recommend this product hands down!

Love everything about this product

Kératase Défense Thermique protects hair

Hair revival

Spa like therapy for hair.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have dry, fine hair and I have been told that I need to use a product to protect against heat damage from blow dryers and straighteners. So I was excited to try this product. Kerastase Defense has a slight spa like smell when sprayed on which is wonderful. This product made my hair feel smooth and soft. However the next day my hair did not feel that same soft, light feel. It felt weighed down. It was harder to style my hair and I could feel a residue. So I decided to not use any products after the shower. My hair feels less weighed down the next day. Kerastase Defense claims to have anti hair fall fortifying properties. After using this product a week I cannot tell if it has helped my weakened hair. Overall I like the ease of use and smell of product.

Hair Unhappy

Kerastase never fails in hair products

Pleasantly surprised and very happy!

You don’t need a lot just a few pumps. I have very dry ends so I loved how it made them feel after my hair was dry. The information on the bottle is easy to Read and the font is perfect sizing. I was very pleased with the product just after one use. Too bad it didn’t come with a coupon to give to my friend for her to try.

Highly Recommend

Lightweight and smoothing.

Volume galore

I’ve been going through the Kérastase catalog of products & it’s pretty darn hard picking out the favourites. This blow dry creme give wicked mad volume. Like the 80’s have possessed my hair. I have fine bleached hair & lots of it. This does what it says. Only con is the smell but that’s not a deal breaker.

Tiny bottle, big results!

Great product for my long hair!

I have very long hair so I normally have to blow dry my hair for a long time before it is completely dry and then my hair gets very hot. Less hair in my comb

I really like the perfume scent of the spray. It lasted all day. My hair felt soft after use and there was less hair in my comb than usual. Soft, silky hair!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Kérastase Défense Thermique and was hopeful that it would help detangle, hydrate, and protect my hair against damage. The product is lightweight and easy to work through damp hair - I found it fairly easy to comb. I appreciated that when my hair was dry, it didn't feel heavy or "crunchy" from residue like some other products can cause. Overall my hair was soft, felt nice, and smelled good. I think it would take more time to know if it really does protect and prevent fall over the long-term, but I do like how my hair looks and feels when using it. I do wish the scent was a little more subtle, as I can smell it quite strongly the entire day, and I work in a scent sensitive environment at times. Overall I find this product effective and nice to use on my fine, straight hair.

Decent but I'm not running out to buy it

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I did not find this product any better than other products I currently use. There was nothing special about it, nothing that stood out. It's not to say that the Defense Thermique is a total waste because it's not. I didn't find that it helped my hair to fall out less but it did keep my hair soft and silky after blow-drying it. Though the simple fact that it protects my hair from heat damage, when it is supposed to do much more, is not enough for me to switch from my usual products.

Par contre, je n'ai pas du tout aimé le parfum du produit. De plus, bien que facile à utiliser, j'ai trouver qu'une fois sec, mes cheveux paraissaient plus ternes après avoir utilisé le produit. Je suggérerai d'utiliser ce produit comme traitement plutôt que de l'utiliser avant notre routine de mise en plis.

I have tried MANY products and I can say that I’m extremely impressed.....Why? In the photo you hopefully can see the difference. After washing my hair I treated the side where my hand is holding the bottle of Kérastase Défense Thermique. I only used a hair dryer. Weightless, shiny and smooth hair

Really works!

I used 3 or 4 pumps and it covered my whole shoulder length hair, then blow dried. I have used this for about 1 week now and I have noticed WAY less breakage and fallout. My hair seems stronger and is super soft (healthy feeling) I love how this protects my hair from heat tools and you can even use it on dry hair as frizz control! Awesome product, I have already bought some for my sister for xmas!

Miracle product for Fine Hair

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have extra fine straight hair and tried this product with wet hair daily since it arrived. The smell is fantastic. Its a weightless and a non greasy texture. It leaves my hair soft, manageable and my damaged ends have started to diminish in less than a week. The cost of this product is high but the product works and you wont be disappointed. I'm satisfied and will buy this product again.

Left my Hair Smooth and Shiny!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked using Kérastase Défense Thermique in my hair. It's great for days I choose to blow dry my hair. Smells great and left my hair feeling very smooth. It's only good for up to 220 degrees Celsius, so not recommended if using a hair straightener. Would definitely recommend if using low heat styling tools!

My hair is so shiny

Great thermal spray

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The product packaging is aesthetically appealing and comes with an easy to use pump system. The product inside seems quite thick, not like a gel but definitely more so than water. It sprays nicely and evenly. I used it 2-3 times a week before blow-drying my hair and I definitely noticed that my hair felt stronger, softer and smoother.

Amazing product

Where has this been my whole adult life?

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have naturally dryer curly hair, so when I blow dry or straighten it, I often get left with a straw like texture and look. After dying my hair, I sprayed the Kérastase Défense Thermique all over my hair, combed it through, blow dried and straightened my hair and I was pleasantly surprised at how it felt! My hair was smooth, had a nice shine to it, and it smelled amazing! I was very happy with the results!
