Ce produit assèche mes cheveux. J’ai les pointes séches d’habitude mais ce produit les assèche encore plus. Je pense qu’en séchant, le produit laisse de résidu et laisse les pointes extrêmement secs. Trop de silicone dans le produit peut-être. En plus l’odeur est citrique mais un peu trop fort pour mon gout. Je préfère toujours le Nectar thermique depuis des années qui est le meilleur!

Dry and frizzy hair
First of all, I love most Kerastase products, but definitely not this one. It makes my hair dry, frizzy and tangled. I am trying to use it up by using it once a week, but it still is ruining my hair. I guess I will have to throw it away and take the money hit. Too bad.

I like the scent of this product - similar to the rest of the genesis line. The spray is also really nice - that is usually my issue with formulas that come in a spray bottle which is that the spray nozzle can't handle the thick formula within. This packaging works well with the product.

Great results but will make hair smell like beer.
The Genesis Thermique is actually my favorite Thermique spray. I have thick type 3 hair that requires a lot of products. The Genesis Thermique allows me to have full heat protection coverage without looking heavy or greasy. It has a thicker texture compared to the other Thermique sprays, so I get the perfect weight to keep my curly hair straight and prevents it from creeping to pageant hair. I would consider it more of a milk / nectar product, so if you have thin or fine hair, it might make your hair look flat.
I knocked it down to 3 stars because you have to use the product with caution due to the ingredients. I like to stretch my hair washing to every 3-5 days. While the product allows me to easily reach the 4-5 day mark without my hair becoming overly brittle, the ginger root makes hair smell like beer if you combine with a wheat protein product. No one in my home drinks beer or alcohol, so it is super bothersome... If you plan on washing less than every other day, use cautiously with other products. I also knocked it down a star because the product doesn't dispense properly with the provided spray nozzle. It basically is a stream line, which makes application an awkward guessing game. I found it best to spray directly into my hand to distribute even coverage.
Kerastase: Please do not change the formula, just the nozzle. Also, a clear label of products to avoid in combo would be really helpful!!

No need for much.
This thermique really surprised me as I have long, thick, high density, wavy/curly hair. I don’t need to use much and it gets the job done. I am not sure if because I also use the shampoo and Mask and they help but I am happy I got the trio. It smells amazing and my hair it’s stronger and breaking less.

For frizz free mids & ends
I spray a little of this to my damp hair before blow drying to protect against heat and damage due to brushing. I really noticed the difference when my hair is dry and I use between washing when I want to style my hair (with or without heat) and need to brush it out - a little goes a long way to keep my mid and ends sleek and frizz free. It genuinely works.

One of my favorites
I love this product, its light, doesnt weight down your hair, and really does help with fall out. I have thin hair that lately has been breaking off, I use this product as well as other Kerastase products and my hair is improving everyday.

This stuff is AMAZING!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So l've had this now for a few weeks, as I wanted to really try it and see how it worked with my hair. I have to tell you you that this heat protection spray is amazing. It makes my hair very soft, manageable, looks healthy and easy to style. I have tried many heat protection sprays and they all leave my hair dry and crunchy. Not this one, this one is by far THE BEST I've ever used. Will I but it again, maybe. It is a bit pricey but they say you get what you pay for and who doesn't want their hair looking the best?
Thank you BuzzAgent for allowing me the time to really use this heat protection spray. I highly recommend it, it is THE BEST heat protection spray I have ever used!!

Good Heat Protecting Spray
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell and the fact that you can spray it and that it doesn't turn crunchy or hard. My hair is very thin and fragile, and I like that it makes it soft. I believe that my hair feels smoother and more protected from heating tools. My only reservation is that the liquid is a bit thick for the way the spray nozzle projects it so it sprays out a little bit unevenly. I think perhaps a different spraying nozzle would help in distributing the product a bit more evenly. What I sometimes do is spray it in my hand and then rub it through the length of my hair.

Seals ends instantly and protects from heat
I spray a few pumps of the Defense Thermique spray on my hands and spread through my towel dried hair before blow drying to protect my fine, thin color treated hair from heat damage. Once dry, will spritz a tiny amount on any dry or split ends and it immediately smooths them out without making my hair greasy or sticky (key is to use sparingly and a little goes a long way)

Terrible
This is awful. Left my hair staticy and fly away. I have lonh hair and it was a hot mess sticking to everything. Impossible to brush. I love keratase but this shouldnt get a one star.
