Bought larger bottle, shampoo seems thinner?

I have been using this shampoo for about 6 months now and really like how my hair looks and feels. I recently decided to order the larger bottle but noticed when I started using it that it seems watered down. I have to use more shampoo than I did with the smaller bottle which is upsetting. Now I am questioning the quality of your product and the ethics of your company. Please do better.

Horrible waste of money and ruined my color

I would give this shampoo no stars the whole line is bad, the smell is awful. The shampoo left my hair dry and took some of the color out of my hair. I will stick with the Genesis and nutritive lines. 57 year old with very long aging brown hair. lets just say Demi Moore is def not using this shampoo or conditioner like the ad. I love Kerastase very disappointed with this product line.

Love Kerastase brand… I have the whole system of this Chronologiste .., I am not impressed with its performance.., the night serum dries the ends..but might be I am not using it correctly … the fragrance is not as pleasant as the first shampoo and conditioner I bought.., I am impressed with the shine at my roots..,

Shampoo, not the correct choice for my hair

I don’t believe this was the correct choice for my hair but it’s too expensive to order something else. I answered the questions on the website to find the products I should be using but it didn’t work for me.

Worth the Splurge!

Pretty Good

I’ve only used this twice but so far so good. Leaves my hair clean and smooth. Perhaps doesn’t add as much shine as other collections. My hair seems less tangled when I comb through before drying. Smells great!

Nope! Bring back the Ultime line!!

Recommended by my hairdresser to replace my former loved product line, Kerastase Ultime, I decided to give the shampoo and mask conditioner a try. Unfortunately it softens my already very soft fine hair to the point that it is too soft and limp with no body. Being used to Ultime which gave my hair body and great texture, this was no way a good fit for me. I have also tried the Gloss line which was recommended by Kerastase and that was equally not acceptable.
