I feel like the shampoo and conditioner together makes my hair so soft it doesn't hold a curl very well so have to use this when I'm wearing my hair more straight. Smells Great but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not for fine hair. I enjoyed the smell and the creaminess of the shampoo. I used a dime size squirt to wash and to condition. I used a round brush hair dryer but when I was done styling, my hair looked worse then before I washed it. Smell great but my hair looked terrible. Buyer beware.

Great lather/washes clean

Great shampoo and conditioner so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trialing the Chroma Absolu Bain Chroma Shampoo and Conditioner in exchange for my honest opinion. The packaging - pretty, though the screw off top can be tricky in the shower. The print on the bottles is impossible to read if your eyesight is less than 20/20. Smell- I find it pleasant without being overpowering. After drying, my hair smells clean vs perfumey. Product Consistency- shampoo is thick though it doesn't suds up like some other shampoos. Not an issue for me as I e come to expect this in paraben free products. The conditioner feels nice and creamy. My hair - extra thick, coarse, wavy, graying, mid length. Usage- I'm a wash rinse repeat kinda girl and only wash 2x week. While the frizz isn't eliminated, the Chroma Absolu leaves my hair soft, with a nice healthy shine. It doesn't feel weighed down with a lot of product. After about day 3 which is usually when I wash, my scalp feels to be a little more oily- not visibly, just noticeable when I run my fingers through. The softness and shine are like that when a nice masque has been applied. Recommendation- I absolutely would recommend. To anyone looking for paraben free shampoo that delivers on healthy shine and softness. I will happily purchase these products.

BEST SHAMPOO FOR OILY HAIR

Finding the right shampoo has taken years until I came across Kerastase Bain Divalent Balancing Shampoo. I have used Kerasta before because of my mother's years of loyalty to the brand but this was my first time trying it. From day one I WAS HOOKED. Another great product by an amazing brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved Kerastase products for quite some time now and consider them in my top three favorite hair products . I love the packaging of the shampoo and conditioner, subdued pink with chrome top. not too flashy but just enough to catch your attention. After applying the shampoo and conditioner , I could already feel a change in the softness of my hair . It was also easy to wash out. I also noticed right away my hair was shinier. It definitely produces results you can see right away and I have no doubt the longer I use , the better my hair will look and feel. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the scent but it wasn't overwhelming and went away after washing the product out.

Too expensive for the results

I'm glad I received mine as a free sample, because there are plenty of other products that do what this does, or even better. Good lather

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll preface this by saying I have long curly hair and go about three days between washes. The shampoo was great. It smells nice, lathers well, and didn't leave my hair feeling stripped or dried like some shampoos. The conditioner smells great as well, but I felt like I had to use so much just to get some slip in my hair, and even then it didn't feel very moisturizing. It may work better for other hair types. Overall, I would buy the shampoo again, but would pass on the conditioner.

Good lather, reduced frizz, didn't love the scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no denying this shampoo reduced my frizz and made blow drying much easier. I have mixed texture hair that has very curly areas and then wavy area. But even with the reduced frizz, I really didn't love the smell. It reminded me of cherry cough drops. I had my mom smell it and she agreed. Once it was dried the smell was more subtle and tolerable. The photo is my hair on day three. It does keep your hair nice for a while which is a plus . I just really couldn't get on board with the scent. I'd recommend this if the buyer liked this scent, it's a good product overall.

Game changer!

When I used this product I felt like I was at a salon getting my hair washed. The fragrant is not strong especially since it's a protectant for colored hair. Average Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Chroma Absolu Shampoo for Fine to Medium Color-Treated Hair, along with the matching conditioner, and overall, I wasn't particularly impressed. I didn't notice a significant difference in my hair compared to other shampoos I've used before. While it did clean my hair effectively, there wasn't much of a noticeable improvement in the texture or vibrancy of my color-treated hair. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of scent. If you're someone who enjoys a fragrant experience while washing your hair, this might not meet your expectations. The conditioner was decent but again, didn't provide any standout benefits. I received this product to test and review so I glad I didn't purchase. For the price, I would have expected more noticeable results.

Great for fine, colored hair, bad for my nose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kerastase is a well-known brand, so I was excited to try this line of hair products for color-treated hair. My hair is fine and dry, as well as dyed and greying, so I needed a hair product that would basically work magic! Haha. This shampoo (and I used the corresponding conditioner) worked better than I expected. It left my hair incredibly soft that my thin hair felt and looked lighter and fuller! I couldn't tell very much how it affected the color, but I know it doesn't strip color like other shampoos! The only negatives are the smell (it smells like salon perm) and the bottles are tricky to open/close in the shower with wet hands. I wish there was a pump or a flip cap. Overall, I am pleased with the shampoo and conditioner.

Used a quarter sized at first as I have thick hair and my hair the following day was pretty oily so next wash I tried a smaller amount & it worked out fantastic, even for thick hair I'd say used a dime sized. Using just a small amount, it completely cleanses the hair without feeling dry or stripped leaving the hair feeling soft even without the conditioner. It has a very pleasant, but not overflowing floral smell that lingers after use. I have hard water that usually makes it hard to feel like I have clean hair, but this shampoo leaves behind no residue and leaves hair feeling so clean and shiny. After several washes, I have not noticed any big changes in the color of my dyed red hair.

My hair is so shiny from just one use - this is something I would use my own money on all day long. Smells amazing but is not clarifying at all.

Great product crappy packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved how my hair felt after I didn't have much frizz after letting it air dry which usually I do have to add a lot of product to tame my frizz i have bleached hair so it takes a lot to look good however, the packaging was very difficult to use in the shower since it's a twist for both the shampoo and conditioner while you're taking a shower, wet and soapy it's kind of inconvenient to open and close the bottle over all the product is good. Smells really nice.

The smell and new formula suck

I ve used Kerastase over the years and my favorite has always been the old Chroma line (reflection chromatique) and decided to try this new line. To my surprise, the smell makes my eyes tear and this new formula makes my hair dry, stiff and frizzy! I bought the product with eyes-closed, since, give or take, any Kerastase product is wonderful. But this is just horrible. Save your money.

My hairstylist recommended this shampoo when I started dyeing my hair red and I recommend it so much!! It leave my hair smelling so good and feeling so soft !!

Fantastic product! Control, Smooth and Shiny is my desire and I do now! Best conditioner I have every used and I’ve tried many, A little goes a lone way with this product which takes getting used too, I’m used to using a lot of conditioner products in the past, not this one!

Great Shampoo! Love the Refill Packaging!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is great on color treated hair, and does clean well without stripping off the color or gloss. The fragrance is really pleasant too. I especially love the refill packaging, it feels great to not contribute as much plastic to the waste piles. I look forward to when all Kerastase products are offered in environmentally friendly and more economical sensible packaging.

Great for coloured hair!

I think the product works well of colour and thick hair. It has to be paired with the conditioner as well. The mask could be a little heavy for the hair but it detangles it pretty well
