Description
Fondant Elixir Ultime is a lightweight conditioner treating all types of dull hair looking for shine and shine. Its active oils combination/Oléo Complexe provides reparative and antioxidant properties, which helps to nourish and replenishes/restores the hair, while smoothing its fiber, for a silky and shiny finish. Thanks to a blend of four precious scented oils including argan oil and camellia oil, the hair gains fluidity and is easier to detangle.
How To Use

Apply a hazelnut sized amount on washed and towel-dried hair. Massage through mid lengths and ends. Leave in for 2 or 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.

LOVE but too runny for bottle

This conditioner is awesome! It’s light but leaves my hair with a super soft silky feel, and the scent is fantastic (albeit a little masculine IMO). The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the packaging. This conditioner is very runny, that alone doesn’t bother me, but the bottle has a screw on bottom cap....so once you’ve got this drippy liquid (and I mean runnier than shampoo) in one hand, and the bottle still in the other, it’s impossible to close it without conditioner coming out of the bottle, or your hand. And at this cost- every single drop is precious. This bottle needs a one handed flip cap! I’ve probably lost 1/4 of product down the drain trying to close the bottle once I’ve dispensed into my hand. I give the conditioner itself 5 stars- seriously- LOVE. It’s the packaging that drives me nuts!

A good product

I have shorter, fine hair. I am v grey and it is colored. This product, unlike other review descriptors, does not have a strong/bad scent. It works well, it leaves my hair sealed and soft without weighing it down. I quite like this product and would happily buy it again.

Transformative

This product left my hair incredibly soft to the touch with a delicate fragrnace. I love it! As others have pointed out, this product has a somewhat thin consistency, but not like water, more like a lotion. I followed the instructions, which say to use on towel-dried hair, and applied about one tablespoon. I used a scalp massager to work the product through my shoulder-length hair and to detangle. The instructions say to leave on for 1–2 minutes, which had an aromatherapy effect from the lovely scent.

Not moisturizing enough

I love Kérastase products but this conditioner doesn't work well for my fine hair. It's a thin texture and I can hardly get a brush through my hair after I wash it. Next time I will buy a conditioner that is more moisturizing.

Strong perfume, watery, not hydrating enough

I was very deceived by this product. First reason: VERY liquid texture, did not look at all like a conditioner that would wrap hair strands and hydrate them. Still gave it a try. It did smooth a bit but nothing much happened, as suspected. Need way better for the price and for a professional product. Second reason: strong ''old lady like'' perfume that lasts for a long time...! Hate the scent enough that I'm not even sure of wanting to use the product even though I have it at hand.

Instant gratification!

I finally found a rinse out hair conditioner that works instantly and the condition of my hair keeps getting healthier from continuous use of this amazing conditioner! My hair is fine, colour treated with highlights and is dehydrated on the ends ( no split ends). My hair is supple, smooth and has volume after use. It's has made such a noticeable difference in my hair even my hairdresser has noticed the difference.

Very watery

I just bought the shampoo and conditioner from this line. I am a super fan of Kerastase and up until now have only had positive things to say, however I am very disappointed in this conditioner. It is very watery and came pouring out of the bottle with my first use. It is so watery that it poured through my hand! The bottle seems to be half empty and when you shake it, it sounds like water. Very expensive to be so watered down and I know it will be gone quickly. I am disappointed in this product.

Nice Conditioner to Seal Hair

I use this conditioner after I use the elixir masque to seal the hair. It makes for a great deep conditioning treatment. The hair feels really soft afterwards.

I received as a sample with my order

I received this as a sample with my order, and ended up returning my mask and falling in love with this! Really surprised by this one! I have very thin hair, but a lot of it. It gets frizzy and tangled very easily. Its usually dry and color treated or with henna, but always super oily at the roots. This stuff works like MAGIC for my hair type even in the humidity! I still haven't run out yet but Ill surely be buying more of this one its totally underrated here. Regardless of what shampoo I use this does the trick and sometimes I leave it in and use a bit in my styling process ;-) love it makes my hair shiny, silky smooth, moisturizes, detangles and de-frizzes with little to no effort.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!

My hairstylist introduced me to this product and I'm so happy she did! My hair is on the dry side and it transforms it to silky manageable hair. Love and cannot do without!!!

Watery Texture, Doesn't Detangle or Smooth

This is the first Kerastase product that I was disappointed in. The consistency is very thin and watery and it just doesn't seem to detangle or smooth out my fine hair. Most Kerastase products last a long time, I am going to use this bottle up within the month because you have to use so much for it to do anything.
