To use: 
Distribute evenly on wet hair. Lather. Rinse thoroughly. 
Follow with Absolut Repair Conditioner or Absolut Repair Mask.  
        
To refill: 
1. Remove the pouch cap by twisting. 
2. Pour into the empty unrinsed bottle of the same shampoo. Do not rinse the pump and keep it protected from dirt.  
3. Write the refill date and batch number on the pump bottle.
